But Lu Jihan acted like he hadn’t heard a word she said, and suddenly pointed to somewhere on the top floor:
"Yinyin, look, that whole floor seems to be all play equipment. Let’s go see if there’s anything fun."
Song Yinyin frowned and shook her head. "What are we going there for? We’re not kids..."
She hadn’t even finished talking before Lu Jihan firmly grabbed her small hand and headed straight in that direction.
Once they got up to the top floor, they realized it was actually a huge trampoline park. Lots of kids and young people were inside jumping on trampolines, laughter and giggles filling Song Yinyin’s ears.
"Come on, let’s go play on the trampolines too!"
Before she could react, Lu Jihan was already tugging her hand tightly, pulling her toward the entrance.
Song Yinyin was startled. "No way, are you really going to play this? Isn’t it too childish? And besides..."
"Playing isn’t about what you do, it’s about blowing off steam."
Blowing off steam?
Right, she was feeling depressed at the moment, and even wandering around shopping hadn’t helped. It did seem like she needed something more intense to really let things out.
She glanced at the people laughing inside the trampoline park and suddenly felt a little tempted.
Lu Jihan didn’t give Song Yinyin much time or space to think it over. He just tightened his grip on her small hand and walked straight to the ticket booth.
He bought two tickets, then locked all the big and small bags he was carrying into a locker.
A staff member from the park told them that to play in a trampoline base like this, they needed to change into special socks.
So, Lu Jihan spent more money and bought the professional sock covers.
He squatted down beside Song Yinyin, carefully lifted her foot, took off her regular socks, and put the special trampoline socks on for her.
Nearby, a young couple saw how affectionate the two of them were and couldn’t help looking at them with envy, whispering to each other...
Lu Jihan didn’t say anything. To him, this was something he’d long since gotten used to.
Once he finished putting the socks on for Song Yinyin, Lu Jihan changed into his own pair as well, then they walked into the park hand in hand.

The springs of the trampoline bounced him up, launching him almost to the roof. The people around them gasped and cheered in surprise.
She couldn’t understand what they were saying, but seeing them clap happily, Song Yinyin could roughly guess they were marveling at how high Lu Jihan could jump on the trampoline or something like that.
"Yinyin, come on! It’s super fun, hurry up! You’re definitely going to love it." Lu Jihan waved at her and shouted.
