After spending this time together, she had already fallen in love with Cheng Yuan. She had decided that they would become a real husband and wife.

"If you can save my sister, I’ll even accept her becoming your concubine."
Cheng Yuan didn’t reply. There was no way he could answer that.

The distributors started making toasts again.

Cheng Yuan swiftly scooped her up, one arm under her knees and the other around her waist, carrying her in his arms. He strode out of the private room, entered the elevator, and headed straight for the underground parking garage.
Lin Ruoxi struggled desperately, her small fists pounding relentlessly on Cheng Yuan’s chest.
She even bit down hard on his arm!
Cheng Yuan bore it all silently. Though he hadn’t initiated it, and had in fact only just learned of the matter himself, he had still, in effect, done something that deeply wronged Lin Ruoxi.
By the time they reached the underground parking garage, Lin Ruoxi had stopped struggling. Her stunningly beautiful face was pressed against Cheng Yuan’s chest, her eyes vacant as she quietly listened to the beat of his heart.
Sensing that Lin Ruoxi had calmed down, Cheng Yuan braced himself and said, "Ruoxi, I have something very important to tell you. No matter what you decide, I won’t blame you."
