The Coffee Shop in a Different World Station

Recipe Note - Pato's Classic Source

"I'm home now -!

One afternoon I went down and heard a cheerful voice coming from the back door of "The Swarm".

Roland, who was in the kitchen, speaks to Luna, who has returned home safely today

"Luna, welcome back! You want something to drink?

"Oh, and then... can I get some milk?

"Roger that! You want a warm one? Or is it cold?

"Um, it was warm today, so I like the cold one. Shh!

"Well, I'll wash my hands and wait for you there!

"Yes."

Llorando to the grocery depot with Luna on the side heading to the water pumping yard.

A bottle of milk was removed from a crate containing ice (refrigerator) and poured into the glass that had been brought back to the kitchen.

At that time, something on the shelf caught my eye.

It's a little box made of brisket.

Roland gives a little thought to his neck and then nods one more thing.

And along with a glass of milk, he also took out a few of the contents of that box before heading back to the kitchen.

"You're welcome. Cold milk for your order and some of this in Omake, please!

"Wow! Wow!

Luna shouts joy when she sees the “besides” offered by Roland.

That was a cookie with plenty of Armandra (almonds) on it.

"The one Fidel asked me to prototype. My master just called me" Florentine. "Whatever it is, it can be served with milk!

"Thank you, brother Roland!

"It doesn't matter!

While I say that in my mouth, I'm so proud of the look on Roland's face when he replies while rubbing under his nose.

Luna pinched one Florentine quickly as she prayed small.

From a thinly sliced Armandra intertwined with sweet honey, the crisp aroma spreads across your mouth.

The cookies at the base have a crisp toothfeel and the understated sweetness firmly accepts Armandra's fragrant sweetness.

It goes well with milk, of course.

The taste, of course, made Luna feel more than happy with Roland's care.

Slowly indulge in the combination of milk and Florentine, Luna.

Then Takumi returned from the entrance and exit leading to the hall.

"Oh, Luna, you were back. Welcome back."

"It's just now! I'll help you when I'm done eating this!

Takumi speaks gently to Luna, who hastily tries to pour Florentine in with milk.

"You don't have to hurry. Well, I was planning on making sauces for lunch tomorrow, but would you and Roland like to do it?

"What! Why is that good?

Takumi smiled and nodded, yeah, to Luna, who sparkled her eyes.

And now I speak to Roland with a definite look.

"So I'd like to ask you, how about that? It's the sauce we've made many times together, and it's okay, right?

"Ugh... I think it's gonna be okay..."

The look on Roland's face to answer is somewhere disturbing.

But Takumi overlaps words as she teaches.

"I've put the recipe together in my notebook, so if you don't know, try it while checking. It's been everything, isn't it? Just do what you always do and you'll be fine."

"... nagging! If that's what your master will say, I'll try my best! Luna, say hello to your support!

"Ha! Nice to meet you, brother Roland. - Sooo!

Luna's crystal clear voice echoed in the kitchen as if it met the feelings of Lorando, who showed a hot eye.

―――――

"Well, then I'll check the recipe first. Er, which one..."

Rolando and Luna, lined up in front of a kitchen table that serves as a work place, peek into a single notebook.

One of the sauces for pato (pasta) developed by Takumi today is the "classic meat sauce”.

■ Classic meat sauce (20 servings)

Preparation

- 500 g beef

- 1000 g pork

• 5 in seboria (onions)

- 8 medium sanaoria (carrots)

- 10 tomatoes (ripe)

- 5 to 6 setas (mushrooms)

- 1 litre of chicken soup stock

• Miele (honey) 300g

- 200g tomato ketchup

-Aho (garlic) (grated) 3 shards

- About the same amount of hen hive (ginger) (grated) garlic

• Pimenta (All Spices) Proper Amount

- Salt, pepper appropriate amount

< how to make >

1. Chop each of the beef and pork as finely as possible, then roughly ground them in a rind bowl and then mix them with miele

2. Drizzle down four minutes of seboria and mince one. Sanaolia peels and grates everything.

3. After peeling the tomatoes with water, grate them in half and cut them into squares. The ceta is minced. So far, the purchase has been completed.

4. In the soup stock, add all the dried vegetables and the chopped tomatoes, and keep warm.

5. Warm the frying pan over low heat, 1. So sauté the ground beef mixed with miele gutsily until it is carefully “mellow” while splitting it several times.

6. Add the minced seboria and ceta to the flayed hiccups and saute gently.

7. Place the flayed hiccups that are ready in turn in the dimensional torso pan.

8. In a frying pan that's finished stir-frying the mellow hiccups 4. pour the soup to melt the flavor before transferring it to a dimensional torso pan.

9. Add tomato ketchup, aho, hen hivre and pimenta to the torso pan and season with salt pepper.

10. Simmer carefully over low heat as this is done. Simmer for at least one hour.

< points >

Never put a frying pan on high heat when making a flaky meat.

Make sure to skip moisture at about a weak medium heat and saute carefully.

