[Tutorial ③ Let's Use Skills] … Check your possession skills and use them.

"Jin has appraisal skills, so try to appraise this"

That's what Chris says. He gives me the potion bottle.

"Skills are the same as before. Be aware to use it and put it in your mouth."

As I was told, Jin snapped 'appraisal' in his mind against a potion in one hand. Then a window popped out of the potion with information along with the feeling that something would decrease, albeit not uncomfortable.

[HP Recovery Potion (Small)... Ingredients to restore HP 20 times???? x???? Notes????

It's the same item in the potion that was in Gin's possession earlier, but there are more items that I didn't recognize at that time. '?' I guess the inability to confirm the information with the mark is due to the low level of appraisal.

"You were able to confirm. Then please return the potion.

Soon Jin returns the potion to Chris.

"Thank you." Appraisal "is primarily a skill to clarify the effect of an unidentified article, but by using it on an item that already knows who it is, you can also learn more information. I can't because Jin's appraisal level is still low right now, but with an increased skill level, it might be possible to check for more detailed information and even hidden information. The information gained will also be useful in production-based skills such as' blending 'and' blacksmithing '."

Jin is relieved that it was just a skill he chose to give up his craftsmanship skills after bothering him, and that it was good with skills that seemed useful.

"Now can you say 'status'?

It was Chris' instructions to go on, but when he got here, Jin was used to it.

When I snapped with the status in my mind without putting it in my mouth, the status menu window appeared as fine as before.

Name: Jin

Age: 18

Occupation: Freeman

Level: 1

HP: 23/23

MP: 7/10

STR: 13

VIT: 12

INT: 10

DEX: 12

AGI: 12

The details of each item are as follows

Name… real name. They may also receive a new surname because they are given to a nobleman.

Age… 0 at birth, considered an adult at 16.

Occupation… the organization or occupation to which it belongs. You need to register with each guild to get a profession.

Level… character as an organism. Level increases by defeating demons.

HP (Life Force) … takes damage and is negative and dies when it reaches 0.

MP (Magic Volume) … Use magic, skills, etc., or decrease when damaged by MP.

STR (muscle strength) … stands for strength. Affects physical attacks in general. The bigger you are, the more gear you can use.

INT… represents the magnitude of magic. Influences magic in general. The bigger it is, the higher the effect of the spell.

VIT (Endurance) … represents the size of the body's sturdiness and endurance. It affects the amount of damage taken and the probability of suffering a condition abnormality. The bigger you are, the more gear you can use.

DEX… stands for dexterity and proficiency. Affects weapon and magic hit rates and production behavior success rates. Slight impact on skill proficiency.

AGI (agility) … stands for speed or high instantaneous power. It affects the speed of action in general. The higher it is, the more agile it is able to move.

The initial values of the status vary slightly from one race to another according to their specialty. Elves, for example, have STR, VIT, and slightly lower HP, and instead have higher INT and MP.

The race chosen by Jin is a human race, with an average ability among all races. It is the above status that skill correction was added to that flat talent value.

These statuses increase slightly each time the level increases, but there are benefits such as more numbers that increase when you have correction skills.

"As you may have noticed, MP is down by 3 because I used appraisal skills. Using skills in this way consumes MPs that are tailored to each skill. Again, Mr. Jin doesn't have it yet, but he consumes the same MP when he uses' Arts' and 'Spells' that he remembers for leveling his craftsmanship skills. The MP will gradually recover if nothing is done, but the recovery speed will be doubled by resting, such as sitting down. HP will also pass out when it reaches 0, but MP will not incur any particular penalties when it reaches 0. Nevertheless, MP0 usually means that you can only physically attack, so it's a good idea to leave a certain amount of MP for when you have to."

"Yes, thanks for the advice"

It's definitely a nod story. If you run into a strong enemy when the MP runs out, it's important. Though there are MP potions, I've never been over there to be careful.

Jin thanked Chris wholeheartedly.

"No. Because of that, I'll use the time before the MP recovers to explain a little extra. Could you open the 'menu' in the image of seeing comprehensive information?

Chris finally stopped telling me to put it in my mouth.

When I imagined it as before, a menu window appeared that looked like a smartphone screen. There were six [Basic Information] [Skills] [Equipment] [Tools] [Quests] [Settings] displayed.

"When you open the [Tools] and [Equipment] that are there, the menu that you did in the tutorial ① ② opens. When [Basic Information] is opened, you can see the earlier status, etc. [Skills] can also see a list of skills in your possession, a list of [Arts] and [Spells] remembered in your craftsmanship skills, and a skill tree that shows the evolution and integration of skills. Until the conditions are met, of course, they are blank, and we cannot know the conditions of evolution."

There is no change in skills during the tutorial anyway.

Jin let the skill menu appear for once, but now she gently flushed it down and closed the menu, saying she didn't have to look.

"Next, you can review the main and subquests in progress in a list. There is also a log warehouse and notepad within the same menu. Logs are cumbersome and difficult to check as they are, so I think you can check them smoothly by changing the importance of the information to be displayed or conditioning it such as" combat related "or" system related ". Also, if you have important information that you want to pull out of the log, you can drag and drop it into the notebook, write it directly into the notebook, or hit it with a keyboard. Sometimes rumours are a flurry of some kind, so I suggest you use your notebook."

"Hey, I'm not sure I can remember, so I appreciate it."

