Sword of the Philosopher

Ally and Challenge

After the underground investigation, Sophia and I will take on a new purpose and head to Garnise, a city with a fighting field. The primary purpose is to strengthen Sofia's swordsmanship.

And as things stand, the protagonists, including Alto, have moved a lot, but they have not shown the attitude of challenging the Five Demons. We also have information that the Demons are setting up a castle, so it should be in their ears... but it's not working so far.

If we are going to fight the Five Demons in the future, we will have to hurry there to put the power of the Wise Men into Sofia... so far we will be fine. There are four remaining five demons, but two of them do not occur unless they have a prerequisite event, so if we observe about it, we can afford time.

I can't fight without defeating two or more of the five great demons anymore, so at the moment I'm left with no problems. The last of them set up a castle close to Garnise on their way now. I'm somewhat wondering if it would be the Demons of this place if we were to fight the next time... it exists in the direction of progress, so we should be able to deal with it.

Sofia's treatment of 'Birdsoa' will also be discussed. The level also rises. I seem to have almost mastered about the control surface, so I'll use it to speed up my itinerary. It was difficult to go from town to town because of the duration problem, but it could still be shortened a lot. I'd say it's done for once.

It's going well, but there's one problem. It will be hard for just the two of us to take the lead in fighting the Five Demons in the future. Even if I stand around for cover, besides the possibility that my powers will be exposed, there are limits to just her avant-garde. Thus,

"I guess I'll have to add some company"

Dinner in the town of Garnise is just a few days away, I tell you.

"Are you one of them"

Sophia says. Atmospherically, it looks like consent.

One problem, buddy, is that me and Sophia travel fast by 'Birdsoa'... but I have an idea about this. Such techniques also exist in moves so that magic has the magic of fast travel.

It was possessed by certain knights, fighters in the arena, etc. The basic usage method is the auxiliary operation used when opposed to the enemy, such as turning behind the target, but it can also be used as a means of travel, just like 'bird soar'. There's someone in Garnise who's mastering it with a character to be one of them, so you can consider it as a condition.

"Looking for company in Garnise?

Sophia asks. I just nodded.

"Right... if I'm going to fight the demons who will set up my castle in the future, I can only support the rear... so the avant-garde is at least the other one. And I want at least one wizard."

"Right...... Hmm, avant-garde anyway, wizards can be difficult in Garnise"

I have an image of all the warriors because it's where the arena is... Sophia seems to interpret it that way too.

"No, wizards immersed in the arena... some wizards are good at melee attacks"

"Really?"

"Oh...... though, I guess I'd rather look for a warrior system than such an anomalous candidate. Because Sophia can handle magic and swords, the other warrior could be a physical attack specialist or something"

As I say, I pick up a character in my head who will be one of us in Garnise. There are many characters who will be among us here, either from remnants who were trying to prepare events about fighting competitions, etc. In doing so, I'll figure out who to keep company of.

Even when thinking about highway travel without means, Sofia has a way of growing what can be called a universal type, so no matter what person is added to it, we can work together. However, what bothers me here is that it is different from the game characteristics and reality.

In the game, it was possible to increase defense and perform a gorilla push, but in reality, the basic avoidance is fought for in the main. Still, based on the fact that random, serial strike moves can be stopped by enemies, it might be better for someone with high single attack power.

By the way, there are characters who will be buddies in Garnise, and who will rise to the head when asked. However, the person was only strong in the game, and the question remains as to how far he or she can fight in the real world where different ways of fighting the game will benefit his or her width.

There are many characters to be a companion to, and the characteristics vary. In addition to the growth rate, it seems to be compatible with Sophia.

"Dear Luon, I have one question"

Here Sophia speaks up.

"I think it's enough to add those who fight in the arena to our people... will you agree with what we do?

Uh, right. Unlike games, it would be different to simply talk to each other and be one of them. Do I have to think about the area as well?

Well, all I can tell you is to hit and smash around here... unlike spiritual searches, peer searches can take a while. We'll need to act while we're ready around there.

"Though..."

So I tell Sophia.

"The main purpose of going to Garnise is to strengthen Sofia's swordsmanship. Let's start by making sure we get there and find some company."

"Okay."

Sophia accepted, and the conversation was separated.

At night, thinking of things alone, Raefin visited the room.

"What's going on?

"I mean, I'm looking for a buddy, but I was wondering if you had a candidate"

"There are characters in the story, so I think we're going to choose from them"

"In that, what are the excellent users?

Raefin says, he comes up to me and speaks in a whisper on purpose.

"I think it would be tougher if Sophia wasn't quite a user than she was going to have the power of a wise man and fight the Five Demons in the future"

"... right"

Every character got stronger when I worked out... but I guess the problem is the face-to-face level of being in the arena. I can sense some ability from the moves I unleash and the signs I emit... but if I'm not one of the main characters, I risk being left at a low level.

Garnise also has guilds, so that shouldn't be the case, for example, if you were taking a job and gaining experience. But if it was at the initial level... even if I said I could afford the time, I wouldn't have just enough time to train people at the initial level.

Fighting strong enemies in the game gives you experience all at once. Levels have gone up gnarly, but not in the real world either... so you might want to look for someone as close to Sophia's level as possible.

Um, you have a lot of conditions. This could be pretty tough. Besides, you have secrets about me and Sophia... would you need to consider that area too?

"... you won't know until you go first"

I conclude. Then Raefin replied, "Okay,"

"For one thing, are you sure you want to leave it to Master Luon?

"That's fine...... go to Garnise and let me think about what to do"

"Okay. By the way, do you also consider the means to train Master Sophia?

"Of course I do. There's a good place."

Raifin gave a convincing look at these words and left the room.

Now, swordsmanship enhancement and peer searching...... a situation where the story is finally about to plug into the middle too. I was convinced it would be a different journey, but I was going to put my mind back together.