- Do not squeeze the moisture in the rinsed vegetables. To be properly paired with the soup until the last drop

· When there is a lot of moisture in the finish, boil over a high heat at the end.

"It's a little hard to make a mellow hiccup, but I think we can work it out if we split up, so I'm gonna try it with you! It's a pleasure to help!

"Ha! I'll do my best."

Luna wearing an apron responds to Roland's call.

The two quickly got to work on the sauce planting.

First, the task of making hiccups.

After the two of us chop the prepared beef and pork, place them in a large rind bowl.

And letting Luna hold down the rind bowl, Roland carefully grinds the meat with a rinse. The lean strong beef and the slightly whitish pork gradually crumble and the whole thing comes in pink.

"It doesn't taste good if you crush it too much, does it? Phew, that's about it."

"It's a job with power. Hey. You should have changed along the way. Right?

"No, that's about it, I'll be fine. It was easy to do because Luna supported me today. Then put all that miele in."

"Yes."

Luna to proceed with the work as instructed by Roland.

I had just finished adding all the pre-measured mieles, and Roland, who had the wood bell, mixed the mieles and snoring meat together thoroughly.

"Well, next time, let's grate the vegetables. Um, I have to grate Seboria, but normally it hurts my eyes."

"Sebolia just chops her eyes off, so it's going to be a lot harder if you grate her."

"Yes, yes. But hey, I've found a good way to do this lately! Yes, take this."

That being said, what Roland offered was a small slice of myce (corn) bread, which is also a hard skinned part.

Although Luna honestly received it, she didn't know what to do and made it right.

"Uh... what are we gonna do with this?

"Here's what I'm going to do! He thinks Luna's been fooled, and he wants you to try it with him."

That said, Roland put another slice of mythbread skin in his mouth that he had for himself.

Even as I bowed my neck to the strange behavior, I was given a copy of Roland (a senior).

And they began to grate the skinned seboria with grated gold.

Eventually, after processing under Sebolia, Roland ate and swallowed the mythbread, which he had been working on.

"What do we do? Your eyes, they didn't hurt much, did they?

"Ha. It's a little squishy, but it hasn't been enough to make me cry! But how did you find a way like this?

"Actually, I stumbled upon this. I was carving Sebolia while tasting it when I was making sandwiches before, and I realized it didn't hurt at all. So, I tried everything, and I found this was the best."

"Awesome! Brother Roland, wow!!

To honest praise, Roland's mouth broke unexpectedly.

I couldn't help but notice that there is a problem with my hands all over Sebolia, and I can pull my hand in.

I moved on to explaining the next task, misleading it with a grin.

"Then let's get ready for the rest of it. You do the tomatoes and the seta, and Luna sends her regards to Sanaoria!

"Yes!

Two people going about their work as they share the work.

Behind it was the column clock telling the time with Pawn.

―――――

Since then, the work has gone well, and the two of them have been working on making "Akane Hikimeat”.

Two people lined up in front of one rocket stove.

Instructions were given to Luna as Roland waved the pan.

"It's time to ask for the next firewood"

"Ha. Is the firepower okay or is it too bad?

"Is that all right with you? I'll tell you when I get weak again."

The most challenging aspect of creating "flaming meat” is the adjustment of “fire reduction”.

A meat covered with miele burns quickly if the temperature is too high, and if it is too low, it will never be “azure”.

It was necessary to keep a weak medium heat, while continuing to saute carefully over time.

Roland gives detailed fire instructions, recalling when he was working with Takumi on the planting.

Thanks to Luna, who responds only to the words, the work was able to proceed smoothly.

Eventually, the finished "mellow hiccups” are stir-fried together with the minced seboria and ceta, all transferred to a dimensional torso pan, and Roland gives the following instructions:

"Now that sounds ok. Then I'll have the soup in this frying pan."

"Is that all you need?

When the frying pan was poured with chicken soup with vegetables, the creepy eyelids melted out and the whole thing browned.

This is the ingredient of the palate. By pouring soup into the frying pan over and over again, the hidden point is to blend in the ingredients of the flavor without excess.

After this, Roland, having added the remaining ingredients to the hiccups and soup transferred to the torso pan, gently stirs before tasting.

Finally, after Roland seasoned the flavor with salt pepper, he turned the fire into a blaze and the whole process was successfully completed.

As a final task, the two of us proceed with cleaning up the kitchen table.

Wiping the table, I will swing Luna, where Roland served as my assistant.

"When you're done cleaning up, all you have to do is fire. Good luck, Luna!

"This way, thank you for your guidance. I was trying to help you?

"You've been so helpful! I feel relieved when I think about what I'm gonna do alone."

"Good for you. So! We will continue to work hard to help you, so please give us more guidance."

"No! I'll take care of it!

That's what I'm saying. Don and I slap on the chest, Roland.

I also thought it would be difficult to work while teaching Luna the procedure, but if I tried it, I could go smoothly.

Apparently, communicating the steps one by one also led to organizing my steps.

(In the end, it sounds like the master's reading is right...)

It was Roland taking his hat off again to its extraction.
