An act at the Burke house

"This is my house. Hey, I brought you here."

Jin is being taken by Burke and comes in front of the house. It's a nice, clean house.

In the gap Burke is calling his wife, Jin sneaks flowers and alcohol out of the [tool bag]. Both were purchased in advance as souvenirs. From Aria's reflections, it goes without saying that she makes it a flower that is properly semantically problem-free.

By the way, the liquor is meant for Burke and the flowers for his wife. If I had known a delicious confectionery store, I wouldn't have made it that way rather than a flower, but I just couldn't because Jin still doesn't have a store to confirm it with his own tongue.

"Welcome. Nice to meet you, this is Beth, Burke's wife. Nice to meet you, Mr. Jin."

While I was doing this, your wife Beth picked me up at the front door. A little plump and adorable wife of Burke's age. Jin returns his greetings with a smile.

"Good evening. Thank you for inviting me tonight. This is a souvenir. Take it if you like."

I did not use Japan's unique words of humility: boring things, and Jin said so and offered flowers and alcohol. Burke seems surprised when that happened.

"Well, you don't have to worry about me. But thanks. Pfft, when's the first time I've had a flower, huh, Burke?

Beth receives happily and smiles deeply at the next Burke.

"Ugh, I'll get you some capella flowers next time."

"Oh, you remembered the flowers I like. Then I forgive you."

Beth smiles and kisses Burke, who says so badly.

Apparently Burke is laid on Beth's ass, but he's a good couple inside.

"Ha-ha-ha, it's a treat"

Gin who accidentally smiles and laughs.

"Oh no, if I were you. Come on, come in, come in."

Apparently, he forgot about Jin's existence and was kissing him unconsciously. Beth urged Jin to go inside to delude her embarrassment.

"I'm sorry to bother you"

When she said that and went inside, Jin found a little kid who looked at this one from the back.

Jin smiles at the child, waves gently closer, and crouches down to speak.

"Good evening. My name is Jin. What's your name again?

"It's Nils. Is your brother your dad's friend?

What do you care? Glad to be called your brother, Jin.

Nils is about a boy in first grade. She looks like a grown-up one way or the other, but she seems quite resourceful.

"Yeah, I am. I'm getting help at work, too. Nils' dad is a good dad."

"Yeah, he bought me a picture book the other day. See?"

"Oh, that's good. So, can you show me later?

"Yeah."

The tension is relieved from Nils, and he smiles and looks like he'll have fun. That's how Jin is getting close to Nils, and the approaching Burke holds Nils up and carries him straight to the table.

"All right, Nils, let's go with my dad."

Nils, who is transported, is also happily caught in Burke's arms. And Beth approached Jin to talk to me.

"I'm sorry you took care of me,"

Is that what you promised Nils to show you your picture book, or did you tell Burke you were taking care of him?

But either way, Jin isn't lying.

"No, kids are fun because they like it. And I mean it."

So Jin answered that with a smile and proceeded to the back of the room.

Ginn, who enters the room, reaches the table adjacent to Nils and opposite Mr. and Mrs. Burke. And keep talking to Burke and Nils, waiting for Beth to be ready. Beth's handicrafts were arranged to the table one after the other.

Brightly colored salads, simmering dishes like beef stew, etc. all look delicious. But one thing in particular caught Jin's eye strongly.

"Rice..."

It was the so-called paella with several types of seafood on top of the yellow-tinted saffron rice that unwittingly caught Jin's eye. Jin is not going to be as narrow as wanting to eat Japanese food in the main until he comes to another world, but I'm still glad I haven't had rice in a long time. The same goes for miso, soy sauce, etc., but it's also honest that it's hard to get out of the eating habits that have been stained for years.

That's how Beth split the dishes in front of each other, and Burke said when dinner was ready.

"Once again, Jin, welcome to our home. Have fun today. Then I'll have it."

"" I'll have it ""

Following Burke, Beth and Nils also say "I'll have it". The pose is also in the form of a flat palm, as Jin was doing. The condition is as it is, and it looks like it's already become a habit.

"Ha ha, surprised? After I talked to you, I took it in at home. Well, eat first."

That's what I'm saying. Quickly Burke gets his hands on cooking.

"Yes, eat it. I made it more on my arm."

