The Amber Sword

Chapter 712: Act 57 Opening Element II

Clicking, clicking.

Brando and Nimaisi walk slowly through this crystal forest with frozen branches turned into flying snowflakes under their leather boots. They looked up at this strange forest, and the snow white world seemed to turn into a palace of ice, and the darkness seeped out of the trees, swallowing up the sound, leaving only a dead silence.

“Seems a little weird.” Brando stared at the dead forest and the white mist quickly dissipated into the air.

“Can't feel any trace of life, is this a dead forest, frozen to death?” Nimaisie pressed one hand against the sword and looked around with vigilance as usual.

“This is the legendary fog tree, the fantasy forest that exists with crystal stags, how can it be frozen to death?” Brando lifted up his hands and held his breath in his palms, rubbing his hands: “The task is not that simple, but be careful. ”

Nimaisie's cold face drew the sword out of the sheath - but Brando turned around and held her hand: “Don't show hostility, in a place like this, beware of dark magic attacks -”

But the knight gently opened his hand and slowly pulled out his sword, answering: "Don't worry, I can feel the flow of dark magic. ”

Brando watched her draw her sword.

“Can you feel the flow of dark magic? ”

Nimaisi faceless, “Everyone has some special abilities, and magic is tangible in my eyes, all over the world, bound by invisible forces. ”

“That's the law," Brando took a gentle breath: "Son of the Moon, your gift is better than Sister Bai's. It's a shame you don't choose the wizard's path. The magic of the dragon that shapes magic is so tailor-made for you--”

The knight shouted back at the blade, pointing the tip of Sensen's sword at his neck: “I told you, I'm me, she's her. I don't want you to talk to me about this again, I want you to learn a little bit about respect for others. ”

After speaking, she slowly retracted her sword. The buzz rang slightly, with a ripple slightly shaking on the blade, as if an invisible airflow surrounded the sword.

Brando saw the scene, slightly flashed. The winding breath on that sword was clearly the flow of dark magic - the Black Swordsman - and he couldn't help but take a deep look at Nimais.

“I'm sorry ——” he replied.

But Nimmasis turned around and walked one step ahead.

Brando sees the female knight straightening in the snow, hiding her own stubbornness and pride in her bones.

He thought about it and quickly followed. He didn't expect Nimais to have the gift of seeing dark magic flow, the Son of the Moon, second only to the Wizard's Blood Talent of the Blue Calamity. No wonder she said she could find a crystal stag.

The flow of dark magic was tangible in her eyes, and the river of magic in the forest was like a real river to her.

The two men slowly walked in the forest for a while, crossing the trail between the dead and silent woods - a foggy forest that could not be said to be large, but which gave Brando a very strange feeling. He also possessed dark perception attributes because of his fluorescence, but somehow he always felt that the magic in the forest was always weak and uncertain.

Finally, he asked, “Do you feel the magic flowing in that direction? ”

“I don't know.” Nimaisie's answer was very simple.

“What?”

Brando thought the knight was joking, but when he turned around, he saw Nimatis' face in earnest: “The magic of this forest seems to have completely vanished, but it's not the kind of dead silence that seems to have flowed through these withering trails ——”

The knight pointed to the woodland trails: "But now there are only traces of dryness. ”

“What, you say the magic of this forest is depleting —— or is it depleting?” Brando looked at Nimmasis a little incredibly.

Warnde is a magical world, a world of grass, that makes up them —— not atoms, or something smaller. For the world under Martha's Tiamat rules, it's built on four elements.

Fire, water, wind, earth. As for light and darkness, it's not an element in itself, it's just an expression of energy.

As promised to Martha, the four Elves continued to build the Margins of Vaughn on the world's borders, and the whole world built on that tone.

Still beneath the elements, however, there is one of the most inherent forces of the Vaughn world: dark magic. Whether it's elements or rules, it's just bricks and drawings of the world.

But the foundation of the whole world is magic.

Without magic, the world would not exist, or it would be a dead silence. Like this forest, it withers and silences, eventually turning into dust.

However, this hypothesis is in fact non-existent, because the whole world floats on the sea of magic, and magic is everywhere in the world, and there can never be a natural black hole zone.

Unless there's some artificial reason.

Brando thought about it, and suddenly he reacted: "Wait, you mean what's in the forest center?” He squeezed his eyes and clasped to take the sword sheath of the earth and pulled out the blade of darkness from it.

