"Well, now the setup looks ok"

The ingredients carried by Nyarch and Luna were neatly arranged on the table.

Fidel and Luna line up friendly to peek into the contents of the bowl or tray.

What was available there were red, green, white and colorful ingredients.

Prominent among them are the bumped ones that peek bright white beneath the red boiled surface.

Something like a suction cup can also be seen on its surface.

Portside-born Fidel was a stark glimpse of who it was.

"These are Pulpo feet, right?

"Yeah, you're right. Actually, the octopus in“ Takoyaki "is about this Pulpo."

Takumi answers Fidel's words with a snort.

Pulpo, featuring eight legs, is a popular ingredient in this world.

It is eaten as a flavour from spring to summer, especially in areas where fishing is predominantly portside.

Because of the vitality of being alive for a while if you put it in sea water even after it's been fried in water, it was also said that "if you eat Pulpo, you can't beat the summer heat”.

Such a pull po is going to be an authentic seasonal welcome, increasingly delicious.

So Takumi was just asking Roland to pick up a prototype Pulpo, wondering if he could use the "swordfish" menu as a coloring ingredient.

"The minced onion over here is puero. And this... what is it?

Luna, who was shifting her eyes to other ingredients, pinches something that looked like an ingredient in a small plate.

Some of the small fox-colored grains do not appear to be particularly material and appear to contain only a few red dots.

Although it also looks like the "Templar” clothes scraps that Takumi makes from time to time, it doesn't give me any image of how it is used.

Mm-hmm. Luna screaming her neck off as she roared.

Takumi revealed who it was as she smiled.

"It's called fried eggs. It's like the part of tempura clothing that I sometimes make. Today, we make a little mix of shattered gumba (shrimp) after drying."

"You say Agedama. But what the hell are we gonna do with this?

"I use this mixed with dough when baking“ taco yaki ”. I'll make it with you later, so stay tuned."

Fidel, who had heard Takumi's explanation beside her, twisted her neck with a wrinkle between her eyebrows.

"Um, you don't get any image at all. Takoyaki, what kind of dish is it going to be..."

"It's going to be okay! Takopa is fun and delicious! Taco Taco Pa" "

He gave the troubled boy and girl an approximate, bragging look as Nyarch sang to dance.

To that appearance, they both smile all the time.

I have no idea what you're doing, but only the odd fun has been well conveyed.

"Well, if you can, you'll see. Looking forward to it!"

"You must be talking about Takumi, so you can have some amazing delicious food!

Takumi laughs bitterly at the two words.

"You've got a lot of hurdles. Well, let's get started."

"" Yes "!

The three remaining voices raised their voices in response to the signal of initiation given by Takumi.

Takumi, who rubbed the match shruggedly, moves the fire into the straw where it was placed in the burning mouth.

As we moved from straw to twigs and thin firewood for incineration, small seed fires gradually turned into large flames.

Eventually I start to hear the sound of being able to play patsy from the firewood.

It's a signal that enough firewood has begun to burn.

When the flames rise, the copper plate with indentation is placed on the seven wheels of firewood.

And when a little more corsa (vegetable seed) oil dripped in it, it was stuffed with cloth balls that Takumi had in his hand.

After waiting a while, smoke rises from the heated oil.

Eventually, the burnt copper plate began to chinch.

Each of the sufficiently warmed copper plates is poured with a cream-colored dough.

It also looks like pancake dough from the side, but seems a lot loosely made for it.

Luna, curious to see how the dish was going, throws Takumi a question.

"What's in this fabric?

"This is very similar to the fabric used to make tempura. Dissolve the arrow powder and the mace powder with water and combine the eggs with the grated nymph (potato)."

"Hmm, that sounds like steamed bread ingredients when you ask. But it's a lot watery..."

"When this cooks properly, it becomes crispy trout. Yikes. It tastes so good! Hey, hey, Mr. Octopus, can I stay? You can let me in now, okay?

"Yes, then please take this one at a time"

Takumi with a bowl containing a bumped pull po and giving it away while making the cat ear pick and exciting gnatch disappear.