"Yes, I'll take it"

When Jin says that again, he hangs the dressing on the salad and eats a bite. That dressing, which is sour, is apparently yogurt sauce. Gin flattens the refreshing and delicious salad in no time, now put the simmering in your mouth. That was a stew that didn't betray the look of a beef stew and had an intense flavour.

"They're all delicious. Beth is a good cook."

Jin spoke frankly to Beth in praise.

"Ugh, thanks. But this is what you wanted most, isn't it? Enjoy it."

Beth smiles at Jin's praise, giving away the last paella she was taking apart. Jin feels a little embarrassed by the fact that he is distracted, but he does not hesitate to take it and carry it to his mouth. The taste of rice I haven't eaten in a long time is still exceptional for gin. Unexpectedly, Jin's face breaks with a grin.

"Ha ha, Jin doesn't look really delicious. Eat more and eat more because you have a replacement."

That's what Burke says with a laugh when he sees Jin like that, but I know that Jin would be rude to shy away in situations like this. I honestly say that delicious food is delicious, and if they recommend a replacement, don't hesitate, and don't leave it behind. Some countries don't, but for Jin, this is the minimum manners when she's invited to a meal.

"Yes, don't hesitate. But it's just delicious. I love rice."

As the saying goes, Jin quickly flattens the plate paella.

"That's how delicious it sounds to eat, and I'll be happy for you. Shall I change it?"

"Thank you. The paella is delicious, but the others are really delicious."

Gin returns it to Beth so, giving her an empty plate. And now I spoke to my dear Nils.

"I'm a good cook mom and I envy Nils. Delicious, huh?"

"Yeah, it's always delicious. But peppers don't taste good."

Nils says in a slightly depressed way in the second half. Jin thinks she must be scolded for eating all the time.

"Like it or not, you can't be as big as your dad, can you? I didn't like peppers back in the day either, but I could put up with eating them with my favorite freaks. See, here's how it works."

Saying so, Jin tries peppers with the newly served paella on the plate, as she shows Nils. Nils who sees it also puts peppers in his mouth with the stew he likes. And I managed to eat it up.

"It's great - Nils. That was delicious, wasn't it?

Cochlear and nodding nils. I know it wasn't really that delicious not to put it in your mouth, but you must have cared about gin or snorted brilliantly as a child. Jin went all the way to that cute, nasty look. So Jin strokes Nils' head, praising you for your hard work. Nils looks happy with a smile too.

"I didn't know Nils would eat peppers. Mr. Jin is used to treating children."

That's what Beth said as a little impressed.

"Really? Well, my nephew... I used to take care of my relatives' children. But this isn't me. Nils is great, right?

That's what I say. Jin stroking Nils' head again. "That's great," he smiles at Nils, who has looked up happy.

"Ha ha. Hey, this is what Jin is all about. That's only 18."

Burke says with a bitter smile that he remembers when he was 18. Beth also says in a way that's in tune with it.

"Yeah, you told me, really.... Yep, yep. Thank you for sharing so much with this guy. It was great to talk to this guy about the pre-meal greeting, so we decided to hire him."

"No, I just talked about my eating habits, because it's up to Mr. Burke to hear it."

In fact, Jin thinks that Burke's weight, which honestly incorporates what he said when he looks younger, is huge. Normally, extra pride gets in the way, and it seems easy to honestly accept the opinions of those under it, so it can't be done inside. Jin thinks she has had those times in the past, too, based on her experience.

"Ugh, I know that. This man is a wonderful husband."

That's what I say. Beth stares at Burke and laughs. Burke seems happy, though illuminated.

I sincerely think Jin is a good couple after all. Few people called marriage a graveyard, but some of their friends were still married to one another, even when they were old. The latter conjugal statue was ideal for a single gin, as was the friendliness of the Burkes in this world. I honestly thought you were jealous, Jin decided to make a little tease of it.

"Hey Nils, your mom and dad are good friends. Do you want to chew again?

"Chew always does. My dad always..."

"Wow. Jin, what are you asking your kids!

Burke rushes to block Nils from speaking.

"Hey, I was so proud of you, you know?"

Exactly the tongue didn't come out, but 'Tehepero' would be closest if you were to simulate how Jin looked at this time.

"Hey, hey!... Kukukukukuku, ah clearly"

After a reflexive penetration into the gin, Burke laughs as the stubbornness of the gin grows somewhat strange. And soon Beth and Jin also continued later, leaving behind a decent nils and the three continued to laugh for a while.

