Sword of Glutton Princess

Episode Twenty: Follow the Golden Snail

It was me using Odd Sense/Bottom, which I took from Wreckman Wight, and was chasing a chunk of Odd that looked like the golden snail Gold My Mai... but it didn't work as well as I thought.

It was what the subordinate undead skeleton Wight had, so it didn't seem to be very accurate.

If it's just around the corner, I can tell it's blurry even if I'm meditating on my eyes, but if I'm crossing a wall or the distance is open, the subject's position is blurry.

"... bad, I can't see his odds again. Let me focus for a second."

I say to Mani.

"Oh, okay."

'... shouldn't we give up already? Aren't we just going around the same place from now on? That trait doesn't have the power to accurately mark a remote warcraft.'

Mani agreed, but Belzevute began to leak discontent.

"Ugh..."

It also makes sense what Belzevute is saying.

I also realised faintly that Odd Sensing/Bottom was not a substitute for being able to continue chasing certain opponents in the intricate demonic labyrinth.

It's just that I've taken so long to get here that I really think that I want results in some way.

It's my bad habit to be mean right away.

"And... Also, about three Warcraft come close. Maybe it's Goblin the Kid. Let's keep a little distance."

The little ghost Goblin is an ugly warcraft with low tall, green skin.

It is a Class E Warcraft and is often around [Lv: 11].

There is no unusual force, but it is highly fertile and strangely dangerous to swarm.

I'd love to do it alone, but if there are three of them surrounded, it's hard to avoid this one being hit.

It's also difficult to cover when they target a mani in the rear, so let them do it over here.

The little ghosts "Goblins" do not possess sensible properties or martial arts such as "Odd Sensing/Bottom", but rather have dull five senses.

If you can even know your opponent's proximity first, it's not hard to avoid it without taking a bad step.

Kid Ghost Goblin isn't very fast on his feet either, so even Mani should be able to escape, but getting pinched with other warcraft while he's on the run sucks.

I want to avoid it at my leisure.

Ask Mani to weaken the light on the mana lamp and move to the opposite side of the little ghost Goblin for a while.

Eventually, Kid Goblin and the others strayed from our route.

"... looks like we could dodge it"

The three little ghosts "Goblins" are not very tasty opponents, even in terms of leveling up one of my goals.

Hunting for Warcraft in the same level zone is much more efficient than hunting multiple below the level, if possible.

As a guide, if you can defeat the same level of Warcraft as yourself to get that odd, surely one is assumed to rise in level.

... no matter how confident you are in your arms and your magic conductor and not the means you can take except those who have the courage, because if you continue such an unscrupulous battle you will one day lose yourself.

For this reason, it is a stone to target warcraft that is significantly inferior to its own level, and to continue hunting numbers anyway.

But with the Devil's Sword Berzera, I should be able to move toward the next level for a while.

As long as you can get a single blow in, you can take away the enemy's troublesome fighting skills, as well as Petite Demordi, which can't be used for many purposes but is a special blow.

"Thank goodness you can do through the warcraft you don't want to encounter in Odd Sensing/Bottom... It prevents unexpected warcraft accidents and reduces excess wear and tear."

There is magic to explore the position of the surrounding Warcraft called "Search".

However, because Search is a rare magic classification for both conformable magicians and users, called the Different Magic Rules, and is pulled out into the military as a priority, few adventurers can handle Search.

Odd Sensing and Bottom is also known as pseudo-Petite Search.

No, Odd Sensing and Bottom is not magic, so Odd's fatigue should also be exceptionally low compared to magic.

It would be my bad habit as a former haulier to assume that if I were to move as a haulier who could be a foe and fight at the very least, I might get a lot of money off my famous hunting buddy (party)...

Anyway, that's how much one Odd Sensing/Bottom is worth.

... What the hell will happen to me if I wield the Blade of Rapture, which makes it easy to collect such convenient skills?

I had expectations and anxiety.

"I wish my concubine could have blown me up by putting together three concubines, about Goblin, the little one." Even the tinkering bones of the little ghost Goblin are important food for your lives?

... When I was biting off the usefulness of Odd Sensing/Bottom, Belzevute had been watering me from the side.

"Da, no. Petite Demordi can't be used that long yet, after all my magic. For when you get caught up in unexpected difficulties, I'd like to keep it if possible. I want to keep insurance. Assuming that when you use it, you decide not to explore it any more, and the route out is stable."

"Mmmm......"

Even I am prepared to put my life at risk in situations of need.

But I don't think that's here.

If you put your life at risk every time you dive into the Demonic Labyrinth, you will eventually lose your life.

"... the golden snail Gold My Mai, maybe it's time to give up. As Belzevute said, it seems tough to find it in Odd Sensing and Bottom. Perhaps we should give priority to ways that lead to money more solidly than to making extra mistakes"

My best target is a warcraft other than the human undead who has the same level as me and is acting alone.

... I don't know if I can run into a good Warcraft so far, so I might make some compromises like hunting the Skeleton "Wight" when I'm ready for the bone fight to get cheaper.

"Well, hey, let me concentrate..."

As I tried to meditate my eyes, I felt a mass of some odd approaching me suddenly.

"Huh...?

When I opened my eyes in a panic, a golden snail, My Mai, appeared from the corner.

Definitely the golden snail "Gold My Mai".

He showed up the moment I gave up.

It is often heard that rare things are not found when you are looking for them.

Even the adventurer says, "The sound demon Murmur's singing sounds like he's on his way home," but I didn't think I'd see him like that.
