Sword of the Philosopher

At the festival

There are a lot of things to do within the organization... but until that day came the work was slow... maybe a little reflection, but I had no choice but to do all this.

"You're obviously nervous from the side."

And I get the point from Reese, who came to see how it went... this day I was supposed to hold a festival to make my engagement with Sophia official... as much as she tells me, it sounds like a bee.

Well, I've been in the castle before and founded an organization... and I've done a lot of things, but public events... and I've never been a protagonist myself. However, there is a reason for this. After I defeated the Demon King, I made my journey, and as a result I arrived here... because if I started interfering deeply in politics there could have been trouble.

In some cases it developed into multinational politics and so on... that's exactly the aspect I wanted to avoid, so the ostensibly less active position of treating guests... I actually did a lot of things to set up an organization, but other than those who work for the castle, I don't know much about it, and there's very little information out there outside the castle.

The hero is engaged to Sophia, so he settled in this country... but he hasn't even done anything politically involved. I didn't have much to do with politics to make it known internally and externally.

Well, there's something about me hating that position in the first place... but I see my outfit again. Officer clothes, should I call them? A garment that is not necessarily excessive but with various decorations to the detail, with a blue tone. I chose filling because I was free to specify the color... would it look good on me?

Sophia's not here, by the way. He said that he would face each other on the verge of holding a festival and that it would be carried out. By the way, there are no participants or anything else in the organization on the spot. Or they only come about royalty and its associates.

Being somewhere private like that is also a cause of nervousness...... I guess I can just say it's better than swearing in public or something.

"Well, let's go."

"Yeah, come on in"

Reese dropping me off with a wave. When I left the room, I thought I was a guide and a knight.

Okay, let's go.

"Yes."

Shut up and follow. I'll think again about this one on that road.

I don't know, it seems like it's been a long time since I got here... but I wonder if it feels like an extra bend. The relationship between me and Sophia was determined to some extent at the time we started our journey together, and there were no such obstacles as the Demon King that disturbed our friendship.

At one time there were some aspects of Sophia that were postponing the conclusion... and maybe one day it was in the form of this.

I'll be on the upper level of the castle in no time. So Sophia was already waiting.

"Dear Luon,"

It's usual to be in a dress, but I usually get an impression of golden tiaras and the like that I don't wear very often. Because you don't dress very well, she... by the way, it seems to be because it makes it "harder to move".

Somehow, in her case, I guess I have that feeling because I'm not usually used to wearing it... well, maybe I'll have to get used to that to get into the castle and be queen from now on.

"Well, shall we come in?"

"Oh."

At some point, the guide knight was gone. And one door directly in front of us. With both openings, I've naturally never been in here.

Sophia opens the door. Is that... should I even say a place like a church? Stained glass directly in front of the pedestal and behind it. I couldn't figure out what decoration meant by geometry either.

It was King Claudius and the other who stood in opposite form in it. A woman in a white dress similar to Sophia's - a queen.

That appearance, in a nutshell, is two things like Sophia… or should I describe Sophia as very similar to the Queen? His name is Minerva. I tend to be ill and rarely stay in the castle, but this time I was feeling better and my daughter's sunny stage, so I fell for it.

Well, there's no audience, so the expression sunny stage may be subtle... but the queen smiled when she noticed this one. And while I return it at the meeting, I will go with Sophia to the Kings.

The others are Eina and a few royal relatives I've never met before. I was wondering how you'd react to me, but I'm not throwing a stabbing glance at you. Does it feel welcome in favor for the first time?

Standing in line before the kings, King Claudius speaks first.

"This time it was decided to perform the ritual of Princess Sophilia's engagement... the opponent is the hero Luon-Maddin... some will see it for the first time on this occasion, and yet a person who has never visited the occasion in a position in the royal family. I don't know, maybe it's different fun, but I hope you'll keep an eye out for me with warm eyes."

A small laugh happened. I don't know if I'm joking or worried about the atmosphere.

For one thing, is it possible that things could go wrong with me and Sophia... seems low? Well, you're under the direction of King Claudius or something, so you probably just don't think it's a good position to accuse me poorly here.

I'm humbled to think about it, but, well, we need to be as vigilant as that... and we need to consider the risk of getting into a political conflict in the future.

For one thing, there doesn't seem to be a problem with the royal family......? As far as I'm concerned, getting the people on this scene to be on my side in the future... that would be what it would take to walk with Sophia in this kingdom of Barks.

It's kind of very troublesome, but what you have to do to be with her...... one quietly swears in his heart as he hears the king's mouth. I have to finally be ready, too, to go any further with the help of my country.