Nyarch, who received it, pomped Pulpo into every single indentation as he delighted to narrow his eyes.

"Ah! The fabric is spilling!

Luna, who was watching how it went, raised her voice in a hurried manner.

The fabric that had been poured into the indentation was flooding the surrounding area.

Takumi speaks gently to calm such a girl down slowly.

"It's okay. It doesn't spill outside the plate because it's edged around. Rather, this is what we do. Well, here's the next one."

Takumi hands the next ingredient while saying so.

By Takumi's hand a minced puero on the plate, and fried eggs were scattered.

Then sprinkle the dough around the whole area just a little bit, then sprinkle the firewood so that the firepower is adjusted.

After a while, the hot air rose from the milky white fabric and it smelled good.

Takumi, who was asking about the fabric, gave the three of them thin wooden skewers while explaining the next task.

"Well, from here on out, I need your help, too. Wait a little while and the dough will burn, so turn it around with this. Erm..."

"You're a crook! Can we do this? Hey, can I do it??

It will be a long awaited step in the work and an exciting gnarch.

On the other hand, Fidel and Luna had no idea what they were talking about and were decent.

Seeing the contrast, Takumi gently teaches Nyarch with a bitter laugh.

"Look, Fidel, I've never seen you or Luna before, so I have to show you how to do it right, right?

"That's what happened! Well, I'm going to show you an example now, so watch carefully!!

Nyarch proclaimed so high that he ran the wooden skewers vertically and horizontally on the baked fabric

A plaid pattern is drawn by stitching between the indentation and the indentation.

And then I flipped over that the fabric in the indentation would follow me a little bit.

What appeared there was a hemispherical fabric baked to a dull and foxy color.

"Wow! You flip it so beautifully!

"This is interesting! Can I try, too?

"Of course it is. I think it's cooked better in the middle, but let's all follow it from there."

Using Takumi's words as a signal, it's time for the four of them to start clinging to the plate.

Let's see both Fidel and Luna. I'll try it with the look of it, but it doesn't go very well at first.

However, after several challenges while being handy, I eventually became able to return it as interesting.

"I mean, it feels like you're going to stick around. This is fun!

"It won't be long when we all do it. Funny, sooo."

"This is Takopa! Taco Taco Pa" "

She starts singing again as Nyarch shows her nostrils for some reason.

That's when Luna raised her voice as loud as she could come up with something.

"Ah! It's a taco yaki party, so it's taco pa! I knew it!

"Right, so you've been singing that song for a long time. Hey, well, I know it's fun..., Mr. Nyarch, it's hard to understand"

"You don't care about the details. Takopa is a fun, delicious tacopa, so there's nothing wrong with it! Yes, all of us."

Nyarch continues to sing without even knowing Fidel's words.

Did you get caught up in that, and Fidel and Luna started mumbling too.

The delightful appearance of the three also spilled a gentle grin on the mouth of the fire-turning takumi.

―――――

"Well, it's time to bake. Well, ladies and gentlemen, please prepare your plates."

"" "Yes!" "It is!

In the meantime, the three of us who replied have a small plate for the dishes to be taken.

Takumi handed out one takoyaki after another that had just been able to be done on that plate.

Of course, I won't forget to hand it over to myself.

And when I finished handing out the first batch of taco yaki, I prepared nothing and applied the sauce perfectly.

The sauce applied to the octopus yaki is a slightly dark brown thick one.

Because of the heat of the octopus, a good aroma with acidity spread around.

"Mmm, smells good."

"Takoyaki needs this sauce. Enjoy it with care because it's hot."

"Thank you. So..."

"I'm coming. Nah!

Nyarch wears a pair of takoyaki as soon as possible, sidelined by two people who offer their prayers before meals in silence.

If you put your teeth on a crisp, fragrant surface, a troll of Atsuatsu fabric flooded your mouth from the inside.

It's hot enough to burn.

Nyarch breathes huff-huff, desperately trying to cool his mouth.

"Ha-ha-ha! Heh heh heh heh heh heh!

"Hmm, I have no idea what you're talking about!

"But it conveys wonder and what you want to say..."

"Right. Still, you look so hot..."

