In Master Kase’s view, Li Yifei was forced to use a special move out of desperation, but he managed to dissolve it, so he couldn’t help but feel proud. However, from Li Yifei’s perspective, this was just an ordinary encounter, so he was completely unaffected; instead, his inner desire for battle was ignited. His body twisted, and Li Yifei unleashed his punches one after another. Master Kase’s brief moment of pride was quickly met with intense attacks.

This kind of attack was something he could not withstand, and the smile on Master Kase’s face gradually faded as he began to struggle to cope.

How could the person opposite be so formidable? In Master Kase’s eyes, even if the opponent was strong, they shouldn’t be so fierce that he couldn’t fend them off. So he started probing, but what he discovered was a big, boss!

Master Kase couldn’t discern the opponent’s skill level, but just by looking at Li Yifei’s face, he didn’t appear to be an old man. This young person possesses such powerful strength; Huaxia truly produces talents...

Li Yifei stopped his attacks, seeing that Master Kase was blocking left and right and couldn’t hold on. Naturally, he wouldn’t be too aggressive, especially since the opponent hadn’t shown hostility, and Li Yifei wouldn’t overstep.

This duel at least proved one thing, that Master Kase’s skill level was indeed exceptional. However, perhaps due to his Buddhist cultivation, his combat abilities were not as good as Li Yifei’s, and there was still some skill disparity between the two; Li Yifei had a slight edge. Therefore, in the recent showdown, Li Yifei had the upper hand.

If it were a life-and-death duel, Li Yifei was confident he could defeat the opponent in a very short time.

Seeing Li Yifei withdraw, Master Kase also stopped. He seemed calm and unflustered, but internally he was perturbed, clearly having underestimated the situation and resulting in panic.

Li Yifei smiled, having made his calculations, and naturally wouldn’t act rashly. He didn’t expect to encounter a master in a random small village, someone like Master Kase could be considered a prominent figure in the country.

"Huaxia truly is rich in talents, with experts emerging; I am not as good as you," Master Kase declared a Buddhist chant and bowed to Li Yifei.

After returning the salute, Li Yifei said, "It’s the Master who showed leniency."

"Haha, this time I didn’t show leniency, and besides, the gap between us is too big, I couldn’t show leniency," said Master Kase, whose disciple clearly hadn’t anticipated such a situation, showing a different expression when Li Yifei looked over, bowing quickly.

Nam’s father was puzzled, only seeing the two move in dazzling fashion until they stopped shortly after, unable to tell who won without understanding the Chinese language.

After the fight, it was time to continue eating meat. Li Yifei pulled out some money and handed it to Nam’s father, who naturally refused. However, Li Yifei insisted he use it to buy some good wine. Having encountered Master Kase, Li Yifei thought the other might be a local expert, presumably knowledgeable about information regarding Laxman.

The wine was bought, and Master Kase was truly welcoming, perhaps feeling he lost in the fighting and wanting to regain ground through drinking, hence drinking heartily. However, he still encountered Li Yifei, whose robust drinking ability meant he might not win.

As the drinking progressed, Li Yifei asked, "Master Kase, I have something I would like to inquire about."

"Go ahead," Master Kase replied, eyes clear, exhaling alcohol.

"Do you know anyone named Laxman?"

"Laxman?" Master Kase’s eyes narrowed slightly and he asked, "Why are you looking for him?"

"Some personal business," Li Yifei replied.

Master Kase was silent for a moment, took a sip of wine, and laughed, "There are too many people named Laxman in all of India; I don’t know which one you’re looking for. Just among those I know, there are too many to count on my fingers."

Li Yifei was actually reassured. He said, "A very strong person reportedly living in this area. I have no grudge but need to find him to ask some questions."

Hearing this, Master Kase nodded slowly, leaned closer to Li Yifei, and said, "Then I understand. But, Laxman is not easy to deal with; are you sure you want to find him?"

Li Yifei chuckled softly and said, "I’m not there to kill anyone; it doesn’t matter if he’s troublesome, just to ask some questions."

Master Kase nodded slightly, squinting his eyes for several seconds before speaking, "Then I should know who you’re looking for. He’s over there, more than a hundred kilometers away, Laxman, a powerful person who walks an unconventional path."

Easy to tell? Li Yifei was somewhat suspicious but didn’t voice it, instead nodding and saying, "Thank you, Master, for letting me know."

"You’re welcome. Honestly, we have had conflicts with Laxman, but things are relatively peaceful now. Disdainful of his actions," Master Kase added.

Li Yifei laughed heartily and said, "With the Master’s skills, can’t you teach him a lesson?"

"Indeed not. Laxman’s cultivation is higher than mine. Oh, perhaps if you go, he may meet a match," Master Kase raised his brow and said.

