56 Healthy Lunch with Distressed Women (2/2 pt.)

"Hello. May I?

It was before eleven o'clock tomorrow that Sophia came to the 'swordfish' again.

Sometimes before the first flight arrives, there is calm air in the 'swordfish' store.

The "Special Healthy Lunch Today (Limited to ten meals)" lettering on the board at the store.

As I was grinning softly at the cute sketch painted next to it, I heard a voice from the person.

"Welcome! We have seats available. Yikes!

"Thank you. I've been looking forward to it since yesterday and couldn't get excited."

"You've been making amazing things. I'm sure Mr. Sophia will love it! Please come this way."

Like yesterday, Sophia is led to a privileged seat at a spectacular window.

The order is of course 'Special Healthy Lunch'.

"I'm waiting for you!" Special Healthy Lunch "on your order, keep your cheeks from falling. Yet!

The food Nyarch brought is more rustic than I thought.

It's a plate with a slightly larger soup dish, a small bowl, and a sandwich and a dish.

"I was looking forward to seeing what would come out, but is it more normal than I thought? But you must have a trick because it's about Mr. Takumi, right?

"Hmm, that'll be fun later. Well, go ahead and take your time!

Sophia took the fork after dropping off Nyarch returning to the counter with Tokotoko.

The first thing I saw was a small bowl. Apparently, a large bite of cut Parta (avocado) or tomato is soothed with soft Kesso (cheese).

Green, red, white and colorful combinations are beautiful to look at.

From above, there was something like a slightly green dressing.

(But isn't it hard to say Healthy that Kesso is so used...?

Though Sophia wonders, she carries her first sip into her mouth.

Then I looked unexpectedly at the taste that was not what I expected.

(This is not Kesso!

The rich flavour of avocados, the flavour of slightly sour tomatoes and the dressing where they feel slightly bitter, combine to play an exquisite harmony.

And the white stuff I thought Kesso was.

I imagined a rich, mellow flavor, which was soothing and, moreover, really refreshing.

The texture is also softer than Kesso's, and if you crush it with your tongue, it easily breaks apart hollow.

One way or another, the texture is close to that of a franc (pudding), but the taste is not similar.

Though I remember savoring the flavors I could feel somewhere, Sofia didn't even have any idea what this was.

(And that's next for now)

Sophia, who has regained her mind, now draws the soup dish to hand.

The poured red red soup is gobbled with ingredients like rounded ground beef along with several vegetables.

This one is quite chunky from the looks of it.

When Sophia switches to a spoon, she pours something like a meatball along with the soup and transports it to her mouth.

(Hmmm, this one is very tasty too!

The red color of the soup belongs to the tomatoes. The soup, full of its flavours, is a familiar flavour in "swordfish". The aroma of spices put together also tickles Sophia's nose.

And something that looks like a meatball. The flavour of the soup was well stained even though it was carefully simmered, and the soup overflowed with bites and delicious soup.

The strange thing, however, is its “lightness." Meatballs made of ground beef should have plenty of fat and meat flavors.

Compared to that, that of this soup has a light taste. The refreshing taste even seemed to Sophia as if she could make it into her mouth.

(That's weird...... It's like it's not meat. If I do, does this have any tricks, too?

The last time Sophia reached for it was a sandwich. A much thicker egg grill is sandwiched in a thinner than usual microscopic (corn) bread.

This one's pretty chunky, too.

There is a glimpse of red sauce between the bread and the egg grill. Probably ketchup.

Sophia lightly suppresses the top and bottom, luxuriously puckering.

"Wow...!

I accidentally let the words pop out, and Sophia hurries to hold her mouth.

The egg grill has a fluffy, soft, refreshing and light taste.

Of course, it goes well with the toasted Brett.

The deliciousness of ketchup adds to its flavour.

Sophia closes her eyes and hits another puck.

As I relax, wrapped in a yellow soft duvet, I hear a voice calling Sophia from nowhere.

Still rubbing her sleepy eyes, she turns to you for a colorful treat on the table.

The person for the holiday brunch, of course, is that guy......

(Oh, Master Liberto......)

Sophia smiles inadvertently as she floats behind her brain about a thoughtful person who hasn't returned yet.

Then a voice broke in from beside it.

"How about you, Mr. Sophia?

"Huh!? is, softly...... Takumi! and it's so delicious!!

Sophia, who was accidentally called out, hurriedly returns the word to Takumi as she corrects her residence.

He was a takumi who was confused for a moment by the slightly unusual appearance, but quickly regained his mind.

"It seems to fit your mouth. Most importantly. With Sophia's ink, I'm sure other customers will be happy."

"No, I know Takumi's cooking would be great. By the way, today's dish, it looked so voluminous in its appearance, because this is really 'dish that doesn't make you fat to eat'?

"Yep. I've tried it as a menu in such a way as to refrain from excess fat and sugar while thinking about nutritional balance. I think you could say 'less fat dish' even if you eat it somewhat well in that sense. Of course, don't eat too much."

"I see. Maybe this is the trick?

That's what Sophia says, she takes the white chunks that were in the small bowl of avocados and tomatoes softly with a fork.

Takumi, who saw it, nodded slowly.

"You know. This one will be called“ tofu ”. All of today's contributions are made with this tofu."

"What? There's a toff in all this?

"Yeah. We also add tofu to egg grills in sandwiches, for example. And meatballs in that soup, but I don't actually use this meat at all, and instead it can be a mixture of tofu and the“ from "that comes out when making tofu"

The most distressing part of today's menu is the meatball broth, which is made of dough by joining the eggs together with tofu, and then simmering them with light oil.

Among the takumi, it is the image of a "cancer spill”.

Sophia snorts at Takumi's description.

"Heh, so the taste was light and refreshing. But I had no idea until they told me there wasn't any meat in there! I wonder what the ingredients are?

"Tofu will be the main ingredient in soy milk taken from Soja (soy). The method of making it is similar to the one previously described for making cutlet cheese. In warmed soy milk, add the supernatant of the broth when making salt, stiffen it for a while, then drain it and it's done."

"Hmm, that sounds easy... but what about the truth?

As Sophia peered into her complexion, Takumi was grinning bitterly.

"You're certainly right. First of all, I have to squeeze soja in order to squeeze soy milk, but this is pretty hard. I'm going to crush the soja I put on the water overnight in a rink, but I need a quantity at any rate, so it became a man-made sea tactic while I got help from Roland and Luna as well."

"I knew it. Otherwise, I thought you were serving lunch at this store sooner because it was about Takumi. But it's amazing. I still can't believe you told me this was made from Sokha."

"It's really everyday ingredients where we used to live, and we actually made it right after we came here for ourselves. However, as I said earlier, it was difficult to make quantities, so I'm honest that I've never been able to get them to the store."

"Oh well. Hey, then let me help you. Tof made in Soha, I'm sure you'll all love this!

"Ha, you're the same. Ok. If I can get tofu too, I'd love to, and this is my pleasure."

Takumi bows her head deeply to Sofia's offer.

There's always a new chance when he comes to "The Swallow" - Sophia snorted satisfactorily and cheeked up the last bite of the egg-roasted sandwich.

It should be noted that then, some time later, an unprecedented “tof” boom will come around the young women of the city of Harpertown, but that is another story later.
