Sword of the Philosopher

Night assault

Immediately after Radi's barrier was formed, there was a reaction from the cabin. Instantly detect external anomalies… The ability to sense magic seems quite high.

So the enemy's move… first the window opened. Not sure who it was from, but there was a raid... definitely the first thing they thought would be that Princess Emena found out. I've been exposed in some way that I'm putting in an exploration, and I've set it up earlier. Then you must flee and report to your husband, the nobleman.

But when the window opened, nothing happened. Naturally, it was because it caught the eye of a human pushing toward the window. Now, the question is whether the opponent uses dark vision magic. If we're not using it, we should have an overwhelming advantage. You can see that by the way the enemy moves.

They apparently patrolled because they decided they couldn't escape through the window. Maybe we'll intercept, or... there could have been that kind of stray. I'll reach the entrance to the cabin in the meantime. Kick through the door and check inside.

The lights were off. Maybe they thought it would be bad if they found out who they were. This one, by the way, is hiding his face with a hooded robe, and yet he also exercises illusion... he's out of sight with his opponent. I don't use dark vision magic.

And the three private soldiers were facing each other in the window and back to the entrance. It's the man in front of me. From me, it's a woman to the right, a man to the left. The man on the front is the most physically fit, and the remaining men and women are either skinny. Not so distinctive physique to blend in with town dwellers and tourists.

The three of them held daggers uniformly - the equipment is the same at first glance. Is that a weapon derived from the star god... while I think about it, I step into the cabin.

Indoors are idle and free of shields. I can't even hide in the corner of the cabin.

"Are you……!?"

I shook my sword at a stunned man. The enemy prevents it with a dagger. As soon as possible, a slight strange feeling remained in my hands. The blades collided with each other, returning only a little of their magic to themselves.

Probably by getting the other blade, it can paralyze your hand or something like that. It would have more of a frightening effect on your opponent than a weapon destruction or a wound. It seems like it would work like a stun gun if I increased the output the most.

If the gear is just a dagger, it would be convenient for us... to put our feet forward. In the meantime, Silvi and Sophia enter through the window. From me, Sophia's on the right and Silvi's on the left. I don't know how they move.

- I don't know what else to do.

A man confronting me told me. In a moment, the three of them scatter. Apparently one of them survived and reported... that's the kind of belly-up.

A man of good stature comes in. Sounds like the soul dare to play my blade and slip through the side. In contrast, I stand and answer to block the door. But the opponent is never frightened.

Rather willing to dive for the gap...... the opponent stormed with a low posture. It's hard to hit a sword in this state... but I'm just not.

My sword tries to get knocked into the target's body exactly. On the brink of it, however, the opponent received it with a dagger. As soon as possible, discomfort like earlier at your fingertips. The man retreated with it.

"... why?

Men whine. I've taken the dagger twice. It seems to me that I'm fine with... Maybe the output is bigger than I think. If he's a warrior, he can't lift his arms anymore... but his misfortune lies in the fact that the opponent in front of him has extra-standard powers.

Sophia and Silvi, on the other hand, can't attack. Stuffing Jiriziri and the intermission, pushing men and women. The way the enemy is also thinking about how to escape, with his dagger on his back and restraint.

As far as we're concerned, let one of us get away with it and we'll fail. An unknown enemy whose dagger effect doesn't even work for the opponent, though. Both sides did not move... for about a few seconds, but glued. Me too... when I was thinking about it, the confronting man moved.

Assault three times, trying to slip through. But I identify it and wave the sword precisely. As an opponent, you can't attack more than you don't know what they are. In the end, the third assault also ends in failure.

However, their eyes should have gotten used to this neighborhood as well... don't know their traits, questions will arise as much as they want.

"Who is it?

We don't answer. However, there seems to be a basis for still being targeted,

"I see, when you control the flight... I'm interested in how you found out, but now leaving is your top priority"

A man moves. At the same time, the other two moved. Someone seems to have thought - but we hold it back.

First my sword and my opponent's dagger engaged. On the verge of becoming imminent, this one pushes back forcefully, and the opponent retreats in recoil. I should have understood that this is the upper power. Then how about the next hand?

Sofia's opponent is a woman, but this one staggered with a dagger and sword several times - Sofia's movements remained the same. You'd be as uncomfortable as I am, but at a level that won't interfere with the fight.

And Sylvie...... this one had a series of attacks the other way around, making the opponent blurry. After all, I clearly found that the effect of the dagger did not make sense and completely crushed one of their combat abilities.

It's just that it's more than just arming us... is it still from Stargod? If I catch them, I'd like to do some research on the weapons, too. I just have to leave it to Kati or something to decide if it's Star God related or not.

We sneak up on each other silently. The opponent has never been able to hide his frustration with an attack that never works... but he throws a sharp gaze at us to carry out his mission.

A few seconds of silence once in a while...... I knew that would break soon though. It was a man who confronts me once in a while who set me up first. Perhaps he is in a leading position. To break through me, he kicked the floor more than he did earlier and drove towards me.
