Xino didn’t know what time she’d fallen asleep last night.

When she woke up in the morning, the first thing she saw upon opening her eyes was Xu Yun, crouching in front of her. He smiled, looking at her as if he’d never left the night before.

Xu Yun reached out, hugged her, and said, "Rise and shine, sleepyhead. Time to get up."

"When did you get back?"

Xino, dressed in loose pajamas, hugged Xu Yun and pouted. "I even had a nightmare last night that you ran off with another woman and weren’t coming back."

"How could I? I promised you, so of course I rushed back."

Xu Yun replied with a smile, "I got home a little over ten minutes ago. The housekeeper has already made you breakfast. After we eat, we’ll go buy a house."

"Okay, wait for me then." With that, Xino padded barefoot toward the bathroom to wash up.

Xu Yun smiled and went downstairs to the living room.

"Young Master."

The housekeeper greeted him with a smile and asked, "Has Miss woken up yet?"

"You can bring breakfast up. She’s washing up now."

’In all his time being rich, he’d never really experienced what it was like to have a housekeeper. Thanks to Xino, he was getting a good taste of it these past few days.’

After Xino finished washing up and came downstairs, she didn’t see Xu Yun and asked, "Ma’am, where’s Xu Yun? Isn’t he having breakfast?"

"The Young Master has already eaten. He’s strolling around in the courtyard."

The housekeeper replied, "He said for you to find him after you’ve finished eating and changed your clothes."

"Oh."

Xino, dressed in a beautiful outfit with light makeup on, came out to the courtyard. She saw Xu Yun feeding the fish and said, "Let’s go."

"Hang on a bit. Xiaoteng will be here any minute."

Xu Yun said, "I promised to lend him my car to shoot a video."

"Okay."

Xino looked at the fish in the pond and said with a smile, "You’re just like my dad. Why do you guys like to feed fish when you have nothing else to do?"

"Maybe it’s a guy thing?"

"Haha, I think so too."

Xino suddenly asked, "Are we all just fish in your pond?"

"Even if you are, you’re the most beautiful one."

As they were talking, the housekeeper led Xiaoteng through the front yard to where they were.

But Xino noticed that he wasn’t alone; a beautiful woman was with him.

"President Xu, good morning."

Having arrived at the garden villa, Xiaoteng then looked at Xino and added, "Good morning, ma’am."

"Xiaoteng, I didn’t expect you to bring someone." Xu Yun was a bit surprised to see Lin Suiling. ’I can’t believe she came along,’ he thought.

"Er..." Xiaoteng was embarrassed, unable to explain his predicament.

’He knew it was rude to bring someone without notice, but this Lin Suiling had been pestering him since last night. He really had no other choice but to bring her today.’

’Lin Suiling never imagined Xu Yun was actually married.’ She looked at Xino and said, "She’s quite pretty."

Xino said with displeasure, "And why are you speaking to my boyfriend like that?"

"Boyfriend?"

Lin Suiling immediately seized on the key word. "So you’re not married yet?"

"What’s it to you?"

Xino grew wary. "What, are you trying to make a move on my boyfriend?"

They were both used to being the princess in their family, and neither was about to defer to the other.

However, Lin Suiling’s personality was clearly more aggressive than Xino’s.

Lin Suiling smirked and said, "Not at all. It was your boyfriend who tried to hit on me yesterday, but I turned him down."

"Oh."

Xino said coolly, "You turned him down? Well, that’s your bad judgment. Your loss."

Lin Suiling was utterly baffled.

She had expected Xino to get angry after hearing that, or at least ask her boyfriend if what she said was true.

He stood there, frozen in awkwardness.

Xu Yun shot Lin Suiling a disdainful glance, not even bothering to acknowledge her further. He called Xiaoteng and headed for the garage.

Seeing his chance, Xiaoteng couldn’t wait to escape this Chaotic Scene.

Soon, Xu Yun and Xiaoteng were gone, leaving the two women alone.

After a brief moment of silence, Lin Suiling spoke first. "Why weren’t you angry just now?"

"Why should I be angry? Isn’t it perfectly normal for my boyfriend to be desired by women like you?"

Xino mimicked Xu Yun, tossing a handful of fish food into the pond. Instantly, a large school of beautiful, brightly colored koi swam over, scrambling for the food.

"See these fish?"

Xino said with a smile, "If you want to fight me for my man, you’ll first have to get rid of all the other fish in this pond."

"What do you mean?" Lin Suiling frowned.

"You think I’m your only rival? No. The women around Xu Yun are like the fish in this pond. You never know when another one will pop out of nowhere to compete with you for food."

Xino said with a hint of schadenfreude, "So, beautiful, the road ahead is long and arduous. You’ll have to search high and low!"

Lin Suiling was speechless.
