The Coffee Shop in a Different World Station

26 Prototypes to be superimposed and flavours you want to reproduce (3/3 pt.)

A few days later, Salvador, who visited the coffee shop 'swordfish' for the delivery of bread, is asked by Takumi for one requirement. That requirement means that we want Gustav to come back to the 'swordfish' with us. The “array” we were talking about the other day was finally completed, so we wanted to ask for a tasting.

Receiving the legend, Gustav rejoices as much as he does with the report that “Arre” is complete, and quickly takes him with Salvador to visit the coffee shop "Swallow".

Takumi came to greet them, as usual, under the two of them sitting in their seats guided by Nyarch.

Takumi expresses her gratitude in a polite bow to the two revisits.

"Thank you for coming so busy."

"Whoa, did you get an example of that?"

Gustav's voice, asking so, was playing. I was totally thrilled to be able to “taste” Takumi's new work.

Takumi responds with a smile to Gustav, who gladly breaks his face.

"Yeah, I was finally able to shape it. So before I officially add you to the menu, I'd love to hear from you both, and it's up to me to call you. I'm afraid I can't."

Takumi speaking politely as humbly as usual. But Salvador did not miss the sharp light behind its eyes. Build a little build-up as usual, then talk to Takumi.

"... as far as that face goes, you seem a lot more confident"

"I am afraid. As for myself, I can now be satisfied, but whether it suits your tastes is another story. We hope you don't hesitate to share your feedback."

To Takumi's words, Salvador lifts the corner of his mouth. Confidence in today's cuisine was felt in the phrase "satisfactorily made" emanating from Takumi.

If so, then let's take that thought in cooking. - Having thought of it that way, Salvador informed Takumi of his order, just saying that no further interaction was necessary.

"... Then I want two servings soon. Regards."

"Yes, I did. Please wait a moment."

Takumi, who accepted the order, carefully lowered her head as usual before returning to the kitchen.

―――――

Back in the kitchen, the hot air was rising from a flat pan placed on top of the oven stove. What's in the pan is a pre-filled "special sauce"; that sauce, made according to the recipe completed through the prototype the other day, was waiting for its turn while it was kept warm in the pan due to the heat transmitting the top plate.

Speak to Takumi back in the kitchen, Roland, who was working on cleaning up after lunch.

"You're finally going to make an array! Can I show you how to make it?

"Of course it is. That said, the cooking procedure itself is relatively simple as long as you have the sauce. Watch closely as we want to leave it to Roland to cook after we officially add it to the menu."

Roland was motivated by the word "I want to leave it to you” from Takumi. Respond to Takumi with a loud voice.

"Roger that! Watch closely!

"Then leave the cleanup to me! One more breath and I'll do it!

Luna, who was working on cleaning up after lunch with me after I got back from school, declared to Roland how tense he was.

Roland tries to pinch something in his mouth, but Luna pulls all the plates that were sinking into the water without waiting for that word to come to her own disposal. Luna's gaze contained a strong will to leave what she could do to herself.

Having received Luna's thoughts, Roland accepts the care with reluctance.

"Thank you, Luna! I'm gonna get this thank you right again!

"I don't want to thank you. Yikes. Instead, next time you get a chance, let me eat your brother Roland's cooked pato."

"Such a tea boy! Master, is that okay?

"Yeah, I don't mind. Luna will eat it, so take a good look and remember."

"Sure!

Having responded vibrantly to Takumi's words, Roland moves to a place where he can see how Takumi cooks while wiping his hands. Takumi, who kept an eye on the condition, nodded one and then took it to cooking when she made sure Roland was ready.

First, prepared seboria (onions) and pimiento (peppers) are chopped by the hands of tacumi, and tomatoes are also cut into small squares. Ongo was sliced thin and Vurst was finely carved.

Subsequently, the tachment with the lid of the bottle opened in a pacified manner, removes the grain of mice (corn) from the inside and divides it into small plates.

Apart from this, chicken thighs for fried chicken prepared for lunch today - soaked in a special sauce mixed with white wine, vegetable moist down, etc. - were also cut into large pieces and covered with powder for clothing mixed with arrow (comedy) flour and mace flour.

Work can proceed from here at once. Takumi puts the chicken he has just clothed into the fried oil warmed to a moderate temperature on a rocket stove adjusted for slightly weaker firepower than medium heat. This fried chicken is the first ingredient.

Another ingredient was also prepared using it until the fried chicken was fried.

Takumi, who adjusted the other rocket stove to high heat, places a frying pan over it and turns in the corsa (vegetable species) oil. As a little smoke came up from the heated oil, the ingredients were added in the order of Vursto, Pimiento, Sebolia and Ongo, and the frying pans were stirred together shaking well.

Where Sebolia has come through lightly, gently shake the salt, pepper and season. The amount of salt is modest because Vurst contains salt.

The vegetable stir-fry with Vurst, which was quickly finished with strong firepower, was kept warm on the oven stove ceiling while in the frying pan.

Go on, Pato's ready. Today's Pato also uses “boiled” products.

