Sword of the Philosopher
Devil's Raid
There are a total of just over forty caution sticks heading to Negijo, the thief. This is not everyone because some people protect the fort... according to Caln's story, there were about a hundred people at their best, but there was a lot going on and they were down. In some cases, the reduced number seems to have been a regular soldier, but it will also include those who return to banditry and will now be defeated.
Listen to the bandits while you march. Grasping the inside line in the game As far as I'm concerned, there wasn't a cakera of freshness, and I'm not so surprised Sophia was guessing. But the doubt seemed to me, opening my mouth.
"Why, did they betray you?
"I don't know. Mr. Theol is more negotiable than he is, so he doesn't know what to do."
... Well, I guess there's no deep reason.
"Okay. So, how do we move?
"The opponent's base is a cave, but Mr. Theol said he wants you to prevent him from escaping near the entrance. You may be on the front line in some cases. In that case, say it again."
"Ok...... let's do our best"
Caln replied "Yeah" to Sophia's words... suddenly he looked sorry.
"Uh... again, what, I'm sorry I stole your wallet"
In contrast to the mention, Sofia becomes a serious expression. At the same time, I felt like Sophia's gaze was looking at Caln while still capturing another "something".
"... you guys should be getting paid as a caution stick with a certain amount of trust. Your behavior breaks that trust… I think we should stop now"
"Yes, I won't do it anymore"
Says Caln. Sophia's words have an atmosphere of advice rather than reprimand... and if you're angry from the bottom of your heart, you won't even talk long like this. I'm not taking the act lightly, but more than that, I feel something for Caln.
Does this mean that there is something because Caln is a character who will be one of us in the game and Sophia is guessing it...? What does that have to do with anything around there that didn't mention much at the time of the purse being stolen?
If so, don't worry about how Gilbert felt. I should have heard more about this area... I'll ask after the fight.
During such exchanges, there is a change in the air of the caution sticks. Apparently, the target location is close.
Did Sophia feel that, too? Shut up. Eventually what I saw was a boggly empty cave that existed with the mountain on its back.
"Let's go."
Theol raises his voice and the caution sticks move in unison. That's exactly like cutting ahead of the war - I saw a lookout bandit near the cave entrance pulling into the cave in a hurry.
I don't think I would have understood that it was an act, except for me, who knew what the event was about. The idea of being connected to the Demon Clan can't be in the first place with Theols, and it would be unimaginable for a Lesser Demon to set it up after this.
Theol is followed by other faces into the cave. While luring Theol and the others inside, it's supposed to be enemy maneuvers that the Lesser Demon sandwiches through the entrance, and we'll stop the enemy crowd at the cave entrance.
Looking around, five caution sticks, including Callum, look around the entrance. Nog seems to have entered the cave, and she's the only person I know.
For a while I heard metal noises from the back of the cave, plus something like a hanging voice. The enemies in the cave on the game were cleaned up by Theol and the others, so you probably don't have to worry about that... when you thought so, you perceived the signs. The place is the woods where we've been.
"... hmm?
Sophia also noticed. Even more of the remaining calluses give a similar look, and other faces guarding the entrance send their gaze.
At that moment - a Lesser Demon emerged from the forest.
"Nah...!?"
Sophia is surprised. No, other than her... or everyone except me looks unexpected.
"Why, the devil is here...!?"
Someone screams. Then more Lesser Demons emerge from the back of the forest.
Well, it's a fight... there shouldn't have been any casualties in the game, but you should be careful.
I see Sophia. I put up my sword and went into a battle posture, so I'll pass on my advice.
"It's not that hard to destroy if you can give your strength to date. However, be careful what you have. If you don't have anything, your nails should be your weapon."
"Okay."
Shortly after I snort, the Lesser Demon sets me up. There are three looming bodies. But a sequel had emerged from the forest, and it was obvious that it would come intermittently.
"Holy shit!
Caln moves ahead. When you take out the throwing knife, release it to the feet of the Lesser Demon. That pierced the ground - apparently removed it and she groaned.
That would probably be a 'shadow stitch' for lower dagger moves. Temporarily stopping the movement by piercing a weapon with magic in the shadows... just not so much success. I couldn't even stab a shadow with that one right now, but I don't know if it was a good success when it hit me.
The hell out of the three are coming at us at the cave entrance... and here I tell Sophia.
"Sophia, stop the hell with me. I'll fight another one."
"Yes!"
At the same time as the words, two Lesser Demons moved. In addition to the guy pushing straight ahead, the other two flee left and right. So I set my aim on the guy who turned left, and I move my leg. Sophia, on the other hand, sets up a sword and moves to intercept the guy on the right.
And the batons left the center... and that's how the fight started. It's a defense fight, but it's just too conspicuous when I take it down from one end to the other... when it comes to a crisis situation, it's inevitable, but that's only a last resort. Let's remind him of the battle against Needlewolf and let's say he moves to destroy the site and defeat it.
Cover your left hand first. And what I unleashed was a 'holy shot' - as a result, the Lesser Demon I was about to press was a direct hit to my right arm. The tip disappears from the shoulder.
Chant magic while it comes further and the same magic again. Now aim at your feet and blow the bottom off your left foot knee. Still, the devil approaches.
But the movement is obviously dull... I made a blow with my sword and now it's time to destroy it.
All right...... I turn my gaze whining in my heart. Sophia engages the Lesser Demon directly from the front. The opponent waved down the long sword she had, but she avoided discerning.
Her counterattack. Let the wind gather and release the 'Wind Sword'. The blade of the sword and wind burst, frightening the Lesser Demon greatly.
Her movements seemed to flow from here - she quickly pulled in and added another blow before turning her left hand and releasing 'Firelance'.
As soon as possible, a Lesser Demon is swallowed up in the fireworks. The body collapses and disappears with it. Seems fine.
And the caution sticks...... it is now up to Caln to succeed in "Shadow Sewing," and the rest of the faces will work together to determine the sword. The Lesser Demon was lightly annihilated by a series of attacks and won unharmed.
These caution sticks don't possess the ability to fight Lesser Demons alone. However, we are able to deal with it adequately due to collaboration... this seems to be ok.
Nevertheless, the devil comes intermittently. It will undoubtedly be a long-term battle, more of a physical battle than a question of ability.
"Next, they're coming!
Someone screams and the bare-handed Lesser Demon approaches. When I tried to cover you, one of the caution sticks came forward and confronted the devil. Take the attack directly from the front.
"Gu......!
Groaning he succeeded in pushing back and fighting back. That's where Sophia goes into the follow up. She also took another blow, releasing a 'disease sword' as she continued to stand as she stepped out further in front of the caution stick - knocking it down.
But there are two demons approaching her. The weapon was a long sword and a spear... I had an instinct that if I let it go, it would be bad. I moved instantly.
Shortly after Sophia started fighting demons with long swords, I unleashed a 'holy shot' while running. The aim, from me, is behind Sophia... a spear-held demon moving around to her side.
The bullet drew a mountainous orbit and passed over Sophia's head, striking directly at the left shoulder of the brilliant demon. So Sophia backed off as she blew out the Lesser Demon she was fighting with the 'Aerial Sword' - she couldn't get her hair in for a while, and I interrupted.
The Lesser Demon, who lost his left arm, is on his way. Here I use the magic guide lower moves "Holy Light Sword". With the technique of gathering light and knocking down slaughter all over himself, avoiding the punch of the demon unleashed, he packed and slashed in an intermission - annihilated.
And it's who Sophia blew up - but Caln succeeded in "Shadow Sewing" again and Sophia destroyed it with "Thunderbolt".
