The staff smiled, "It depends on how complex the design plan is; specific details will depend on the final discussion."
Fu Yu turned and asked Liu Yuqing, "I really don’t know much about this. How did you handle it when your place was being renovated?"
Liu Yuqing was just about to reply but then reconsidered, her eyes shifting slyly as she looked at Fu Yu, and she slowly spoke, "Oh, about my place, it was originally intended to be a wedding house, so I specifically hired a designer for the design. Then I hired a crew for the renovation; it cost hundreds of thousands inside and out, but you were still not satisfied, insisting it’s premarital property."
"My family said, since you didn’t like that one, you should handle this new one however you want. We will just pay up, and you can choose the renovation style, and we’re only responsible for funding it. Nothing else."
Fu Yu was suddenly stunned, seeing Liu Yuqing’s smug little expression, finally getting it that she was having a go at him.
The staff beside them listened, dumbstruck, their gaze moving from Liu Yuqing’s face to Fu Yu.
Pausing, the staff finally spoke hoarsely, "Ah, so it was renovated before, good, if you have experience it’ll make communication easier later on."
Saying this, the staff couldn’t help adding, "Actually, the wedding house should really be to your liking because you’ll be living there for decades after getting married. Don’t be careless during the renovation, or else living there won’t be comfortable in the future, and remodeling later would be a hassle!"
