Chapter 2846: Blood Shadow
Su Yang spoke in a deep voice: "There’s a lot of chaos, similar to what we felt before, but there’s definitely an inherent difference; it’s certainly not the same!"
"Could it be that another person has appeared?" Ye Wantong exclaimed in surprise: "Where did this person come from? We know very well how many Guardian Gods and strongest humans there are; such as two like this don’t exist!"
Su Yang said nothing; the matter was becoming increasingly bizarre, leaving him full of bewilderment.
The two pursued swiftly in the direction of the power, and before long, Ye Wantong felt the second surge of power.
Just as Su Yang had described, there was indeed a considerable difference from the first wave. Although equally chaotic and complex, the two powers seemed to be inherently as different as if they belonged to different realms entirely, clearly not the same.
"Such a strange occurrence!" Ye Wantong puzzledly remarked: "These two forms of power feel like they’re from entirely different cultivation systems; what’s going on here?"
Su Yang shrugged, unable to comprehend the situation. This phenomenon was entirely unheard of.
One must know that even the current Guardian Gods and humans have different cultivation methods, and their secret techniques are complex and varied. However, there is still inherent relation within both cultivation systems.
Now, these two powers are fundamentally different, leaving people baffled.
How did these two forms of power appear?
"In any case, let’s find the people first!" Ye Wantong suggested.
Su Yang nodded and didn’t stop, pursuing quickly alongside Ye Wantong.
Following the direction of the energy, they flew forward some more. Su Yang finally sensed a powerful energy fluctuation ahead, as if someone were battling with all their might.
"It’s just ahead!" Su Yang called out in a low voice: "The aura of the Eternal Divine Emperor and Supreme Dragon Emperor is up ahead; they should be fighting someone!"
"Quick, chase over and look!" Ye Wantong shouted, swiftly drawing the Eternal Sword and rushing forward.
After all, the Eternal Divine Emperor was like half a father to her; how could she not be concerned?
Su Yang’s speed was faster than Ye Wantong’s; although distant, he clearly sensed that the two ahead were quite powerful. The Eternal Divine Emperor and Supreme Dragon Emperor were at a disadvantage, their energy weak, likely suffering severe injuries.
Although Ye Wantong was also among the strongest, her power was far inferior compared to Su Yang. If she were at the forefront, it would certainly be extremely dangerous. Su Yang led to prevent any sudden attacks targeting her.
At this moment, on the battlefield ahead, both the Eternal Divine Emperor and Supreme Dragon Emperor were utterly defenseless.

The Eternal Divine Emperor said nothing; he was even more unwilling than the Supreme Dragon Emperor. After enduring through the ages and cultivating desperately, he was ambushed by the Heavenly Sect, severed from the path of being among the strongest, and his daughter was utterly destroyed.
He finally found the path to advancement and became one of the strongest. Yet, before avenging, he encountered this situation.
Intercepted by two mysterious Blood Shadows, next to being beaten to death, he was truly aggrieved.
The strongest are immortal!
What is the situation now? Why can these Blood Shadows kill the strongest?
As they approached despair, the two Blood Shadows suddenly stopped. The heads of the Blood Shadows turned toward the distant sky, appearing attracted by something.
The Eternal Divine Emperor and Supreme Dragon Emperor also looked over, perplexed.
Suddenly, their expressions turned excited. They sensed Su Yang’s presence!
"It’s Su Alliance Leader!" The Supreme Dragon Emperor jubilantly exclaimed, nearly jumping with joy: "Su Alliance Leader is here; we’re saved!"
The Eternal Divine Emperor was also overjoyed; Su Yang, after advancing to be among the strongest, was almost on par with the Heaven Slayer. He was possibly the most formidable among the strongest.
Su Yang’s arrival meant he could control the situation!
Su Yang’s speed was swift, and in no time, he arrived at the scene.
Seeing the situation, Su Yang was stunned. He hadn’t expected the attackers of the Eternal Divine Emperor and Supreme Dragon Emperor here would be two such Blood Shadows.
These Blood Shadows appeared extremely peculiar. Not human or demon beast-like, they were very irregular in shape.
One Blood Shadow was like a shadow formed from a mottled stone, with angles everywhere.
The other Blood Shadow was slightly more uniform in shape, appearing like a hexagonal star, very unique.

"Oh, it’s a long story!" The Supreme Dragon Emperor sighed: "We originally intended to fly over to where you were from. However, the Spiritual Energy of this Great World suddenly became unusually sparse; both of us, as the strongest, couldn’t gather much Spiritual Energy."
"We flew for a while, consuming considerable internal power, fearing encountering Guardian Gods with insufficient power, requiring some Spiritual Energy for reserves."
"Just then, we passed a star, noticing it radiated, believing it must contain Spiritual Sources. So, we entered the star’s cavern, finding a Spiritual Source inside, and also these Blood Shadows."
"The Blood Shadows were incredibly strong, and wouldn’t converse normally. Once outside, they immediately pursued us as if we were arch-enemies. We had no choice but to flee."
