Sword of the Philosopher

Ancient Angels

Me and Devals retreat as we look to the fallen angel surrounded by light. The opponent turned to his limits, and yet this one gave his full strength. There was definitely a response. Is that settled?

When the light broke off slightly, there was the appearance of a villager standing on the bar.

"Is the attack over?

Fallen angels to ask. For confirmation, or to this extent, etc.?

But it doesn't look safe at all. It also looks like a wind that finally welcomes the limits and finally stands -

"Is there anything left to say?

Devals asks. And the villagers laughed,

"... we shall see your ascension at the bottom of Naruto"

Immediately afterwards, its body is wrapped in pitch black. I thought it was the last counterattack... but the black collapsed Viraiser's body as if it were a flame - eventually, it disappeared completely.

Silence dominates the temporal field. Looking at where Villaiser was standing,

"Well, the operation's over for now."

Sitting down on the ground, Devals shrugged.

"Hold on, it's been tough till the end. After all, the ones who became fallen angels tasted different."

"Were you thinking easier?

Somehow I ask, Devals shrugs his shoulders.

"I thought I'd be carrying something a little bit more. But the results are good. We defeated Villaiser and pulled Anverate in this way."

"I thought my heart would stop..."

Nell speaks here. And deep sighs at the same time.

"Dear Devals, at least tell me"

"No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I didn't think Villaiser would risk being taken into account, but just in case."

Nell sighs again at that comment. Somehow, you're really struggling.

"Whatever the battle is, it's our victory... and speaking of which, what's going on out there?

"I'm talking about Sophia and the others defeating the demons..."

Eyes outside the barrier. Then there was Sophia, who looked a little rushed.

"Master Luon!

"What's up, you got a problem?

"Multiple demons have moved to see if it's the effect of the Villaiser's fall."

"You're talking about losing control."

Devals stood up, stretched out big once,

"Let's go hunting for the rest of the party. Can we go?"

"Oh, I'm fine over here"

"I'll be fine, too."

Following me, Nell also commented. And the head of heaven hangs the decree.

"Come on! Then let's call it the total finish of the fight!

After the annihilation of a fallen angel named Villaiser, he entered the crusade of demons... but the battle came to an immediate end. It was an easy win to be clear because this time the members are warriors on a level that doesn't bitter the big demons.

The participation of the angels who were waiting in the demonic nest further reduced the time of the crusade... the battle ended in about a few hours. For a moment I waited around the crater, which had been made of the first battle, looking up at the sky and breathing.

"That was a tough fight."

"Good luck"

Neighbor Sophia tells. I laughed lightly at it,

"I wonder if there has been any harvest because I have been able to learn a lot of methods here..."

"Sorry, I can't help you much"

"Fine. I've had a lot of trial and error with Devals, so this fight must have been between me and him. I just wonder what kind of battle it's going to be next."

"We have fallen angels on our side, too, so you can't read them"

Yeah, that's a yes. It's just not bad.

It's big that Fallen Angel Anverate is on her side...... but the purpose for which she became Fallen Angel is revenge. For what reason did you take those choices?

I had my doubts, but is that the part you shouldn't touch? I'm curious, but it's personal.

"Hey, Mr. Luon"

Devals voice. The way he walks over when he turns sideways.

"First of all, you got rid of the big demon. I'll take care of the rest so you can go back to town."

"Well, then, please."

"And good luck. Thank you so much."

"... we're sticking our necks in our own hands, so we don't have to thank you. Besides, I could learn a lot with your help."

"You mean Les Bailes... I have one suggestion to make."

"Proposal?"

When he asked back, Devals muttered one thing, "Hmm,"

"No, let's not... I don't know if it's going to be what I think it is."

"What's the sudden matter?

"So I have a plan to strengthen Resvail... and I'm going to go back to heaven and test it out."

... I'm not sure, but if Resvail could be further enhanced, can I leave it to you?

"All right, I'm gonna walk around the nest a little bit more and see what's going on."

"... one thing, okay?

When I asked, Devals said, "Go ahead."

"As for Anvelate, were you sure you were going to be on your side?

"At least it looks like you're on edge with Rostaldo. It could have been neutral, but either way, we thought we could rule it out in our showdown with Villeser."

"To think from her purpose, can I assume that she has become a fallen angel to be strong?

"I'm pretty sure that's the idea."

"So much, you mean resentful..."

"Let's leave it up to us to talk about the past… Now, to tell the truth, I know the motives for revenge, but I don't know the specific reasons for getting there. I just gathered the materials to scatter and found out."

... at least I'm not sure why I can't ask for more details because Anverate won't be happy to talk.

"Rostaldo is an ancient angel. I guess Anverate got involved with him somehow when he was an angel, too."

"... no?

When Sophia listens back, Devals says "I'm sorry" a word.

"You didn't explain. Angels have people who have lived since the age when angels were active on their continent. These people are called ancient angels. Not many, though."

"... have you been acting as an angel for so long"

"Some of those angels were asleep. Truth be told, Nell is an ancient angel."

... Then why treat it so badly? Is there a reason, after all, that you can't resist the length?

"Doesn't look like it."

"I don't know what it looks like. Nell was asleep, too, so I don't think he's an old angel, unless you say so."

"Was Villaiser also an ancient angel?

To this question, Devals shook his head sideways.

"No, even though newcomers... live more than humans live to life. The sincerity of working hand in hand with Rostaldo is unknown, but there seemed to be some aspects of it that were craving power, so the area might have something to do with it. At least it didn't seem like he hated angels or had a history like that."

He shrugged his shoulders as he spoke that far.

"Ma'am, maybe Villaiser was one of those bouncing off criticizing the current system. Rather, Rostaldo invited me to deny the possibility."

"Either way, Rostaldo is the biggest opponent."

"That's right. As for the treatment of Anverate... I'm not going to do anything wrong."

... be on your side, her treatment would be subtle for the angels. After defeating Rostaldo, there's going to be some controversy about what we're going to do about her. Although I don't seem to be willing to treat you as evil as a Devals atmosphere.

"Well, that's it for the story. Good day, Mr. Leon and the others."

"Oh."

"Good luck"

After a brief greeting - we're going back to town.
