Sword of the Philosopher

Event validation

The next day, we'll open an investigation into the bandits.

Even so, I know where to go, so I propose to Sofia and head to the stuffing where the next event will take place. It is like a combination of alternation and bureau in a previous life, where the number of soldiers is considerably higher than the size of the town because of bandit noise in addition to the presence of demons.

Go inside and I'll ask the receptionist.

"Do you have any information about bandits?

"... have you encountered it?

The man at the reception who asks. Here I shake my head,

"No, I just heard the story, so I thought it was in self-defense."

"Was it the way you traveled? I get it. Things..."

When I said that, the door next to me opened and a man and a woman appeared from the back.

"Anyway, we're here about this."

"We'll talk about that again later. Now go home for a moment."

It was Nog and Caln. Perhaps the two of them came to town for help with the stuffing.

"You guys, aren't you wary because you think it's our fault?

"I will verify your explanation again…"

In terms of content, is it something like a soldier recognizing that a caution stick is rampant, as my aunt at the diner said yesterday, and came to that explanation?

It was going to be an argument, but first Caln noticed our presence and said, "Ah," and his voice stopped.

"Hi."

I'll talk to you. Then Nog noticed this one too,

"Oh, uh..."

Bad, you thought. Looks a little rushed. If Caln insists on that here more than he worked the sleigh, Nog's explanation doesn't make the earliest sense. It's not weird to be caught like this at worst.

"Oh, thank you for that verse"

Sophia says. That makes the Kallns stiff.

"Do you know these people?

The soldier also raises his voice to see if he was interested. I turn my gaze to Sophia. When I said I worked the sleigh, I wasn't at the event - she opened her mouth with a smile.

"No, I was lost in the road. I was fighting demons, and you two helped me."

"... ho"

The soldier groans intriguingly. Meanwhile, the Nogs show a loving laugh along with an atmosphere that, while somewhat surprised, gained them a lifetime of nine deaths.

"Really... Mr. Nog. As I said earlier, the verification will take place. Please leave today."

"... ok"

Agreed, Nog and the others leave the jar. Me and Sophia make eye contact, and I tell the receptionist.

"... I want to talk to you two, so I'll talk about the bandits next time"

"Okay."

At the same time as we agreed, we're out of jail. Then the nogs stood in front of me.

"... helped"

"No, because I wanted to talk to you a little bit too"

Sophia says. The Nogs show surprise at what the person who slept with them is saying.

"It's about the bandits... you guys are dressed in wet clothes and this time it's okay to come to the clock to give an explanation as a caution stick, right?

"... that's what you mean"

Nog replied politely. Then Sophia asks further.

"Can I ask you more about that area?

"Are you going to stick your neck in? I think you should stop."

Caln is a cross spear. And do you agree with Nog? Yeah. I snort.

... flow from the stuffing, the details of the conversation are much the same as the game differently. Choices emerge here in the game, and the event ends once you make a choice that doesn't involve you. Nevertheless, they are in the liquor store, so if you listen there, the event will resume.

"- She and I are traveling under a few circumstances."

I'll open my mouth here.

"I'm a knight or a person involved in policing. I'm sensitive to troublesome bandits and all that. If it's okay, we can help."

That's it, the Nogs keep an eye out for surprises. Yeah, I just keep saying here.

"As much as I've come to talk to officials, so you're in a lot of trouble, aren't you? It's a problem we can't overlook, and we can't let it go... we have quite a few arms. I think it'll help."

"... can I ask you to wait"

When Nog stops us, he immediately turns his back and starts consulting with Caln.

All of a sudden you'll have trouble making these suggestions...... but in fact this is what the events on the game looked like too. The details of the conversation were different for each of the protagonists, but we talked like this together.

While they were talking, there would be some commotion if the game - here I thought I could verify if the event would go like a game.

So far I have been involved with the main events of the characters in the game. As a result, I found that if I didn't intervene poorly, it would be the street of a major muscle game.

However, if a sub-event… and a person who is not the protagonist is involved, will it proceed according to the game? Besides, in this case, a different place from the game. Will the content change in this case, or is it as I know it... it won't hurt to check it.

So far, it's going according to the muscles, but fulfilling - thinking about it, one soldier runs over to the jar. Oh, what about this?

"Shh, excuse me!

Soldiers apologize to the people around them while they go inside the mansion. At the same time, I heard a howl.

"Demons, huh?

Nog also interrupts the discussion and squeals.

Sophia, let's go.

I'll tell her and run. Sophia to follow. Along with that, the Nogs move again.

The scene is the town entrance. Where it came from, there existed demons with grey furrows and cloudy green eyes.

The grey furrows, even though they are different from mere animals, can be seen because the tips of each hair are sharp and pointy like hares. The demon's name is' Needlewolf ', and this is not a development form from animals, but a tentatively early creature that emerged from the attacks of demon kings and demons.

Miscellaneous fish as the level of demons. I am, of course, not enough for Sophia to take, but the numbers are there. It must have been four in the game, but it's eight times more visible... it doesn't look exactly the same around here.

"First, let's knock it down"

"Yes."

Sophia pulls the sword out of these words. Together, I pull out my sword. While the soldiers are bewildered, Needlewolf and the others are attacking us.

"If Sophia now decides twice or three times, she's the one she can take down."

"Okay."

At the same time as the response, Sophia approaches the leading demon. The moment the demon tried to open his mouth wide, he shouted his sword vertically.

Slash to the head. But it wasn't exactly a blow, but it succeeded in frightening him greatly, launching a series of attacks.

Now Yokohama. The demons have vanished lightly... they have not exactly reached the level of swordsmen and knights in their posts, but they still appear to be an easy victory for the demonic opponents who attack them monotonously. Demons on this level are no longer enemies.

He also takes a blow to the continuing impending demon, and now shoots out the demon's body by magic 'Aerial Sword'. It also involves a few more demons that were around it, greatly blunting the movement.

In it I move again... I decide to test how to fight based on my last reflection.

Relative to the needlewolf coming his way. Against the demons attacking directly from the front - I first responded with magic.

Light Attribute Lower Magic 'Holy Shot' - The magic of feeding a bullet of white light to your opponent. Basic power is junior magic, so I can guess, but the demon in front of me is a basic blow… but if it hits the head or body properly.

Aim is the foot. The magic unleashed as the demon attacked speed struck straight into the right forefoot as he aimed, causing a major breakdown in his posture.

All right. I whine in my heart while flashing to my head. Destroy demons.

- In the case of flame-based magic, for example, the flame spreads to the body if it also lands on the 'flame needle'. Therefore, even if the hit is bad, there is a possibility that it will be caught in flames and hit.

But 'Holy Shot' is different. I have no aftermath, so I can destroy only the area I aimed at - other magic would be fine, but I thought the light magic I'm best at would be easier to follow the prospects, and I made a choice.

The result is success. Decide with slaughter while moderately destroying the area - if you stand around like this, you should be at least less likely to be questioned like a ruin... it looks like you need to think more around here.

Plus Kaln and Nog fight again. Caln was a dagger, Nog was a long sword... the two of them never used magic, but they were able to deal with Needlewolf without struggling against whether the level was quite there as well.

The number of demons was eight, but we didn't struggle much... and the battle in less than five minutes succeeded in annihilating them.