The delightful meal continued after that atmosphere, which soothed once and for all. And "It's a treat," Jin said after the meal, reading and playing with the picture books with Nils as promised.

There was also the story of the wise man who invented the magic apparatus we now call it, and the story of the hero and the holy beast who fought against a large group of warcraft, given magic by God. Might be Migawa, but there are many things I don't care about and Jin usually enjoyed the picture book.

Especially when it came to solving the last humanistic language and fighting the warcraft, the Holy Beast had something to attract. I don't know the facts, but the phrase 'Protecting the World Holy Beast' is one of romance for Jin. It was a gin I would even try to find Holy Beast related books in the bookstore next time.

And a while later, I swapped Nils with Beth, who came to bed, and Ginn returns to Burke's waiting.

"I've been waiting, let's have a drink"

On the cleaned up table were several types of liquor and a few snacks along with the liquor that Jin had brought. Burke waited for Jin and didn't seem to have his hands on booze yet.

"Cheers."

After lifting the glass gently to toast, Jin and Burke put their mouths on the alcohol and started drinking the chickens. Beth joins after a while, and although the pace has been a little faster since then, she settles down and chooses to drink without drinks. That's how you spend your time enjoying a conversation without alcohol and deflection.

"With that said, Mr. Jin is an adventurer, isn't he? Don't you know how Aria at the reception is?

By the time the three of us tried to open a bottle of booze, yes, Beth had asked Jin.

"Aria would take care of you all the time. I think you're doing well."

"Well, good for you."

Beth's face is sinking somewhere, even though she replied it was good. I guess the question came to my face, Burke started explaining it to Jin.

"Me, this guy and Aria are from the same orphanage. I'm a little alienated right now, and that's what's on my face."

The number of adventurers who lose their lives during an adventure is never small. Naturally, some of them have parents, so children who have lost such parents are often taken to orphanages run by Adventurer Alliance. Aria and Burke and the others have been away more than once, so there is only a little direct knowledge in the orphanage. But because she worked as an adventurer, she said she had been baking care of Aria since she became an adventurer.

"That's right. As Greg said, I think Aria's fine. Sometimes you smile."

I don't know what happened between Aria and Beth, but Jin said that because he wanted to encourage them somehow.

"Smile, is Aria laughing?

"Yes, I think you've been smiling quite a bit lately"

Precisely the only person Aria smiles at is almost exclusively against Jin. Jin doesn't think she's the only one smiling at Aria, but from the two of us who know Aria well, she knows that Aria only smiles at her family-like presence in a truly friendly way. And I've never smiled at anyone in the last six years.

"Right..."

So emotionally Burke groans, and there are tears in his eyes when he is in Beth. To think that Jin had brought out Aria's smile for both of us was extremely convincing, naturally.

"There's another guy from the same orphanage at our party..."

That's how Burke talked about what happened with Aria.

A young man who was close to Aria, whom Greg had previously asked, was at a party to which Burke and Beth belonged. While Burke and Beth were suspended from partying on the occasion of childbirth, the rest of the members were having an extraordinary party. That the extraordinary party was almost wiped out some time after Beth's birth, and that the young man and other members were dead. That Burke and Beth blamed themselves for what they did. I couldn't speak to Aria because of the hindsight. And on that occasion, Burke retired from the Adventurer and became a soldier, and likewise retired Beth told Jin that she had become dedicated to raising her children.

"But well, Aria smiles... Thank you, Jin."

"Yeah, really. Thank you, Jin."

Did it make it easier for you to tell me everything, and the Burkes thank Jin? But Jin never thinks it's his only power. Without the tenderness of watching around, including Greg and Burke, Aria doesn't have it now.

"I guess I can't put it mildly, but if I can, try talking to Aria next time. I'm sure Aria would be delighted."

Thinking about Aria's response to the children and herself, Jin thinks she is a woman thick in emotion. I can't imagine Aria hating the Burkes for caring, just because it's hard to get on the table.

And to that throw of gin, the two nodded, lost.

Jin then made two stories about Aria that he knew. And of course, my proposal is confusing. Gin, who dares to speak communally, laughs at the two who were snuggly.

And for some time after that, the three of us had a delicious drink.
