Sword of Glutton Princess

Episode XVIII: Garlock's Pride

It was a horrible warcraft, but at last the abnormal individual (unique) of the Tooth Ghost (Auga) fell.

I see the light of Odd leaking from the Fang Ghost (Auga) and exhale the relieved breath to return the Devil's Eater Sword Belzella to its sheath.

I thought he was supposed to have died first at the time of the broken neck bone, but looking at all that toughness so far, I was afraid he was going to wake up.

This Tooth Ghost (Auga) was undoubtedly the strongest enemy of all time when it came to pure status.

Me and Edda, Mani lent a hand to Garlock, pulling out the bodies of the two Black Wolves that were being punched against the walls and the ground to make it easy and line them up on the ground.

"Bad... because I was impudent. I'll be right back with the others, just wait a little longer."

Garlock bows his head to the remains of the two.

I know you want to take the wreckage to the ground, but it wasn't realistic to bring you two up safely in the present situation.

The manpower is tight, and most importantly, Odd is all exhausted.

There was no room for us to go back upstairs with the bodies while avoiding the Warcraft.

Perhaps when Garlock brings another of his men back to this hierarchy, their remains will surely already be after the demons ravaged them.

The fact that the remains are not found is also well thought out.

But still, the search for the Demonic Labyrinth is not sweet enough to give priority to the dead.

It's not uncommon that the bodies of adventurers continue to be left unattended, even at low levels.

Just willing to come back one day, Garlock can be described as instrumental.

"I didn't expect to be helped by a scattered opponent."

Garlock felt jealous.

But that must have been because we thought it was too early for this Power Pride Hunting Ground.

I don't have it in my roots.

"... I'm here to help, not that. It just turned out that way. Based on the circumstances, if my demon-guided sword and Edda's fighting spirit, the exhausted fang ghost (orga) abnormal individual (unique) would be an excellent prey, I just decided so."

That's what I said to Garlock.

The story of the adventurer helping Garlock, the leader of the Black Wolves, would be a disgrace to the Black Wolves.

We only came here to hunt for an affordable warcraft.

That's what you should leave it at.

"That won't pass. We're on our own, too. Above all, you adventurers hate me. I can't believe I can make smoke where there's no fire. It's a daily tea thing. No matter how much you're willing to delude yourself, there will be people who can talk to you and follow you to your tail."

Garlock glittered and glanced at the Fangghost (Auga) wreckage.

The gaze was directed to the lower abdomen of the Tooth Ghost (Auga) and to the bone fighting area.

"The stigma of the Black Wolves also leads to the shame of Lord Lagor"

On Garlock's triplet eyes, I saw a stray.

I figured out what Garlock was thinking.

Probably worried about the treatment of the (unique) fighting bones of abnormal individuals of the Tooth Ghost (Auga).

In this situation, if you give us the right to fight the bones of the Tooth Ghost (Auga), which is just an adventurer, it could be conclusive proof that Garlock, the captain of the regiment, was saved by a junior adventurer.

Perhaps Garlock is afraid of it.

"Just leave as a job, is that what you want to say? You're arrogant. I dare not imitate the stigma, but whatever your name falls, it has nothing to do with us."

Edda's got her mouth pinched.

"Oh, hey, Edda..."

"Did I say something wrong? Me too, and you were on the line. Besides, there's no reason to give up the right to fight bones in full."

"But..."

It was the Black Wolves who did the damage, weakened the Tooth Ghost (Auga), and made the last blow.

But that would make it unconvincing for Edda to give up the fighting bones altogether.

If we hadn't gotten our hands on it, there's almost no doubt Garlock would have been killed by the Tooth Ghost (Auga) as well.

It is also true.

But in Garlock's position, I'm sure that's unacceptable.

Because of the Black Wolves and the face of Lagor Largin, president of the Largin Chamber of Commerce, who has them.

This is the only level of fang ghost (orga) fighting bone.

Perhaps it will be of considerable value.

I also know that it is not a light issue that can be fully conceded due to feelings issues.

"Oh, the lady's right. You have no reason to give me anything."

Garlock said so, then walked out towards the aisle.

"You guys take that big ghost fight bone"

That's what Garlock said with his back to us.

"Ga, Mr. Garlock......?

For Garlock, the right of the Fangghost (Auga) to fight bones should be an issue involving the organization and the name of the Lord.

Is that what you're gonna give us?

Sure, we went in to help, but it doesn't make any difference that the Black Wolves did damage, drained Odd, and Garlock stood up front and fought.

It is reasonable to assume that half of the right to fight bones lies with the Black Wolves.

In the first place, this is like saying that I was helped by a Black Wolves regiment leader but a junior adventurer.

Other adventurers who realize I own a fighting bone may try to spread random rumors and paint mud on the Black Wolves name.

No, I'm sure it'll be a rumor.

"Sure, there's trouble with fighting bones getting into your hands and spreading random rumors. But we're not going to be so humbled that we have to twist the facts until we get back to you with our enemies."

Garlock clearly said so.

"Master Lagor will hate it... but you will understand. Take it, I'm sure you helped me."

I swallow.

Unexpectedly, I couldn't have the words to return them to him.

Leave for a moment and Garlock will come again with his back to us.

"Not now... I didn't hear your name. Can I ask you something?

"I'm Dean... this kid here is Mani and his gray hair is Edda"

"Hate, but I'm not going to belong to a merchant-held expedition. If you're a scout, you're gonna have to hit something else."

To my word, Edda goes on.

"You're a busy little girl to the end. … are you worthy?"

Garlock grinned lightly and scratched his head, heading first to the ground hierarchy.

It would also have included an indication of intent not to be involved in the struggle.

I plundered the back of my brain wondering if it would be dangerous to move this "Power Pride Hunting Ground" alone with all that depletion, but Garlock has a high level of basic fighting spirit.

It won't be difficult to overwhelm the Warcraft here, even if it doesn't drain the odds as much.
