Sword of the Philosopher

Battle of the beach

Against the approaching giant one by one, I let go of 'Ragnarek' and retreat greatly. Let the magic of Qusa and Ignos shine over it, and crush its body.

Durability is certainly a threat, but it was easier than anything else to move slowly to see if it was the price. The slowest movement is only our standard story. If this is other than a member of the organization, even advanced class adventurers can be difficult to contend with.

In addition to our magic, Sylvie unleashes the "Cyclone Storm Sword", which generates a tornado. It was upgraded compared to the battle against the Demon King, and the tornado completely restrained the giant's movements.

"Ooh!

Alto then wields the Great Sword - his great swords and moves are also much upgraded from the battle against fallen angels.

Run a sword on the ground and see a slaughter that softens. There are a few meters of shock waves that have occurred with it, something big if you take it for a person. But it might have seemed a lot tiny from a giant.

But if you're a person in the organization, you know exactly how powerful it is. I was on the front line first. Silvi and I took a few steps back. Ignos and Kuuza then show the defensive setup.

Shortly afterwards, Alto's magic struck the giant - a roar echoed into heaven.

And the white shockwave rises to the sky with so much momentum that it covers the giant. To parable, it's like a giant arm emerging from the earth breaking through a giant and reaching into the blue sky. The burst of his sword trident temporarily rendered the giant invisible, and Sylvie whistled when she saw it.

"Alto, you're as flashy as ever."

"That's close to intentional. It's huge, it's sandy, and you can do it a little flashy."

"Well... so, the giant at heart -"

Shock waves disappear. The giant stood still, but he looked a lot worn out. Exactly. Would it be natural if we were so aggressive?

"... Garc, what's the trend with the phantom beasts?

'Looks like you're wondering if you'll make a detour. It just seems true that you're losing your temper to see a giant get hit all you want.'

"Oh well. Looks like we could have stopped at the beach for now... but sooner or later we'll be back on our feet than we've been ordered"

"If they break through, we'll have to leave it to the Sophia princesses to refrain in the back, but we should suppress this giant."

"It looks like we could destroy it with a little more effort... Garc, have you explored the magic?

'I'm currently doing it... you're definitely wearing it out. Just a little harder and you'll fall and decay.'

"Oh well... ok, shall we clean it up before the phantom beasts rebuild their posture"

- With that voice, we all look at the giant at once. Then the opponent stopped moving for a moment.

From this glance, did you think it was bad... it's good news that you're frightened. Because we are overwhelmed by our power.

"I'm pretty sure there's a second one, so I'll put a piece on it before it shows up."

"Copy that!"

Alto answers on behalf of. And our onslaught has resumed.

Then I hit 'Ragnarek' in a row, Alto sees a shockwave and Silvi rolls out the 'Whirlwind Storm Sword' to stop the giant from moving.

And Kuza and Ignos used magic to attack every part of the giant. For a reason, it explores where the weaknesses are. Does it work, for example, by exposing magic to arms and leg joints? Or a giant - whether there is something like a core because it is close to the golem.

I'm going to test them by magic... first of all, they don't seem to have any place in the heart where humans say it is, and even though I pierced my chest with 'Ragnarek' it was still moving.

When you cast magic on a joint or something, it stops moving just like a human. The phantom beast Lug is in the form of a wolf, but it looks like it is building a giant based on the structure of the human body.

So, I hit magic from there too... maybe eight times in total. After crushing just for the chest, the crack gets in and the torso collapses. And my legs fell in, too, and I stopped moving.

"Don't let the magic break down one by one."

Gark's voice echoes in my head.

"Durable enough to continue undergoing the magic of Lord Luon and finally collapse...... without Lord Luon or Princess Sophia it would be difficult to deal with"

"I think you could do something like Mr. Devals... but it's troublesome that you can't defeat him without hitting a powerful offense in a row"

I look around, leaking my feelings. I can't see the phantom beast as usual.

"Have you completely lost your temper of war? If I couldn't keep it down on the coast, I'd buy some time in the back. It was a bunk..."

"It doesn't look like he's escaped yet."

"Hmmm... if you've come under the mission of the phantom beast Lug, it's something that's going to penetrate you even if your opponent is a threat"

"Let them swear allegiance to their lords, did they not even have the readiness to sprinkle their lives like knights and soldiers of the country... whatever, I'm pretty sure they still stick around more than they are under orders"

Here Garc puts down a beat. Have you explored magic?

"There's just a giant demon coming from a successor. The phantom beasts will probably rebuild it within less than that."

"Right...... if it's true, I just want to be able to push it in on this coast -"

Giant, the second sign is approaching with clarity. The ocean is moving strangely, and I can see it coming this way.

"First, let the magic shine in unison"

Here I sent instructions to my people.

"Determine how to stand around by first checking if the durability is identical to that of an earlier individual. If the phantom beasts reappear in the meantime, return to position and stop them."

With words, phantom beasts appeared from the sea. I am not an individual who escaped earlier, though. Apparently new.

"That martial arts, let's admit it too"

A phantom beast that opens its mouth. If you look closely, the individual who talks can see several scratches on his face. Hmm, unlike earlier warriors of war...... something like that?

'But neither can this one serve merely to fear. Now it's time for me to tailor it.'

"Looks like it's better compared to earlier, but we got a lot of room over here, don't we?

'Well, now is the time to spare... Him!

The sea level rises with the decree. A second giant emerges as he raises the water column, and many more phantom beasts appear to surround it, storming this way.

Some of these individuals will have fled in fear earlier, but has morale been restored?

"... Luon, what do we do?

Sylvie asks. Hmm, at that rate, even if you threaten to greet the Titans with magic, you don't seem to be going back.

"Well then... do this"

I will brief my companions. Shortly afterwards, I scattered - I set up an assault on the Phantoms!
