Sword of the Philosopher

Palace of Heaven

We spent a few days in town - the day came when we left for heaven, and me and my crew went out early in the morning. Though the morning sun is shining, the town hasn't really moved out...... like that.

When we reached the entrance to town, we discovered the alts and Einah we had already been waiting for.

"Oh, Mr. Luon. Say hello in heaven."

Alto waves first. I turned to Eina accordingly.

"What about you?

"I'm fine. Regards."

... I'm only impressed, but it looks like Alto and the others are having some fun, and Eina on the other hand has some strength in her shoulders.

I come one after another with Alan to Serga, Dietzsche and Quoto while I wonder how to loosen this up......

"Oh, have you gone ahead?"

Quoto approaches me laughing. Serga and Dietzsche briefly said "hello" to us, and Alan thanked us even smaller.

"It's pretty much touching the power of an angel even as we are. I'm looking forward to it."

"We're not going to a picnic."

It was Dietzsche who was next to him. Quoto returns "I know," but the grin doesn't go away.

"It's not like I'm going to stand in the way of Mr. Leon and the others. Let's get along."

Dietzsche shrugged her shoulders at how he looked like that. But no further recourse.

Eventually, Nell comes and starts showing us around. Following silently, including me, I entered a forest that was different from where I had visited the heavens before.

A little later, a flower garden appeared. So Nell started preparing - the space in the middle of the flower garden was distorted,

"Come on, go ahead"

Nell invites. Alto and Eina looked at each other… but more than that Quoto acted ahead. Dietzsche continues to follow it, plus Eina and Alto enter from there.

"Mr. Nell, is this a different place than before?

She nodded instantly as Sophia asked,

"I'm staying in heaven for a while in addition to being a big place… I've decided on a place to visit this time in view of that."

I don't know... after Alan walks into space, I go into space with Sophia and Romilda. And the first thing I saw...

"... what?

Unexpectedly, I raised my voice.

Alto, Eina, and Serga looked at what was in front of them to see if they were in the same mood again, stopping and bewildered.

Something that showed up in front of us. That 's--

"Palace, is it?

"That's what's gonna happen."

Nell answers Sophia's question... it was undoubtedly a majestic and beautiful palace, as she said. Surrounded by meadow areas, a large palace with a white tone extends all over sight.

"Don't worry, we have a room for everyone."

Nell says... but from the looks of it, it's obvious we're not matching Capa. I don't care what you think, you're too big.

But this is it... I can't help but convince myself that I'm going to call on you to move on.

Eventually the alts start to move. Then the gate could begin to open on its own and go inside.

Continue along the cobblestone path to the front door. And as we entered the building, the luxurious entrance widened, and furthermore in the center of it stood Devals.

"Welcome to heaven...... I know you're surprised by this building a lot, but let me explain it to you first"

Saying so, he patted his fingers. Then the samurai-like people emerge from the hallway and elsewhere.

"We were made to prepare a maid of honor to make her comfortable in this palace. Tell them if you need anything. Oh, by the way, because the bell for the call is in the room."

So much so that the samurai greeted each other in unison. It's kind of an amazing sight.

"Then let me show you to your room as soon as possible...... oh, or one more thing. Some of you may wonder if there's a reason to do this, but consider this part of the thank you you for your cooperation. Fighting Fallen Angels...... I hope you can see how hard that is"

I could see in his words that there was strength in Eina and Sofia's body.

"Then follow me"

When Devals turned himself in, he started leading us.

Well, I hope we arrived in the room, but this is quite large again, and there's some restless atmosphere... I might get used to it sometime, but it's going to be awhile.

It doesn't mean that my people will start training as soon as they visit the heavens... but it feels like they are first looking into what is going on in this palace and being guided.

"I don't know what to do."

I'm whining. When I think about it, I hear a knock. When I answered, I just showed up.

"Mr. Devals?

"Yo, you got a problem?

"The room is huge and it's hard."

To his sentiments Devals muttered satisfactorily, "Yes or no?"

"If you spend a few days about it, you won't feel uncomfortable. So, nothing else came here. Mr. Leon, I'd like to tell you something about the armored angels you hold."

"About Les Bailes... Speaking of which, you said you had some ideas"

"Oh."

And, Devals becomes niggardly. I sat here with my hands showing the white table and chair I had set up at the window, facing each other.

"Mr. Leon came to this continent for a number of reasons."

"Oh. Strong protective equipment in it - that's what I'm especially looking for with the kind of armament that has the power to bring the angel's power together"

"Confirmation, but a weapon is a sword? Or is that protective gear?

"I'm worried about which one... do you have an idea over there?

"Oh. There's a way out of this."

That's the hell - silent, Devals said.

"That's easy to say. A weapon that gathers the power of the angels that Mr. Luon and his men desire... I can probably make about this. What I'd like to suggest is that there is a presence that receives it."

"Does that mean there's enough existence to hold an angel's weapon?

I said, arrowhead, I understood what he was trying to say.

"... you mean let Lesbail have that weapon?

"Correct."

- Ha, ha, I see. Do you also have such hands?

"If you're depositing weapons in Resvail, you don't have to materialize just by pouring angelic power. This will save you the trouble of creating weapons, and it's easy to get the help of angels."

"... easy to get," he said?

Devals laughs bitterly at this question.

"If I say so, this is how the very act of inviting humans to heaven to cooperate means that there are angels who are not very good. Provide more weapons… some people don't think it's funny."

That's right, you mean the angel side isn't a single rock either?

"But well, if we succeed in destroying Rothald in this battle, the tide could change... rather than more angels who will admit to cooperating with Mr. Luon"

"I get it. Either way, we're not going to fight. I'll be happy to help."

In my words, Devals said, "Please."

"I'm going to turn the angel's power around later, but I'll take care of it responsibly."

"Don't push it too hard."

Mentioning it, Devals responds, "Don't worry."

"I didn't even thank you for helping me defeat the Villagers. More than asking for help, including your people. That's about natural though..."

And he looked at me,

"A man who challenges the existence of a god... as far as I'm concerned, he can't help but seem reckless."

"I agree with that. I still don't know a lot about it and I'm not sure about it... but I still know it's a threat."

I'll be ready - it could come any minute, in case of a showdown.

"Mine will adjust in the direction of reinforcing Resvail. My people, please."

"Oh, I got it."

Devals laughing nicely. While its face was the head of the heavenly realm, it also seemed to enjoy the situation in which it was thus speaking with man.
