The Defeated Dragon

Chapter 1047: Eighth Class Nobility

The list contains not only the information of every nobleman of the Seal, but also the Seal Ordinance, which provides a detailed introduction to the title of the Kingdom, which Lester is reading very carefully.

The title of Flame Kingdom is officially named eighth class.

The highest rank is the King, the second is the Prince or Grand Duke, the third is the Duke, and these third ranks belong to the upper nobility. The king belongs to the first-born inheritance system and is the sole title, and all knights of the kingdom must follow the king unconditionally or conditionally and obey his dispatch.

The Prince and the Grand Duke are equal titles, and the Prince needs royal blood, the blood of the Fire Family, to become Dragon Knight. The Grand Duke has no blood restrictions, but must ride a dragon that is not owned by the kingdom - that is, a dragon knight cultivated by the royal family cannot be granted Grand Duke status.

In other words, without dragons that belong entirely to you, you will never be a Grand Duke and build a new nation.

Duke titles are slightly more complex and have three main sources.

The first is the descendants of the Grand Duke who, if the dragon is unsuccessful, descend to the rank of Duke and continue to administer their country; the second is the dragon knights cultivated by the royal family, who can obtain the title of Duke after standing up for battle; and the third is the realm knights who have stood up for battle and can also be promoted to the rank of Duke as appropriate.

However, except for the children of the Grand Duke, as a dragon breeding family, any qualification can inherit the Duke's title.

Two other types of Duke titles require children to be knights of the realm in order to succeed successfully - relaxing a generation in order to prevent the unexpected death of the Duke and the under-rearing of his children at a young age. That is, the Duke's son is still the Duke, but if he can't train as a knight in the field, his grandson can only be the Marquis.

……

On the list.

The Prince did not, the Grand Duke did not.

There are only three proposed Duke candidates.

Anthony Sapphire, the Duke of Sapphire, is merely a name, and is not included in this enclosure - nor is it necessary to do so, since the Principality of Sapphire is an independent nation.

The other two.

Lee William Tulips, Duke of Tulips Island, is the second-largest island on the Flame Islands, covering an area of 450,000 square kilometres, and Piero Grey Iron, Duke of Wutong Island, the seventh-largest island on the Flame Islands, covering an area of 170,000 square kilometres.

The Tulip and Grey Iron families all have "Secret Books of the Knights of the Realm". As long as future generations are not too worthless, it is not difficult to cultivate knights of the realm and can inherit the Duke's title from hereditary sources.

“Father, promote Bruposi, the marquis of salt water, to the Duke of Mermaid City, and make the land a Mermaid City.” Lester thought about it and added one more thing.

“In accordance with the Duke of the Kingdom Ordinance, the title of the Seal is limited to the Marquis and the Duke of the Mermaid City does not comply with the Seal Ordinance.” William Lee said.

The Seal Ordinance is the sealing system that Lester had previously approved, and although he often punched himself in the face too often, trying to figure it out. So for a moment of silence, he said, "Then seal Brubossi as the Mermaid Collar Duke. ”

“But the Mermaid Collar belongs to Flame Island. Didn't you say Flame Island would not separate nobles from the Burning Legion? ”

“Hmm...” Lester twisted and said, "Mermaid's sealing was added to the Seal Ordinance on an exceptional basis. Anyway, it has not been officially printed and there is room for modification. In the future, the Mermaid's territory will be enclosed in the sea surrounding the False Territorial Flame Islands. ”

After a pause, he continued: "Bruposi's title is the Duke of the Saltwater Sea, and as for the Saltwater Sea, there is no need to ask where, her enclosed cognac can choose Mermaid City. ”

So for half a day, he still denied the previous Seal Ordinance.

As for his second son, William Lee was probably used to his style of conduct, and did not care to amend the Seal Ordinance.

Instead, he asked, "Do you want to separate Brubossi as Duke and the other six Mermaid Marquises? ”

“No need, Bruposi stays in the Flame Kingdom, earnestly manages the Mermaid City, and is successful for the country. Six other mermaids have traveled around the world, how can a duke be divided without doing his job… their ideas are still alive in ancient times and it must be understood that only integration into the Flame Kingdom can obtain status and resources. ”

Mermaids roam the ocean for almost a year.

Although they are tasked with mapping the legendary continental coastline, it is clear that they are enjoying themselves outside and that the mapping of the coastline is only a little bit complete.

Lester was very dissatisfied with it and had urged them several times, but had failed to reassure them.

That's why.

He was angry, only to seal up a Mermaid in Bloopsey.

……

The fourth rank of the Fire Kingdom is the Marquis and the fifth is the Earl, both of which belong to the median nobility.