Takumi warms the oil again over a rocket stove adjusted to high heat when slightly more colza oil is added to the newly prepared frying pan. Then, after putting his hands together to make sure the heat had turned enough, he put in a fat pato that had been left to boil.

Takumi sautés the pato, noting the state of the first fried chicken that can be fried over time. Don't miss the work that can be carried out in parallel, Roland was keeping his eyes like a plate to keep an eye on each and every task.

"Hmm, that frying pan is always amazing..."

Roland spills words unexpectedly. Pato for two is supposed to weigh a lot, but what a light feeling Takumi is waving a frying pan.

"It's really amazing. Cool. Shh!

It was Roland who was going to whine as a solitaire, but Luna seemed to have asked me when I had finished cleaning up and somehow moved to the side of Roland.

Though Roland was a little surprised when he was suddenly called out from next door, he turned Luna's side for just a moment and nodded one, returning his gaze to Takumi's hand where he would continue to work immediately.

In the fried oil, the clothes covered in chicken were faintly foxed. Among the sounds of schwartz characteristic of fried foods, there is a gradual increase in the number of high sounds that can be played with a patch. It's time for this color and sound to get fried.

Once Takumi moved the place in front of a pan for frying, she pulled up a large amount of frying over a net pulled bat.

Takumi, who removed the fried chicken from the oil, returns to the front of the frying pan where she is frying the pato again. I lost as much and stir-fried the pato. Finally, it's the last finish.

Takumi evenly serves the freshly stir-fried patties on two plates placed side by side on the kitchen table. An earlier fry of vegetables with Vurst was placed on top of the pato, plus a sprinkle of mice grains and square-cut tomatoes from the top.

Takumi then takes one plate served with pato and transports it to the front of the oven stove. There was plenty of special sauce that would be "needed” for today's pato, while making sure to draw a circle around the pato. A reddish sauce flows around the white ingredients, and plenty of hot air boils up from the top of the plate.

After serving the sauce on the other plate in the same way, the frying was added because it had just been fried at the end, and the "example arr” new pato was completed.

Sigh spills out of Takumi's mouth after work. And when I gently wiped the sweat off my forehead, I called out to Roland, who was watching the work.

"Here's the thing. Did you remember the procedure?

In response to an inquiry from Takumi, Roland, um, roars and then turns one hand behind his head.

"I guess I get it. But the parallel between fried and stir-fried seems very difficult."

"Whoa, speaking of which, you've been frying it since today. Excuse me. Instructions would only be to understand the" fry Vurst or vegetables ”part and the" fry pato ”part. If it's time to serve at lunch, you won't have to think about this one in parallel, as frying from will be a role sharing."

Roland is relieved by the words of the follow in from Takumi, who perceived the cause of Roland's troubles.

"Then it looks like we can handle it! When that happens, it means how quickly we can do each and every task. Can we get back to practice soon?

Takumi also responds in two replies to the motivating Roland's gaze.

"Yeah, I have the sauce left, and you can use the ingredients. Let's just leave it to one person for now. Let's start with being able to make it right in public, then gradually increase the amount."

"Rika! Then can Luna ask for a tasting later? Half the time, I think I'll be fine worrying about not getting dinner!

"I get it! Let me try it!

It was Luna responding to Roland's call with a full grin just because she couldn't wait to taste it.

―――――

"Thank you for waiting. This is what we were talking about the other day:" Array ”,“ Mirakan of Akake Pato, Fried Topping from ”. Enjoy."

Takumi tells the name of the dish as she arranges the new dishes she can cook in front of Gustav and Salvador.

In the center of the plate was served pato with a glossy look that would have been sautéed in oil, and on top of it was plenty of frying Vurst and vegetables together.

It is the reddish sauce that is sprinkled with plenty around it. There seems to be a small black grain in it, by the way.

In addition, on top of the pato and sauce, fried meat is also included from the first time. It was a chunky menu to see.

Gustav's throat gobbles before cooking on a plate that smells delicious.

"Uhm. Then I guess I'll have it soon."

"... oh. Warm things while they're warm."

Salvador also agreed and took the fork in his hand.

Different sauces than any pato I've ever eaten, maybe this is the “new" part. Having thought of it that way, Salvador first wraps the pato in a large bite with a fork in his hand while making sure that only the sauce is involved, and carries it to his mouth.

"Oh my God, this doesn't come close to looking and tastes pretty exciting!

Gustav screamed before Salvador finished choosing words about the taste.

Surely Gustav is right. The sauce seemed to use spices firmly, and the impression of appearance was that it had a punchy flavor on the back.

But it's not just hard. The base taste also seems to be quite well finished.

Overall, I get the impression that it tastes similar to "meat sauce". But I don't see ingredients like meat or vegetables.

To guess, perhaps after simmering various ingredients, only the ingredients of the palate were squeezed out by careful filtration.

And the black pepper, plenty of it in the reddish-colored sauce, seems to tighten the overall flavor and transform the sauce into a strong, punchy flavor.

As I proceeded to eat, my body pounded, but it was presumed that there were also plenty of flavored vegetables such as Henhivre and Aho used.

"... I see this does taste like never before"

Salvador crushes one person and indulges in a new flavor that was unlikely while chewing slowly.