In reality, it's a must-have feature for an elderly gin.

"It is also possible to have the notebook displayed in a single window on hand. So was the gate of the tool, but it basically depends on the image. These are some of the custom features that we're going to describe in Settings."

Jin thinks you really appreciate the advice.

Jin thinks Chris is AI, but in doing so, he feels humane about advising the other side. Being no different from humans if his heart can be felt in AI, Jin thought about whether the characters he would meet in the game in the future, including Chris, were AI or not, and he wanted to make everyone aware of them as humans.

Chris goes on to talk about the last [setup] without knowing Jin was thinking about it while he was being explained.

"[Settings] is exactly what it is, and here you can configure various settings. Help is also here, if you don't know anything. At this stage, the settings are limited to a variety of convenience features. It is sufficient to review the contents after the start of this part, but it is advisable to turn on the settings because the map and navigation functions are useful. The map will be automapped if you go outdoors as well as buildings and dungeons, and the navigation features will also indicate guidelines to your destination at the same time, so I think you'll have little to lose track of. There are many other convenient features to try."

It was a very important piece of information for a directional tone-deaf gin.

Lost in the game is not fun.

"I've explained it for a long time, are you sure about the menu?

"Yes. Very helpful. Thank you."

Jin's liking for Chris is MAX. Smile and say a heartfelt thank you.

"That was good. Honestly, I think the default menu is a little hard to use, so please customize it to make it easier for Jin to use. Now that Jin's MP seems to have recovered, let me explain her newly acquired craftsmanship skills."

"Huh?"

Gin that solidifies into unexpected words. First Chris said there was no new acquisition of skills during the tutorial, so it's water in his sleeping ear.

"It's natural to wonder, but just like a wooden sword, this is one of the remedies. Hidden skills for those who do not possess craftsmanship skills and possess at least 3 magical skills."

[Unattributed Magic... Craftsmanship of Manipulating Magic Without Attributes (MAX)]

[Spell: Manavaret... Unattributed Magic Consumption to Fly and Attack Unattributed Magic Chunks MP8 Power 5]

"Unattributed magic has a MAX skill level and doesn't grow any more. Spells also consume more MP and become less powerful than other spells at the same level. However, the availability of means of ranged attack is important, so I think we'll treasure it at least at the beginning."

For your information, Chris described the same level of spell data as an example.

[Spell: Fire Barrett... Magic Consumption MP5 Power 8 for Fire Attribute LV1 that Flies a Block of Fire to Attack an Enemy]

If you do spend more than 3P on magic skills, but you haven't mastered any magic craftsmanship skills, it's a pretty tough start if you haven't mastered weapons craftsmanship. I guess there's usually no such thing, but that's probably why it's a bailout skill, a hidden skill. Low power, high MP consumption, and even less growth do not mean that much preferential treatment. Except for the collector stuff, you won't have to go out of your way to aim.

Magic that makes no sense when you learn normal magic skills. But what does Jin think?

Of course I was thrilled.

"I'm glad I can already use the magic I thought I wouldn't be able to do for a while! Thank you so much. Can you tell me quickly?

Jin blames Chris for looking excited.

"Yes, of course."

It would have been unexpected that Jin would be happy so far. That's right. Chris had also been pushed by the momentum of Jin.

But it's obvious from the gin.

I'm glad first of all that you cared about this one and gave it to me. Whether that's a little under-performing or not, it's a million times better than nothing.

It was unthinkable for Jin, such as complaining, which was more like nothing but gratitude.

Besides, it is the magic of the memorial. There was no way Jin wasn't happy.

"Now look over there"

In the direction Chris pointed to, there were two Kasayamako standing.

"Magic is activated by targeting, using your magic as a medium to gather power, and releasing that power against your opponent. To be a little more specific, it is activated by working out an image with a spell, gathering power, and casting a spell name, which is the keyword. Again, what matters here is the image. In the beginning, by casting a predetermined spell, the system assist will work and bring you to the activated state, so then at your own time, use the keyword. Well, I'll do it first."

That's what Chris points to Keyamako.

"Mana's power. Gather around and shoot our enemies, 'Mana Barrett'!

Something swayed from around Chris' fingertips flew in momentum and bounced off Sayamako.

"May I? Then try Jin too."

"Yes!"

Jin extends only his index and middle fingers, creating a pistol-like shape. And cast a spell, aware that power gathers at your fingertips.

"Mana's power. Gather around and shoot our enemies, 'Mana Barrett'!

A mass of magic flew away, just as it did when Chris, and hit Kasayamako directly.

Jin stares at the fallen Sayamako and hits the magical finish with a touching face.

"Yes, it's perfect. I can tell you other magic, but it all depends on the image. As you get used to the image, you might also be able to activate keywords only. For future reference."

[Tutorial ③ Let's Use Skills Clear Reward: Small HP Recovery Potion]

When Jin confirmed the MP after shaking off the finish and returning to me, the remaining MP was 2.

"I can't do a streak with Mr. Jin's MP volume right now, but I think if it's a low-level monster, it can hit hard. If you level up, you'll be able to do a series of times, so do your best to level it up."

With Chris' encouragement, Jin feels her mind float again imagining herself admirably in a series of magic. Whatever it takes, it's more than half a century of magic. I can't help but be a wizard, albeit a game.

Jin tried to level up, thinking again.