It was actually Lester's intention to divide the Duke into a higher duke and a lower duke. The High Duke is the Duke with the Sealed Nation, classified as the upper nobility, and the Lower Duke is the Duke with the Unsealed Nation, classified as the middle nobility. In this way, the hierarchy of titles will be put together in three grades, one middle and the other, for a total of nine grades.

Ultimately, however, this was not the case, as it would be better to add a new title rather than a higher or lower duke.

And he has another layer of ideas - deliberately diluting the status of a nation to reflect the authority of the king. After all, the monarch of the Principality is a duke, and the general lord of the enclosure also has a duke, which means that the kingdom is a bigger enclosure, even if you are a dragon breeder, you are only a follower of the king.

So, ultimately, the median nobility is only the Marquis and the Earl.

The succession of these two titles requires the attainment of the rank of Sky Knight, which can grace a generation, but if the next generation still does not have a Sky Knight, it must be reduced, etc.

in the list.

The number one marquis, Emily Flame, Marquis of Jade Stone City - As a Shallow Green Gemstone Dragon Knight, Lester asked Emily if she wanted to be a closed nobleman, but Emily decided to join the Burning Legion and hope to follow Lester for life.

So Lister gave her the name "Flame” and made Jade Stone City near Jade Stone Mountain in the Dragon's Nest where Ethan lived as her seal.

The second-largest marquis, the Pea Island Marquis Dimaria Rainflower Stone, covers half of Pea Island. Pea Island is the eighth largest island in the Flame Islands, covering 150,000 square kilometres. Pea Island, however, has no other nobility besides Dimaria.

As the earliest marquis to surrender, Lester had promised Dimalia that he would be promoted to Duke of Pea Island as soon as the rainfallstone family had accumulated enough fighting power.

The entire island of Peas will be the preserve of the Rainflower Stone family.

The third-largest marquis, Jeffrey Furong Sunflower, is the left marquis of the gemstone, enclosing half a gemstone island, the left collar of the gemstone. Gem Island is the sixth largest island in the Flame Islands, covering an area of 220,000 square kilometres, divided into two collars - the left collar of the gem and the right collar of the gem.

Jeffrey, a full Sky Knight, was captured as an Earl in the Kingdom of the Eagle and excelled after surrendering.

The fourth marquis, Yevich Waterpeanut, Marquis of Huangcheng, is the gateway of the Flame Kingdom to the legendary continent of Huangcheng - surprisingly, Yevich chose not to seal the land and nobility, but to join the Burning Legion and become a sealed city nobleman.

He is still masquerading as the great nobleman of the Kingdom of the Eagle, promoting domestic fighting in the Snow and Wind Mountains.

The fifth marquis is the Fire Marquis, Parise Flame, and the enclosure is Fire City. Like Emily, Parise, the Great Swordsman of Light, who has become the lover of Lester, chose the Nobility of the Seal and also received the "Flame” name given by Lester.

The sixth marquis is the right-hand marquis of the gem, Doult Red Apricot Fruit. He was one of the first noblemen to capture the Kingdom of the Eagle to develop Flame Island, initially the Count, and has been able to divide the Marquis through several years of battle.

The seventh ranked Marquis is Thorn Top Marquis Mendez Kale, and covers one third of Thorn Island, or Thorn Top. Mendez is a former Marquis of the Principality of Grey Iron, a full Sky Knight, but has shown little performance since joining the Flame Kingdom.

Thorn Island, the fourth largest island in the Flame Islands, covers an area of 270,000 square kilometres and is divided into three collars - the Thorn Upper Collar, the Thorn Left Collar and the Thorn Right Collar.

The eighth-ranked Marquis is Nicole Windbox, Marquis of Dragon Valley City, and the enclosure is Dragon Valley City on the edge of the Dragon Pit Giant Mine. The Windbox family, the Iron Knight family, was originally funded by the Grand Duke of Sapphire, who transferred the Windbox family to Lester. These years of dedication are worth a Marquis title.

The ninth marquis, the Thorny Left Marquis, is Yamat Cold Ice Shield, an elder of Yevich and a marquis of the Snowy Mountains who secretly leaned on Lister. For the time being, Yamat remains a marquis in the Principality of Snow and Wind Mountains and cooperates with Jevich in provoking the infighting of the Great Prince and the Second Prince.

Marquis, ranked 10th to 15th, are Mermaid.

Grand Western Marquis - Etnia, Fisherman Marquis - Gulwig, Aquatic Marquis - Tibides, Trench Marquis - Salivara, Fugitive Marquis - Westwenty, Lost Marquis - Cochlich.