This is followed by a taste when paired with ingredients. Salvador brings vegetable stir-fry with Vurst to your mouth.

What a fun contrast between shaky vegetables and prickly Vurst texture. The taste of Ongo is also a good accent.

However, after the punchy taste of the special sauce, the taste becomes thin. Stir-fried vegetables themselves taste almost as simple as salt and pepper.

Even though the taste of Vurst was stained with vegetables, after the taste of the spicy and intense sauce, it had been felt a little lacking.

After tasting the sauce and ingredients separately, try the taste when they are united. Salvador wrapped the pato together and threw it into his mouth after entwining the ingredients with plenty of special sauce.

"... well, should this be done"

Salvador was noticed. Yes, this ingredient wasn't meant to be eaten alone.

The ingredients that are lightly flavoured with a strong flavour sauce are well received, with the added flavours of Vurst and Ongo.

Shaky vegetables refresh the mouth that tends to get heavy. It goes perfectly with Pato, a taste that is uniquely unpleasant.

This dish was right to eat ingredients fried with pato, and the sauce as a whole - so delicious that it convinced me that it captured the heart of Salvador.

"Ooh, this fried chicken is delicious too! The sauce's stained, but I hope so again."

Gustav raised his admiration as he cheeked the fried chicken pierced with a fork. Even from that expression alone, it conveys an image that seems quite delicious. Having seen how it was, Salvador also reached for fried chicken half unconsciously.

The fried chicken itself was the same flavor as the one we had had had several times here at 'Swallow' and was as tasty as usual

However, the addition of pato sauce to this deep-fried dish changes the taste. A spicy sauce with plenty of tomato and vegetable flavors trapped in it had enhanced the deliciousness of fried from another angle.

Sometimes you are punched with pepper, and it is good to be able to eat ahead without your mouth getting too heavy. This one has a flavour that pulls back.

Eventually the plate dishes that had been served in front of Salvador were cleanly emptied. Even though it was a chunky meal, I ate it all at once.

Even though it's been a late lunch, that's all that makes me eat out of this chunky dish, which means I have “strength” in the taste of this pato. It was Salvador who was completely impressed by Takumi's arms as he rubbed his creased stomach.

―――――

"How was it?

Takumi, who brings postprandial cinnamon coffee, asks what she thinks. It was Gustav who uttered the words first.

"No, it was delicious. It was quite voluminous, but it was not worth the age and I ate it quickly. What did you think?

Gustav calls on Salvador to sit in the front. But if you were called upon, you would keep your arms shut and show your imaginary face.

Gustav, hey, what's up? and just called again, Salvador finally opened his heavy mouth.

"... is this sauce unkake? Or is Mirakan the name of the sauce?

Takumi opens her eyes for a moment to questions from unexpected angles. But I immediately returned to my usual smile and answered the question.

"The name of the sauce is" Akake ”. To be more precise, Akake's" Akake ”means sauce, and we call it" Akake ”. Mirakan is the ingredient that stirs this Vurst and vegetables together."

"... I see. Does that mean that if the material changes, it will be another ankake"

"You're right. If you learn how to call my hometown, Milanese if it's just Vurst, and Country if it's just vegetable stir-frying. By the way, Milacan is short for Milanese Country, which means you're in both. There are many other variations, such as a buffet with fish fries and poppies with espinaca (spinach)."

"Ho ho, is there such a variety of Ankake? This is getting exciting."

Gustav, who was listening to the interaction between the two, raises his voice. Apparently, he was interested in the breadth of the variation on Akake Pato.

Salvador, on the other hand, told Takumi this as he was sure to look ahead after a short tour.

"... you're in trouble. With so much flavor and so many variations, the appearance of Bread and Tortilla will be lost."

The corner of Salvador's mouth, which speaks so, was lifting niggardly. Takumi, who appreciated and accepted the Salvadoran flow against Akake Pato, bows his head again.

"Thank you for your excessive words. We will continue to improve further."

"... I would also like to combine this ancake sauce with our bread and tortillas. It doesn't matter when you have time, so could you think about it for once?

Takumi was hacked by Salvador's request.

Sure, it was an image of Akake sauce = pasta in my hometown, but I don't need to make it a pasta specific sauce.

Like today's fried chicken, you can tangle the mackerel sauce in something and then pinch it in a bread or tortilla. There must have been some on there that looked like omelettes. Maybe I can try it from where I try it with a variation of egg sandwich.

It's the sauce I made in the first place with agony. If there are many other uses, I would love to make active use of them. Inspired by the spirit of challenge, Takumi shook her neck vertically in Salvador's quest.

"I'm going to run out of cook profit. I hope we can give it a try."

"All right, all right! If there's anything you need for that prototype, I'll get it ready. Don't hesitate to say it anytime!

To the interaction between the two, Gustav has interrupted again.

Salvador and Gustav, Takumi was warming her breasts to the words spoken by the two artisans. Of course you liked Akake Pato, but I was more than happy to be an artisan who opened the way for a new challenge and offered unstinting support.

"Thank you. In doing so, please do."

Deeply bowing his head, he was a takumi expressing his gratitude with a gentle grin.
