Sword of the Philosopher

Working with Dragon Essence

Sophia was the first to set up the demon.

Ahead of me, she grabs the sword with both hands and flashes to the side. The demons started animal systems such as wolves and bears, and some of them look like zombies... but the first to put a sword on them were demon-like enemies.

Shockwaves emerged from that body shortly after the spear entered. The arrow tip, which I thought was probably due to the influence of the dragon sperm forfa… etc., its shock wave swelled and exploded in the front of Sofia.

The momentum also involves the demons in the vicinity… wiping everything out. Even I was amazingly powerful.

"Sophia, is that the power of Forfa now?

This one also asked as she started engaging again, and she nodded with a strange look.

"Yes, I wasn't putting so much effort into it..."

Sophia plunged her sword once more - shock waves just spreading. Some demons with giants like the Auga are blown away, and it is easy to guess that their powers have been considerably enhanced.

With this enhancement, it is unknown if she will be all right during the showdown… at least since we are certain that it is a different situation from the last battle, should the rest be more sophisticated and allow us to manipulate our powers even more freely?

Meanwhile, I have no problem cleaning up all demons with a single knife. I use the sword I got in the ruins... but I can destroy it without putting magic into my body. And if you pour magic into it and slash it, it will be so sharp that it has little feel.

It's like a situation where you're slashing and throwing away a large but impending demon from one end, so the outing might end soon.

"But this is all the demons...... is it retaliation against the Marquis?

When Sophia raised the question, I shrugged my shoulder.

"Probably. But Exon is the only one who has publicly flipped the anti-flag, and for Anastasia, the position is neutral. Even if she does, the Empire will pass unknowingly."

I talk as I kick into a demon like a child ghost.

"Either way, you have to pay for the firepowder that came down."

"Considering the number of demons, I don't think it's a fire powder scene."

There are fewer and fewer demons during the conversation. Then the demons interrupt me and Sophia as a threat or as they were moving forward and start surrounding us.

"You've changed your moves. There's a chance someone might be directing us."

"There's a commander in the demon?

"Or someone on the imperial side remotely manipulated... no, I don't think there's anyone who can manipulate all this demon at once. Sophia's opinion seems more likely."

As we wipe out more and more demons, the demons block our way out. Though, neither me nor Sophia think of it as a crisis at all.

We become back-to-back with nature and slaughter demons. When I think I knocked the slash vertically and destroyed it, I hear Sophia deciding the sword from behind. It's like competing.

"Sophia, are you okay?

"Yes, magic is fine"

"Looks like we're working well with Forfa, but if it's a long fight, it could be burdensome on your body. Tell me as soon as there's anything unusual."

"Okay."

I wave my sword vigorously during the conversation. They simultaneously destroyed the wolves that were about to be attacked in line by a series of attacks.

Do you want to clean this up sooner than expected...? When I came to that idea, Lesbail sent me a report.

It's not strange that some of the demons start to act on their own accord, beyond the large number, and move in the unusual direction... there's no such thing as control.

"Hmm, there seems to be no doubt that there is a leading presence of demons... defeating it would be like scattering demons on the contrary"

"It should be the last time," he said.

Sophia says. I replied, "Oh,"

"In the meantime, let's get Les Bailes back. So..."

Give instructions to the user demon flying around the sky. If this is the work of the Imperial side, it is not strange for knights and others to observe.

Les Bailes, Richard riding a dragon, etc. would hide if they got closer. But if you're a demon, you might be able to capture that figure.

At that time, there was a noise from above called go-o-o-o-o-o. If you look, the dragon is making a descent at a terrible rate.

"Richard."

The moment you whine, a dragon storms into a herd of demons. He kicks the demons as they fly through the ground critical...... eventually finishes the attack and rises all at once.

The dragons strike, and the demons disrupt the formation greatly. There are also things that have perished, and the place where the dragon went through has caused considerable damage.

"That's amazing, Mr. Richard"

Sophia looked up at the sky and was amazed.

"The same goes for the dragon's offensive power, but I didn't expect it to get close to the ground sleigh"

"Sure, if you do poorly, you'll clash straight to the ground... it's his effort to serve so well"

To reinforced Sofia, Richard's cover. And from my presence, I am convinced that we can destroy our enemies without so much time.

"All right, Sophia. At this rate, we'll finish it all at once."

"Yes!"

With a light-hearted reply, she ravishes her sword. More shockwaves than ever occur, reducing even the number of demons.

Its power is enough to make the ground swell in the aftermath. The demons were also wary of power or stopped once... and still storm.

Now it's simply producing shock waves, but you're going to be able to change as many tactics as you want in your application... and with that in mind, I'm going to break the approaching demon vertically. To the next demon... I thought the arrow tip, the demon with the all-time magic, into view.

Wolf heads on the human body...... you're a warwolf.

"From the sign, is he the commander?"

"Are you talking about werewolves?

"Oh. Because defeating it could scatter demons, later"

"Okay."

Listening to her voice, I still move - so I immersed myself in the battle.

It's all over, then an hour and a little bit later. It was just a lot of numbers, but still a quick battle.

Destroy Warwolf at the end, and stop. Just in case, there's no demons left around.

"Yeah, no more demons pushing this way."

I checked with the demon and mentioned it. Richard fell out of the sky and opened his mouth to me.

"You don't see any demons moving from the sky... apparently that's it"

That's what he said. He turns his gaze on me.

"How do you feel about the sword you got at the ruins?

"It's not bad. Even if you don't pour magic, you can defeat demons, so enough about power. And thanks for the backup, Richard. You trained that dragon to operate, didn't you?

"Sort of. I'm wondering if I could make use of it during the showdown...... what about Mr. Sophia?

"I don't have a problem with that either. There is no fatigue due to working with Forfa, so it is possible to fight for a long time."

I guess it's good as a result of the war.

"So, Master Luon. Is it okay that this enemy is on the Imperial side of the deal?

"It would be reasonable to think so. Someone was manipulating me, and that's why I was so organized."

I'm searching with the user demon to see if there are any people on the Imperial side around... I can't find them. Does it feel like creating demons, giving them easy instructions, and then leaving them alone?

"For once, do you want to go back?

Richard asks. I was wondering if I could get any more information.

"Oh, yeah"

Agreed, ride the dragon. And flew away.

However, the user demon is still looking for people on the imperial side... and found something here.

"This is..."

"Master Luon?

Sophia asks, but I don't answer - I concentrated my consciousness on the user demon.
