Sword of the Philosopher

Last Preparation

- And finally, the beginning of this edition is near.

"Well, then, I'll go"

I was eighteen when I realized it. Since my age on the game was eighteen, I will have finally reached near the beginning of this edition.

I told my parents I was going to be an adventurer and I started my journey. Exactly, my parents also had some awareness of what I was doing, and I had given my parents enough money to live easier with the funds they had earned from hunting demons, and the two wept in an atmosphere of joy, half sadness, and so on, and celebrated my exit from the gate.

I was sent out economically because I was recognised there even though I wasn't seen as a hero by the people in town... well, this is where it comes from.

When I reach a blind spot, I use magic to return to my base. It had become a place where gold and silver treasures rot. If only in financial terms, it's enough to go to war with a big country.

So first, one eagle caught my eye. It looks real, but it holds a lot of magic from my eyes.

"Well, the information..."

This is the user demon I created. What the protagonists are doing as this part nears... More specifically, it made sense to see if there was any change in what I did all I wanted. Fly this guy closer to the main character to get an idea of the situation we've seen.

As a result, the protagonists don't see any strange behavior. The demonic side also has the same atmosphere as the scenario. I take a deep breath while trying to reassure myself that I just need to move along the scenario.

Soon, that creates weird tensions in your body. As a result of doing whatever you want so far, there's no such thing as being able to defeat me in this world... but I can't just defeat the Demon King. That was somewhat of a heartbreak... but I thought I couldn't help but mourn and I used the magic of movement.

The destination is where I - Luon meets one of the protagonists. The name is Feet, a village in the southern part of the continent that still has less demonic influence.

I have stepped in a few times at this point, so I also remember the place well. It took me a few days to arrive in a village I was used to seeing on the game. The placement of houses goes hand in hand, but apart from just what you can see in the game, houses line up, and the population is in places like village or inside. There are also many ruins and caves around here where demons of affordable levels appear, and quite a few people look adventurous.

In the meantime, it is the purpose of this time to check the situation in the village or something. I'll stop by the tool store somehow, but I just bought nothing and left the place because it was all the items I had in my possession to rot.

You don't have to rely on the store anymore. You can make all kinds of weapons and tools just by synthesizing and blacksmithing... there's no use for gold when you think about it, and you just end up saving up... oh yeah.

I'm interrupting the temporal view of the village, and we're moving. I went outside the village and used accelerated magic - not so long later I arrived at my destination.

There, I wanted to see what happened to the safe house that Leon was using on the game - before Leon used it.

Hideout, even though it was originally a hunter's cabin or something. A small stand-up. I touched the door and it wasn't locked and I was able to get in light.

Inside - as dusty as it was, there was no such thing as missing floors. It is obvious that it has not been used from the situation, and I go inside as I endure the dusty.

There was a desk, so I looked in the drawer and the key came out. I went outside to try and match it with the door...... I got in brilliantly. Apparently, the key to this cabin.

Probably gave up and stayed put...... maybe I should just say I had to give up more than the demons are out there.

Enter the room again and check the room. Indeed, Luon hid the items he had stored in the storage bin downstairs. I looked around the floor and there was a door that looked like it.

When I opened inside, there was nothing in it. So I smiled small and thought I'd prepare an event or so for now.

There are quite a few sub-events that help the protagonist seem to be free scenarios. It's also suspicious whether or not it will fall into the category of sub-events because you only get items for L'Ong events… L'Ong is the only event that involves the main characters. Because of this, let's get it ready.

I wave my left hand here. There is a leather bracelet wrapped around both arms. Leather, a material that synthesizes various items, is more durable than any metal that existed on the game... Then a magic formation appeared in front of me.

This is an application of summoning magic - the formation glowed and appeared, a wooden container.

I could possess an infinite number of items on the game, but now that it's just the real world, it doesn't work that way either. But I want to be able to retrieve the supplies that are based in any case... so I devised a way to remember the magic of the container in my leather bracelet and call it in. By the way, there are dozens of these containers...... some of them only contain cheap knives and stuff, but well there is no zero chance of using them, so I remember the magic in my bracelet for once.

This gives me almost freedom to use the items I have based in… I decide to leave them in the hunter's cabin with just a few colors on the items I got on the game from the container I called in.

I hid them in the storage bin... so I discovered a discreet appearance in the corner of the cabin. These large mirrors are quite rare in this world. I used to live in a mansion when I was a kid... I got interested and I show myself.

There stood a person with brown hair I had seen before when I was playing the game, weaving a look and a brown coat that was neither acceptable nor impossible. While I observe the appearance... the atmosphere just feels a little different because the level isn't half... I guess it's just my fault.

Check the equipment again by looking in the mirror. Because I dare to remind you that your jacket stays in the game. When I opened it, I saw leather armor. Simple leather armor stained blue, no shoulder straps present and white demon-resistant skin wear underneath. So, there's one pendant embedded with a talisman from the neck.

Long sword at hips. Somehow when I pulled the grip out of the sheath just a little bit, I saw a silver fillet. And a blue bracelet on your right arm. On the left hand side, in addition to the leather bracelet, there is another black bracelet.

- All of this was created by me from scratch. It was this equipment that reminded me of the combination on the game because I had time to collect the material and create more research.

The brown coat also looks plain, but it has enough defense to zero the magic attack unleashed by the monster of the final dungeon at this point. In addition to that, the defensive effects of leather armor and skin wear combined, undoubtedly even the boss of a concealed dungeon would have zero damage... most of all, enemy attacks are carried out by membrane-like barriers built with magic. I think the defense on the game probably included it... not only did I build it up, but I also gave it a defense that was uninterrupted in gear. As for this, it is a measure to ensure that we never die.

In addition, the pendant lowered from the neck corresponds to the condition abnormality. This possesses the effect of bouncing off all special attacks, making any attack less scary at the earliest.

As for the bracelet, the right hand bracelet is more aggressive, but the left hand stretches the line. Well, the attack is on a level where you don't have to eat it, but that's just the main reason it's because you're suspected of not acting evasive.

So, finally, the sword...... this is a very common long sword. Because when it comes to weapons, being poorly stolen can be misused and troublesome. So if I needed a melee, I decided to magically create a weapon and use it. The area also seemed to have been customized once, and I think the magically created sword could probably be defeated by a blow if the Demon King lost its boundaries...... honestly, it was overdone.

I take my gaze off my appearance and start moving. Less than that, the protagonists will begin to act.

I also understand what the story will be like because I have a solid memory of my previous life... the problem is that it is undeniable that some events could be booking. Thanks, it seems that the Demon King's side has been moving around since just after the beginning of this edition, and various events have started to occur. Exactly, the timetable was uncertain on the game, so I might need to do something about this area with my guts.

I put all sorts of things together in my head... first to the village inn. I thought back to this part that was about to start - after all, just a little, the tension ran through my body.