But it was at this time that a bunch of ice chips suddenly swept down the trunk above the two of them.

Brando raised his head slightly, subconsciously and vigilantly. Then he saw an ice fairy standing there, about two or three inches tall, with two pairs of ice crystal wings, looking at them with the same vigilant divine colour.

“Who are you? Stop!” The fairy girl stood on the trunk and shouted to them with words of righteousness.

“Who are you?” Brando stunned. I didn't think there were any fairies in the woods. That's not exactly what the offense said: “Aren't you going out and grabbing honey? ”

“I...” the fairy girl obviously showed a shaky look, but she quickly wiped her mouth: “I'm not like those idiots, I'm the guardian of the forbidden land. Guardianship here is my responsibility to promise Lord Malocha... that I and I will never shake for a little bit of good! ”

“Kind of interesting.” Brando can't help but be very interested. He's never seen such a special fairy. “You mean you won't let us in? ”

“Nature.”

The fairy girl jumped from the tree and floated not far away in front of both of them, patting herself on her tiny breasts and answering with seriousness: "Listen, I will never let you go unless you step on my body. ”

“Everyone is responsible for what they say," Brando hasn't spoken yet. Nimaisis has clicked and lifted her long sword. She takes a step back, her weight sinks, and she has made a gesture of military swordsmanship: “In that case, just speak with a sword ——”

“Wait.”

Brando doesn't want to start right up, but he's left in the middle of the attack, which only means that this mission may have something to hide. But he was trying to hold Nimais' shoulder next to him, and the knight was more resolute than he had ever imagined, and as soon as he swayed, he had shot an arrow at the little fairy and let Brando grab an empty spot.

“Nimmasis! ”

“Ah!” The fairy girl was also frightened by Nimaisi's stiffness, but she immediately raised her hands and sang with a sharp voice: “Blue Dragon, give me the blade with the enemy! ”

She pointed forward, and three rounded arrays nearly two metres in diameter appeared behind her, ‘Vir’, ‘Oar’ and ‘Meem’ in turn flashed on the array, and the advanced spell, Brando, startled - this is not the average ice fairy, it's the elf who made it.

The dense, numb, bright shaking blue ice crystal shards like a blade appear in abundance behind the leprechaun and hang in the middle of the air.

“Attack, storm! ”

“Nimmasis, come back! ”

The wind swept from behind the fairy girl, forming a terrible ice-crystal storm in the direction of her flat hand, and countless blades of ice spinning across the front, ‘brushing’ broke countless trees.

Nimaisie was caught in the wind almost instantly, and a normal person should first choose to protect herself and avoid the flash, but the knight had her own stiffness. She bit her teeth and staggered her hands in front of her. 'Wow’, the flying snowflake immediately froze a thick layer of ice prism there, while the flying ice crystal instantly split her arm, dragging the long bloody flower around and dancing backwards.

Eruin's uniform ‘hissing' on Nimmasis's arms turned into countless strips, but she kept moving forward, stepping in the snow one step at a time, and then an arrow jumped forward. At that moment, the fairy girl couldn't help but stare, because she had already seen Nimatis coming to her - the knight biting her teeth and the burning will to fight in her eyes almost erupted.

Dark hair danced in the wind, Nimaisi split her already almost frozen arms and punched the fairy girl, letting her fly out like a meteor.

Brando stared at the leprechaun flying out into the snow on the ground, bouncing off the ground like a wool ball for a few laps before stopping.

“Ooh, that hurts, Mom...”

The fairy girl moaned and was beaten to tears. She climbed up and sat down and cried.

This cry was so tragic that Brando was a little embarrassed to be watching. But he turned to Nimaisie beside him and saw the woman, who looked like a schoolsister, rubbing her hands on her arm with a cold face, almost frozen with her skin, and the icy prism came off with the blood flowers.

Brando couldn't bear to ‘hiss’ softly and wonder if the woman was in pain, anyway, he seemed to have some pain.

“Well, let's go on.” Nimaisie raised her head and said to Brando.

“You're not exhaling all my anger at her, are you?” Brando was a little reluctant to ask.

The knight stopped and glanced at him, faintly answering: “I'm not as bored as you are. ”

She put away her sword and continued to walk forward. But it was at this time that the fairy girl, who had just cried so sadly, fell and crawled from the ground, sobbing and raising her hands with a blue face:

“I... I said, don't go there! ”

She replied softly.

Brando pauses with Nimmasis and looks at this mysterious little fairy.