Li Yifei nodded slowly but said, "I’m not going there to fight. Huaxia people love peace. As I said, I just want to ask him some questions, getting answers and then leaving."

"What if you can’t get an answer?" Master Kase teased.

"I will get an answer," Li Yifei asserted confidently.

Master Kase didn’t pursue the matter further; the two continued to drink in silence.

Once they finished eating and drinking, Li Yifei prepared to leave. Little girl Nam ran out and hugged Li Yifei’s waist, showing some reluctance. Although they had only known each other for a few days, Li Yifei had saved her from a crisis; otherwise, she might have already been harmed.

"Bless you, Nam!" Li Yifei left behind a single sentence, then swiftly departed. Master Kase and his disciple stood nearby, watching Li Yifei vanish amidst the forest with a few leaps. Master Kase could not help chanting a Buddhist phrase under his breath, softly saying, "The strong dragon crushes the local snake; Laxman is in trouble this time."

He hadn’t lied to Li Yifei; Laxman was indeed his adversary. They had been at odds for several years but never had a life-and-death duel. Furthermore, Laxman’s domain was a hundred kilometers away on a mountain.

The opponent also practiced Buddhism through the Ancient Indian Religion—a religion exceedingly complex, with numerous rituals and a strict hierarchy. Few believe in it nowadays, and to the secular world, it is shrouded in mystery, making it appear even more formidable.

Li Yifei paused at a cliff’s edge. According to the map, he would likely now be near the border of Pakistan and Huaxia. The terrain here was complex, teeming with wild animals, sparsely inhabited by people—those living here were themselves exceptional.

As Li Yifei materialized there, crossed the cliff, the mountain ahead should be Laxman’s residence.

Spitting out the fruit pit in his mouth, Li Yifei energized himself and leapt, jumping more than ten meters, lightly landing on a branch, then jumping another ten meters to land softly on the ground. He continued forward.

If someone were beside him, they’d be startled with wide eyes at such a light leap over thirty meters—it was indeed shocking.

Compared to Master Kase’s simplicity, Laxman’s residence could only be described as luxurious—a mansion, no less. Li Yifei concealed himself in the treetop, observing the luxury mansion over a hundred meters away, which had a swimming pool, lavish decorations, not in the least lacking. There were even two helicopters parked on a nearby helipad. Many people were moving about inside the mansion. Li Yifei simply abandoned plans to sneak in and, instead, tidied his clothing and approached the front door.

"Stop right there; this is private territory. Retreat immediately, or face lethal consequences!" Two security personnel promptly spotted Li Yifei, drawing their weapons to focus on him.

"I’m here to see Master Laxman; you’d best relax a bit."

"Here for the Master? Do you have an appointment?"

"No!"

"Then get lost; any random person who dares to seek the Master truly knows not the danger!"

Li Yifei continued smiling, unperturbed, only raising his voice, "Master Laxman, I have matters to discuss!"

The voice, seemingly not loud, resonated throughout the mansion, echoing through the valley, showcasing Li Yifei’s vigorous inner strength and potent True Qi, unsettling everyone inside.

At this time, behind the mansion, holding a fishing rod without a hook, Laxman threw it, managing each time to catch a fish or shrimp that seemed frenetically eager to be caught, or rather to be pulled onto the line.

The only fish got away because of Li Yifei’s shout; startled, it broke free. Hearing the voice, Laxman frowned; his companion immediately stood to act, but Laxman halted them: "Bring the person over; let me see."

"Yes!" The subordinate responded immediately.

Thus, when Li Yifei reached the rear fishpond, he saw Laxman still fishing. From behind, Laxman appeared brawny; he was bare-chested, revealing robust muscles, probably around 1.80 to 1.90 meters tall. With a flick of the fishing rod, a golden carp was hooked.

Li Yifei narrowed his eyes, nonchalantly walking closer.

Laxman removed the fish, flicking it into an adjacent pond. Only then did Li Yifei notice there were two ponds separated by a single wall.

"Who are you?" Laxman asked without turning his head. Being able to shout so loudly, he knew Li Yifei was no ordinary person. Considering this, Laxman was somewhat patient.

Confronted with this arrogance, Li Yifei merely rubbed his nose, pulled over a chair to sit down, and calmly said, "A person seeking you."

He used "seek," not "request to meet," which made Laxman furrow his brow momentarily. He paused his casting, turned to look at Li Yifei, immediately sensing the opponent’s strength.

The opponent wasn’t ordinary, so upon arriving, Laxman released his force. If it were a typical Cultivator, just this force would be overwhelming, yet the opponent... sat there calmly, wearing a smile, making Laxman aware that he wasn’t facing a weak adversary.
