“Hunter's credentials were forged, too. ”

Shin-Chul searched the body of the tailor for Hunter's credentials, just in case, but it was forged just like his ID.

“I've contacted the Hunter administration. An investigator from the security department is on his way. ”

Shin-cheol told me that security at the Bureau deals with crimes involving Hunters. His ID and credentials were forged, so he was most likely involved in the crime.
