The Eternal Divine Emperor thought that by holding back these eight Guardian Gods, Ye Wantong would be able to escape smoothly. However, the situation was not as good as he had hoped.

Around this area, everywhere was filled with battles between the Human Clan and the Guardian Gods. Both the number and strength of the Guardian Gods surpassed that of the Human Clan. Therefore, members of the Human Clan were generally at a disadvantage.

The Heavenly Warrior shook his head, "I cannot leave alone. Since we’re here, let’s fight side by side to the end!"

"We are no match for them!" Ye Wantong said anxiously.

"Even so, I cannot abandon you!" The Female Heavenly Warrior looked at Ye Wantong, suddenly gritting her teeth, "If we can’t hold them off, I’ll be the first to kill you, at least they won’t capture you!"

Ye Wantong understood the Female Heavenly Warrior’s intent and nodded vigorously, "Okay!"

At this point, the dozen or so Guardian Gods had already surrounded them. There was nothing left to say, so the battle began directly.

The Female Heavenly Warrior was not weak, but facing over a dozen Guardian Gods, her strength was far from sufficient.

As soon as the fight began, the Female Heavenly Warrior fell into a disadvantage.

Ye Wantong’s power was still sealed, and she could not help at all. Seeing the Female Heavenly Warrior’s situation grow more dangerous, her heart was filled with anxiety.

The Female Heavenly Warrior’s face was also extremely grim, "The Eternal Divine Emperor has fallen!"

The dozen or so Guardian Gods were overjoyed; the Eternal Divine Emperor was one of the few strong warriors among the Human Clan. With even him fallen, this was indeed a good thing.

She originally thought he would fend them off for some time and then find an opportunity to escape. She never imagined that he would sacrifice his life, filling her heart with sorrow.

A group of Guardian Gods shouted excitedly, as if Ye Wantong already fell into their grasp.

Though reluctant, the Female Heavenly Warrior ultimately gritted her teeth, delivering a sudden strike towards Ye Wantong; she had no other choice.

As this strike landed on Ye Wantong, something unexpected occurred. The crimson necklace around Ye Wantong’s neck surged forward, blocking the strike.

This fatal blow did not harm Ye Wantong in the slightest. Instead, the crimson necklace shattered into pieces.

The crimson necklace dissolved into a pool of tainted blood in mid-air, then the pool expanded rapidly, forming a whole blood pond in the blink of an eye.

"What is that?" a Guardian God exclaimed.

"I don’t know!" another Guardian God replied. "No matter, destroy it first!"

The Guardian God struck at the blood pool, but again the unexpected happened. The blood pool wasn’t destroyed; instead, the blood followed the Guardian God’s power, rushing rapidly towards him.

Before the Guardian God could react, the blood enveloped him completely.

Everyone could hear a horrific scream, as the Guardian God’s body was quickly corroded by the blood, struggling in vain to free himself from it.

Finally, a Guardian God noticed something and exclaimed, "This...this is the Ten Thousand Miles Blood Sea!"

"What?" The surrounding Guardian Gods gasped; the Ten Thousand Miles Blood Sea was an ancient monstrosity that needed the strongest to personally suppress.

"Why is the Ten Thousand Miles Blood Sea so small?" someone shouted.

"Who knows, but it must be the Ten Thousand Miles Blood Sea!" another shouted.

"Oh my god, run! The Endless Blood Sea can corrode everything!"

The Guardian Gods exclaimed in fear, and some even turned to flee immediately.

But by then it was too late. The Endless Blood Sea rapidly expanded to cover a hundred miles, enveloping all the Guardian Gods within.

The dozen or so Guardian Gods frantically retreated, but the blood sea seemed sentient, blocking all their escape routes.

The situation on the scene left the Guardian Gods bewildered. Surrounded by the Ten Thousand Miles Blood Sea, it advanced towards them. Yet Ye Wantong, closest to it, remained unaffected, as if the blood sea deliberately avoided her.

Not just Ye Wantong, but even the Female Heavenly Warrior was unaffected by the blood sea.

"What’s going on?"

"Why doesn’t the blood sea consume her?"

"The blood sea was in the necklace around her neck, what’s this all about?"

The people continuously exclaimed in disbelief, baffled by the situation.

Ye Wantong was overjoyed; she didn’t expect the necklace Su Yang gave her had such power. In this critical moment, it could unleash the Ten Thousand Miles Blood Sea against enemies.
