Chapter 1583 - 1582: Come With Me
"They say that guy Su Changfeng was kicked out by the Ye Family, and looking at it now, that really does seem to be the case."
"Qianqian, let’s just leave, okay? I don’t want to go in. I feel like this place is filthy!"
"..."
The people with Ning Qianqian were all of very high status, so the moment they saw this kind of place, they were instantly full of disgust.
They felt this kind of place wasn’t fit for humans to live in at all, only living in villas counted as normal!
Ning Qianqian ignored these people. Instead, she looked at Gao Yuan, whose face was full of dejection. Just now, Ning Qianqian had seen Su Changfeng talking to this person, so she figured Gao Yuan was most likely Su Changfeng’s friend.
If she wanted Su Changfeng to come out, getting Gao Yuan to call him out would work too!
So Ning Qianqian looked at Gao Yuan and said, "It’s fine. Did you all see that girl? She seems to know Su Changfeng."
After hearing this, everyone immediately walked over to Gao Yuan, wanting to block her and keep her from leaving.
Gao Yuan had been planning to go back, but who could have guessed she’d suddenly be stopped by this bunch.
For a moment Gao Yuan was really confused and asked, "What are you doing?"
"I think you’d better come with us quietly," Ning Qianqian said coolly.
"And why should I?" Gao Yuan frowned at Ning Qianqian and the others, feeling these people were completely inexplicable.
"You’ll know once you come," Ning Qianqian said.
"You’re insane."
Gao Yuan shot back directly. After saying that, she was ready to leave, not wanting to waste another second here on Ning Qianqian and her crowd.
But just as she’d taken a single step, she suddenly felt a sharp pain shoot through her scalp, and her body was forced backward.
She then realized Ning Qianqian had actually grabbed her by the hair.
Gao Yuan felt a surge of anger and snapped, "What the hell are you doing? Let go of me!"
Of course Ning Qianqian wasn’t about to be obedient. She yanked harder on Gao Yuan’s hair and said, "Talking nicely clearly doesn’t work with you. You really are begging me to get rough, huh?"
Then she just dragged Gao Yuan by the hair and headed toward the sports car.
Gao Yuan started struggling, but once someone has you by the hair there’s basically nothing you can do, so she could only be dragged along by Ning Qianqian like that.
Even after they got in the car, Ning Qianqian was still clutching Gao Yuan’s hair, apparently feeling that only this way could she vent the discomfort in her heart.
Gao Yuan held her head and frowned at Ning Qianqian and the others, saying, "Who are you people? What exactly do you want?!"
"Tsk. Will you die if you shut up for once?!"
One of them immediately swung a big slap across Gao Yuan’s face, clearly extremely annoyed at how much she was talking.
To be fair, although these people weren’t that old, when they started throwing punches they were pretty ruthless; in just a short while, a bright red mark had appeared on Gao Yuan’s face.
Ning Qianqian stared coldly at Gao Yuan and said, "I suggest you wise up and behave yourself, or I’ll have someone beat the crap out of you. Got it?"
Ning Qianqian was, after all, a rich-family heiress, pampered and spoiled since childhood, so her whole demeanor radiated sheer arrogance.
After hearing her say this, Gao Yuan understood that this bunch definitely wasn’t easy to mess with. There had to be big families backing them, so she shut her mouth.
But what Gao Yuan really couldn’t figure out was that she hadn’t done anything to provoke them.
So why weren’t these people staying in their fancy homes and instead suddenly showing up here, insisting on dragging her away with them?
Gao Yuan felt it was all very strange, but right now she didn’t say anything, and could only sit there quietly while they drove her toward the villa district.
Looking at those villas, Gao Yuan couldn’t help feeling overwhelmed. Houses here were insanely expensive; she figured she’d never be able to afford one in her entire lifetime.
Back then Gao Yuan had occasionally been driven through this area, but every time she came here she’d involuntarily feel a little guilty and out of place.
In fact, if she had no reason, Gao Yuan would never come to this kind of wealthy neighborhood.
Yet now she’d somehow been brought into this villa district in someone else’s car. The way they did it was so baffling that Gao Yuan couldn’t help feeling scared.
Ning Qianqian brought Ning Qianqian to her own home.
When Gao Yuan saw the interior decoration, she was even more stunned, almost forgetting about the situation she was in.
Because this décor was the most luxurious she’d ever seen; in her eyes, this place was practically like a palace.
Gao Yuan felt that in this lifetime, she probably had no chance of ever living somewhere like this.
Gao Yuan was still taking in the architecture and furnishings when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her leg; someone behind her had kicked her straight down to the floor.
Only then did Gao Yuan finally snap out of her shock completely and realize her situation was really bad.
Ning Qianqian said mockingly, "What, is this your first time in a place like this? Got you all starstruck? Compared to where you lot live, this place is like night and day, isn’t it?"
"The kind of place you people live in isn’t fit for humans if you ask me. It’s a miracle you can even survive in somewhere like that."
This villa had been specially bought by Ning Qianqian’s grandpa as a birthday gift for her, so usually the only person who ever came here was Ning Qianqian herself.
Other people basically didn’t have the qualifications to stay in this villa at all.
"I don’t understand why you dragged me here just to humiliate me. I don’t even know you," Gao Yuan said to them.
Things had already escalated to this point, and Gao Yuan still didn’t understand what was going on. She clearly remembered that she didn’t know these people at all, had never interacted with them before.
So why had they come looking for trouble, even kidnapping her to this place?
"You’re right, strictly speaking this has nothing to do with you. But tough luck—who told you to be friends with someone like that?"
"So the things that friend of yours did, he has to pay some kind of price. Since I can’t get that guy to come out, I can only drag you here instead, right?"
