Chapter 298 Chapter 316 Mike's Discovery, Insect Specialist (1 more)

Luke waited patiently until he heard Mike say he could come in.

Mike looked at him with amazement: "You, what are you doing here? ”

Luke smiled and said, "Can I sit down?” He pointed to a bench path in the room.

Mike nodded.

Luke sat down and looked at Mike, nervously restrained, laughing: "I also have a high school sister, a five-year-old brother, who, like you, is smart. ”

Mike was like, "Oh, my God, look at him."

Luke: "Me and your sister Lisa are very good friends, and this time around, we just heard her say that you found something strange there. And I happen to be a little interested in these things, so come and take a look. ”

Mike cautioned: "What is it? ”

Luke, instead of answering directly, said, "You know, my uncle is an entomologist, he's an expert in forensics, he works at a science institute in Las Vegas, and his favorite snack is fried bugs. ”

Mike: Whoa, whoa! Then your uncle better not like dogs.

Luke looked at his expression, and he said, "You know, there are so many kinds of likes. Food I like, that's one of them. ”

Mike was right.

Luke: "So, can I see your big discovery? And if it's funny, I can get my uncle to analyze it, and he's interested in all kinds of strange bugs. ”

Mike hesitated.

Luke: "Hey, little guy, I'm your sister. You don't want your mother to mistake you for a lie, do you? ”

Trust in my sister, and a hint of crisis, finally overwhelmed the stranger, Mike got up, took a thing from a corner under his desk, and handed it over: “That's it. ”

Luke squinted his eyes, took the thing, and his nose moved: “And you told your sister that you found a terrible monster? ”

As he asked, he measured the object in his hand.

Mike hesitated, or nodded: "Yes, it's too big, like a moving cabin. ”

Luke nodded his head and asked him, "Do you mind if I show this to my uncle? ”

Mike: "Ah? ”

Luke: “Just take a picture and send it to him. ”

Mike certainly has no problem with that.

Elizabeth had already told me that her brother was an insect lover before Luke took out Old G as bait.

Send old G. a picture of the object, send a message back, and soon old G. 's phone will come over: "What are you sending me? Don't tell me I'm a movie prop? ”

Luke: "No, I have this thing in my hand right now, and I've confirmed it, it's true. ”

G: “Where are you? ”

Luke: "Arizona Prosperity Town, a small place. ”

Old G: "Prosperity Town? Wait, I think I know someone there. ”

Luke: “Who? ”

Old G: “Joshua Taft, an expert in spider research and spider farming. ”

Mike shouted, and Luke turned over and said, "What's wrong? ”

Mike: “This is what I found on his spider farm when I went to Joshua. ”

Old G silenced for a moment: "Are you with someone? ”

Luke: “You heard him. He was the one who found it. I just got it from him. ”

Old G: “What happened to Joshua? ”

Luke looks at Mike.

The little boy shook his head: "I don't know, Mom wouldn't let me go to the spider farm, especially after the accident these past few days. But I just called Joshua, and nobody answered. ”

Luke: “Did you hear that, Grayson? ”

Old G: “... if you can, try to help. But don't risk it. I don't want to be scolded by Robert. ”

Luke: “Got it. It's hard to tell what's going on here. Two people have disappeared, so don't come any closer. I'll tell you what's really going on. ”

Old G's side suddenly sighed for a moment: "Well, be careful. By the way, send that thing a new picture, a higher definition, with a ruler or something. ”

Mike plugged in, “I have an analysis on my computer, and I can send it to you if you need it. If you have an e-mail, Mr. Grayson. ”

Luke: …

Old G: “… OK. Thank you, then. Oh, what's your name? ”

Mike: “Call me Mike. ”

Old G: “Thank you, Mike. I'll send you the email address, that's all. ”

When he hung up, Luke gave Mike the e-mail address that Old G sent him, and then watched this little guy run the computer so proficiently, he sent over an analysis.

Luke couldn't help but say, "Can I see this? ”

Mike: “Just don't tell Mom. ”

Luke raised three fingers: “I swear. ”

He bowed down a little bit and flipped the analytics on the computer.

And he looked at it for a moment, and he was like, “Did you make this yourself? ”

Mike meant absolutely nothing to be proud of: "Well, I like to study them, so I've been doing their observations. Too bad Mom always said it was dangerous and I had to go there once in a while. ”

But Luke was in favor of Samantha. Isn't Joshua in trouble now?

Samantha, as a mother, and as a policeman, is certainly much safer about safety than a child like Mike.

It's really his mother's fault that little guys can still jump around here.

Luke looked for a moment and frowned: "How many spiders are on Joshua's spider farm? ”

Mike thought about it and shook his head: “Not sure, he often trains new spiders. But the last time I went, I counted some of them, more than 200. ”

Luke:... fuck, are you kidding me?

Looking at the analysis, a spider model is climbing next to a human body, and the size comparison between the two makes him a little creepy.

The spider with the big basin asked if you were scared!

Arthropods account for a significant portion of Luke's least favorite creatures all along, including, but not limited to, spiders, scorpions, centipedes, and so on.

Now, thinking that he might be facing some giant spider, he's a little uncomfortable.

Luke is a little helpless right now.

Call for help. Why would he call for help? With that little spider in Mike's hand preying on the forelimb exoskeleton?

If a speculation could bring in a bunch of cops, the entire United States would have died a long time ago.

Luke thought about it, and he said to Mike, "Mike, your mom's right, Joshua's spider farm could be dangerous now, you've seen a monster, haven't you? So listen to your mother and don't go there again. ”
