Inside the Myriad Beings Camp.

To resist the Holy Clan's oppression, forces of every rank—third, sixth, or ninth—had united.

In a hidden location, Su Chen met the strongest existence in the Myriad Beings Camp, the one who had single-handedly driven their alliance: a powerhouse half a step into the Saint King realm.

The Sword Bearer was the title others used for him. In truth, he had no name and had left no traces in the world. People simply called him the Sword Bearer—the one who wielded the final power against the Holy Clan.

"The Azure Bird Saint said that you are willing to help our Myriad Beings Camp, but only on the condition that you meet me once?"

A red-faced old man with a full white beard and a large nose stared at the impossibly young youth before him. It was hard to believe someone so young had slain a Saint of the Holy Clan.

The Sword Bearer shifted his tone, and an overwhelming pressure descended upon Su Chen as if the entire world itself bore down on him. "It seems the Azure Bird Saint is not enough for you... what a greedy appetite you have!"

The winds and clouds churned violently, but before the change could fully gather, it scattered apart. The sky cleared and the winds calmed.

A single Azure Bird Saint was not enough to help Su Chen break through to the Saint realm. By slaying too many powerhouses of the Holy Clan—including a Saint—he had already drawn the attention of the Holy Clan's ancestral progenitor, a true Saint King. The progenitor had now awakened, likely prompted by the Godslayer Squad from the Main God Space. If Su Chen continued hunting Holy Clan Saints, he would face encirclement and annihilation. Yet he had no desire to waste more time in this world.

"You dare set your sights on Lord Sword Bearer!"

The Azure Bird Saint glared at Su Chen as realization struck her.

From the very beginning, the youth had not been fishing for her, but for the Sword Bearer—the final hope of the entire Myriad Beings Camp.

"Azure Bird Saint, stand down."

The Sword Bearer stopped the Azure Bird Saint before she could attack. Though she was filled with reluctance, she obeyed his command.

Seeing Su Chen effortlessly neutralize his pressure, a flash of astonishment crossed the Sword Bearer's eyes. "An outsider... you are not from this world."

His tone was certain.

Su Chen did not deny it.

"If I am willing to lend you my strength, what are your chances of success?"

The Sword Bearer showed no anger at Su Chen's intentions. He simply asked calmly about the final odds.

"Ten out of ten," Su Chen replied evenly.

"Lord Sword Bearer, he is deceiving you!" the Azure Bird Saint cried out. Ten out of ten? How could that be possible? In her mind, the only explanation was that the youth intended to trick their leader.

Before she could act, a vast power suppressed her completely.

The Sword Bearer stared fixedly at Su Chen, searching for any sign of deception. Yet no matter how he observed, the youth's expression remained calm and composed. This was not deceit—it was an unshakable confidence that inspired belief.

"I want your word that you will completely annihilate the Holy Clan, and that before and after its destruction, you will not harm any living being outside the Holy Clan."

The Sword Bearer did not refuse Su Chen. Despite the Azure Bird Saint's struggles, he remained unmoved, as if he had already made up his mind.

Once Su Chen nodded, the Sword Bearer smiled. He did not demand an oath or similar binding measure. For some reason, he simply trusted the youth before him. They seemed to be the same kind of person.

The Sword Bearer suddenly spoke softly, "In truth, I am also a member of the Holy Clan."

The Azure Bird Saint's eyes widened in disbelief.

Su Chen's expression remained calm, as if he had known all along.

The Sword Bearer continued speaking to himself. "You may wonder why someone from the Holy Clan would help the rest of the Myriad Beings destroy the Holy Clan..."
