Sword of the Philosopher
Scenario Pathways
"I understood the circumstance roughly… it was only an application of ancient technology, not before me. Understandably, I'm caught there. But the sight I saw in town last night... looking back at all that, it's definitely a plus to the world"
"Yes, that's right"
"It's not just technology that makes life easier...... is it okay that you rebelled because something, something dangerous, was mixed up?
Emena nodded cocklessly. Apparently, it's the core from here.
"As things stand, the technologies generated by research results are all relatively easy to reproduce. Some of the research materials included powerful magic and methods of manufacturing weapons, but have not been technically difficult to reproduce."
Complicated technology is tough. Well, if a weapon or something was reproducible, there was a chance I'd think about something else because of increased military power, and this might be fine.
"However, in doing so, my brother is trying to reach for some research. Father is not dangerous, the part he was avoiding. That's the way we try to use the energy that exists in the distant earth of this world and develop technology."
- I see, now I understand roughly the path of the scenario.
"As Princess Emena, she said she felt danger there and denied it"
"Yes, and my brother is secretly studying the technology… all I know is that I've been talking to him to cooperate. But I broke off that it was dangerous. My father won't forgive me for it either, so my brother keeps it a secret... which means I'll be in the shape of holding one of my brother's secrets"
Hmm, that could certainly be a reason to aim... I don't know what the research is about, but the energy in the ground... it's definite with something related to Star God. I'm pretty sure it won't be a Loc thing.
Princess Emena and the current king have taken opposite positions. But technological developments, prince Livina is researching in the hands of a major nickname that will improve the lives of the people. From me, it's like a bomb that doesn't know when it's going to explode. It's only a risk... but if you don't know who Star God is, it's not weird to react like a prince.
In other words, while Princess Emena travels, Prince Livina launches an attack with a mouth sealing connotation. Grabbing the evidence and disputing the prince as he shook off such a chaser. That's a sign that's going to be the scenario.
And because of this incident, the collapse of the world begins… There was a mixture of Star God's in the study of ancient technology. In the past mankind has probably suffered various kinds of damage by star gods. The ruins that remained on this continent would be the places where we were doing research that was an opportunity for such damage.
When you understand the full story, it kind of feels like the fog cleared up... but you also understand that you can't afford much with the clear path to collapse.
I don't know what kind of battle Princess Emena and Prince Livina are going to wage... but considering the consequences of the world's collapse, I guess the Prince will take some form and transfer his research on Star God to execution. In this case is it in the form of Princess Emena not being able to stop it, or is it triggered and activated by Prince Livina being driven into a predicament? If the latter, it is also possible that we already have the results of the research at the moment.
I'd like to find out about the prince if I can... but if Star God is the other person and a related study, it could be a hassle to interfere poorly. Worst of all, there is no possibility that we are already in contact with the Stargod... assuming that is the case, we can no longer stop... before the Stargod destroys the world, we have no choice but to destroy the Stargod itself with our hands.
As it stands, you wanted to look into the Prince whenever possible... I just don't think you're doing any research in this castle in the first place, and we need to expand the scope of the investigation. Just trying to do that risks being suspicious...?
Princess Emena herself cannot be denied the possibility of harm, and cannot she be compelled...? If we can just stop the prince's murder, so can the star god - no, is it hard to stop? First, Star God has begun to operate so much as to create a being called the Apostle. Even though it is unclear how that happened, it is definitive that it will somehow bring destruction to the ground. Will Prince Livina be the blow to Todome, or...
Think that far, I smile small. To the point that Princess Emena won't notice. I don't know why you looked like that... it's because I remember so many of the actions that Star God did to me.
In fact, the star god has already begun to interfere in the world. Catch the prince and make him stop the research itself and it will all be resolved...... and it won't just go away.
I'm sure Star God is trying to get something here for himself to wake up to. At this stage it should be considered complete and later it is only a matter of timing. Stopping the prince will surely move one of the researchers into action... it is easier for us to observe the trend by daring to observe the prince from afar rather than being secretly executed and not grasping the motion of the star god.
It just sucks, we have to figure out a plan to intervene and stop the experiment itself... but if they do it secretly, they won't even be able to do it. This is a difficult place to judge, but is it easier for us to give things the way they are?
After all, the most important thing is to gather information about Star God. I don't know what star god is... you better know that first. Think about how you shake yourself after gaining knowledge... does this feel better as a policy? However, there is not much respite left in the situation.
How short a time I can find out...... I'm full of anxiety but I'll have to do it.
"... thanks for talking to me"
I thank Princess Emena first.
"I understood that you were doing dangerous research. Nevertheless, it is dangerous, and I don't want to do it, to do this to the prince in a position. According to the story, I'm still in the process of studying it, and I don't think it's going to make a big move until it's done. As for the best hand, do you want to find something to strangle the prince on your journey… Always tail out more than the other person is taking action -"
