Sword of the Philosopher
Conditions for defeating the Demon King
When the base was fully equipped, even high-level demons could be fought alone if they realized it.
It may also be a factor that we continue to fight every day and yet it has been another whole year...... honestly at this stage it was fun to get stronger and the purpose of keeping us from dying at the earliest event was to go somewhere. Or I knew I wouldn't die when I started making money collecting materials. But the means turned into an end, and I even began to fight demons with swords and magic.
Eventually, we start developing items using the materials we get. At this point, I had grown up enough to be recognized for my strength by my parents, and it was like visiting a town outside my hometown over a few days. I've also tried to gather information there, but I haven't reached the stage where the protagonists are active yet, and I haven't started the game scenario. Then I kept hunting for more demons while trying to stay stronger by then.
At this level, I could deal with the Five Demons and such, and at the end of the day I thought even the Demon King... but a wall existed in this.
"Well, it's about fighting the Demon King."
Interrupt work in the cave and start thinking.
The top five demons in the executive class can't even see their shape at this stage. Yet the game prevents us from breaking into places where the Demons are located without having a specific event. So even if you can win, you can't fight now... and most importantly, it's not good for me to defeat you alone for a reason.
It's about the Demon King, who is Russ Boss, but he actually has to be a certain blood muscle in order to defeat this guy. It is a wise man who supposedly sealed the past demon king. The five protagonists are marginal, but they all have one thing in common: the descendants of the wise.
The Demon King has a line that prevents all attacks, but it is the existence that inherits the blood of the wise man that can destroy it - the condition for breaking the line is that the protagonist, a bloodline from the five great demons who are abusing the power of the wise man, regains the power of the wise man. This fact turns out to be the end of the game, but you can't beat the Demon King without that power anyway.
Naturally, you can't be such a bloodline about Luon, and you can't defeat the Demon King. If even one of the five demons defeats it on its own, it means it goes straight to the end of continental annihilation. So you have to get someone from the main character to do it about the Demon King crusade.
"It's one hand to accompany the protagonist and move... no, is this a problem too"
The problem is that you have no idea which protagonist will take that role. It's also unclear if things will go according to the scenario in the first place... even if they do, you can't take care of five people acting apart at the same time... force someone to direct you into battle? No, if you did that, it's not a good idea for another protagonist to defeat the other five demons.
In the game, there is a pattern in which the protagonist defeats the Five Demons alone and the five defeats one at a time. I just don't want the latter scenario to occur. Because as the Demon King grows stronger, even more demon kings unleash mighty magic on the continent, crumbling many cities and towns… even a continent where demons invade and wars spread. When it comes to chasing you there... from me knowing how the game collapses, I don't want to do it.
I thought for a moment that I would show strength and stand on the head of all the protagonists... but I also thought it was risky. Acting forcefully, the scenario collapses and the demon kings' movements become completely unreadable. I do think it's best with the hand of making the protagonists stronger, but I have no idea what will happen. In some cases the Demon King may exercise mighty magic...... anxiety lingers.
If it goes along with the scenario because there is no way to start over, it is better... So while observing how the scenario begins and the protagonists move, I decided to make the choice to respond as appropriate. If there is no indication that the scenario will begin, let's think about what we will do then.
And then, it's how much I interfere... I know it's somewhat accommodating due to the nature of the game called Free Scenarios, but if you want to move on without me, you better. Nevertheless, when there is any trouble, it should be done so that it can be dealt with immediately.
Besides, I don't really feel good in another way when I'm on the table. The protagonists have become kings in the ending without exception... if I join the battle, they might tell me to take up some important position or something... that kind of thing, I'd like to beg your pardon.
I only level with my gaming knowledge. Not very much, but I don't have the ability to engage in politics, and I don't think I can. Therefore, as a mere NPC, it would be the basic policy from now on to work secretly behind and have the protagonists defeat the Demon King... well, there are bad aftertaste events and such at the beginning, so I wanted to avoid that much.
It doesn't change the scenario so much that the victims are naturally there... maybe they should be saved too, but honestly if I turn my hands that far, I will be festived as a hero. Naturally, I can't defeat the Demon King, so the end of continental annihilation...
"You can't do that... I don't know what else to do"
Although a little thin, it is decided to just keep the aftertaste events in the right direction to intervene in the scenario. Let's decide which events we will be involved in and how we will act in the future.
Anyway, I can't even afford to level up when the scenario starts. So as far as I'm concerned, I need to be well prepared by then... at the moment, well, it's already going to be okay, but I almost wanted a level that I could be unscrupulous for a time like this.
And now think about what you're going to do about your people. Rejected because it seems unlikely to be useful or useful to keep a normal adventurer company. Then would it be a character who will be one of us in the game...... no, we come to the conclusion that we should move around alone and decide to move alone.
Then as for doing it... first of all, is it enough to keep the items from running out within doing the event? It would be perfect if we increased the level further to that.
I decided to collect only the materials that I could make the items that I could create on the game. Then I have to go near the last dungeon appearing or something... well, let's go see how it goes and figure out what to do.
I've decided on the policy, so I'll start looking for material from there... the question is how far to prepare, but you just have to work hard until the scenario starts... and that's how I started moving from base to base.
A year from then, he turned himself completely into an item collection obsolete and hunted all over the demons.
As a result, you get as much magic and moves as you can remember...... plus ore and metal as you can only get at the end of the game. The odds are that it is a fairly low rare item... because it was equipped with a talisman that makes it easier to drop rare items, or because it was available in large quantities.
So, this part is also the current state of the continent that hasn't begun... but for now, the situation is like demons are gradually eroding where there are no people. I also wondered if the Five Demons would not appear because I had defeated the demons, but neither would they.
Here, I guess one thing... I guess it's true that the Demon Kings have invaded, but haven't the Demons come to this continent yet? Probably in progress on other continents, and there are no demons on this continent who care about me, just putting all kinds of tricks in place.
Still, I thought if I had defeated the demons, they would notice... etc., but thank you, these demons, they suck in and produce the magic in the atmosphere. Those surgical ceremonies are set up in a place without people, and that is gradually spreading. However, the strength is not constant and varies depending on the environment, the presence or absence of humans, etc.
I thought if we destroy that technique, we might be able to stop the demon... if we just defeat the demon, it doesn't seem to be a problem, but if we destroy it exactly, they might notice. If you do poorly, the Demon King may come and start ravaging you. When that happens, the Bad End is confirmed, more than anyone with the blood of a wise man hasn't appeared on the table. That's why I didn't destroy the ceremony, I kept it just to defeat the demon.
When items gathered so much that all things could be created in that way...... clearly, I thought I had done too much. The more money I sweep and throw away, and finally, on a level... it's only sensational, but I've reached the frontier that if I use advanced magic twice or three times, I can defeat a demon king with no boundaries. You can tell me I'm like a bug at first.
I don't know if it's because it was a player character, even though it's limited at the beginning, or if there are other factors, but it seems possible to retain enough ability to beat the Demon King, even if it's a human being anyway.
If something level is understood from the outside, I won't be able to walk outside... but fortunately that hasn't happened. Nevertheless, I just thought it would be a bad idea to leave any more bases stashed with items and gold so far, so I renovated the bases even though I knew no one was coming.
So, I used extra material to create the strongest weapon... and while it was kind of fun, I started using tons of items to generate it.