Looking at Nyarch's panic, Fidel rang her throat.

For Fidel, who is not very good at hot stuff, the hurdle feels a little high.

When I was worried about what was going on, Takumi called out.

"If you're not good at being hot, you should break it in half once and then eat it"

"I see. Then let me do that at first. Um, here's the thing..."

Breaking the octopus yaki in half with a small tree skewer that was given for meals as suggested by Takumi revealed a large pulpo bump from the fluttering hot air.

Fidel breathes hoohoo-hoo on them, then throws them into her mouth, wrapping them together again.

Chewing with one or two bites as they were, it was a simple emotion that popped out of my mouth.

"Huh! This is delicious!

The “fumigato" and baked dough has a flavour that gives the sea a sense of flavour and a Puero flavour that has been heated to increase sweetness.

Pulpo, carefully steamed in the dough, is also prickly.

Gamba's fragrant flavor would be the fruit of Agedama put together.

Even more surprising is the sauce painted on top.

The dark brown thick sauce is based on rich flavors and richness, while the sweetness, distinctive acidity and spice flavors are folded in multiple ways.

It felt like this sauce was multiplying the deliciousness of "Takoyaki”.

Next to Fidel, Luna is fighting Atsuatsu's Takoyaki.

The look is quite serious.

Luna, who had been quietly tasting the octopus for a while, threw questions to Takumi as if she had come up with something.

"Do you use this sauce, possibly tomato ketchup?

"You got a good idea. Exactly. Based on tomato ketchup, it combines miele (honey) with aged vinegar (balsamic vinegar) and some spices."

"So it's such a complicated flavor. It's delicious!

Takumi smiles at Luna, who shows joy with a full smile.

Takumi took a deep breath of relief when she saw the three of them cheek up Takoyaki looking delicious.

In fact, Takumi had a little anxiety when she served the taco yaki to the three of them.

The "okonomiyaki sauce” I applied to the octopus - because I didn't know if this distinctive taste would be acceptable to the three of us.

The “okonomiyaki sauce" I used to be familiar with on a daily basis.

It was really a small coincidence that I was able to reproduce this sauce, which I had never been able to taste since the advent of "This World".

The story goes back a little further.

While Takumi was prototyping a new menu, she accidentally slipped her hand and dropped a small plate containing aged vinegar into the tomato ketchup.

Badly in between, the bottle with the lid left empty goes upside down into the ketchup.

Naturally, there was plenty of aged vinegar mixed in the tomato ketchup.

Takumi tried to clean up a ketchup with aged vinegar if this wasn't a prototype.

At that time, I was worried about the taste.

Well, no, originally......, and Takumi mixes the aged vinegar and ketchup together with her fingers all the time before licking it with a pepper.

Then what about it?

The flavour of tomato ketchup, packed with flavours, combined with the flavour of aged vinegar with its distinctive aroma and mellow acidity, gave rise to a completely new flavour there.

And it awakens the taste in Takumi's memory.

Yes, the taste was reminiscent of the familiar sauce.

Maybe even “this world” can reproduce the “sauce” - Takumi, who felt that way, started working quickly to improve it.

Mix the various ingredients together, overlapping sweetness, acidity, aroma and flavor, following the memory of the taste.

The number of prototypes ranged from dozens.

And the thick brown sauce on the octopus yaki today - the "Takumi-style okonomiyaki sauce”.

The flavour that combines spiciness and flavour in the slightly sweet dish reminds me exactly of the okonomiyaki sauce.

Even as a takumi, I felt it had finished quite a bit of reproduction.

Nevertheless, there has never been a taste in this world.

If you are Nyarch (wife), you may have memories of your former taste, but it is an unknown taste for Fidel and Luna.

Would it really accept the taste of "okonomiyaki sauce" that never existed in "this world” - this was the small source of anxiety Takumi had?

In the end, however, it also seemed worrying.

Fidel, Luna and, of course, Nyarch cheek up with plenty of sauce on one roasting octopus after another.

Happily watching the three surrounding the seven rounds of firewood, he was a takumi that threw the cooler takoyaki into his mouth.
