It was time to use the new Dao of Destiny Technique he had created. He had originally planned to make an example of Xuan You, and facing the furiously approaching man, Yang An no longer held back.

A flicker of astonishment was all that had time to appear in Xuan You’s eyes. He couldn’t even halt his attack or interrupt his own momentum; he could only watch helplessly as he, too, turned into light.

The moment Yang An’s palm touched Xuan You, the iridescent light that was Xuan You was completely drowned in a greater light. His very form corroded and decayed within it, crumbling away like ash and turning to dust.

Throughout all this, Yang An hadn’t been fazed in the slightest by Xuan You’s attack. Instead, seeing the terrifying and unexpected effect of the New Technique he had created, a broad smile spread across his face.

Once all the specks of light detonated, Xuan You would be given absolutely no chance to react.

The eyes within its apertures burst one after another under the intense light, creating a series of pops. It was completely unable to block Yang An’s attack.

At this moment, Yang An was like a god who ruled over this land. A dazzling light erupted from his hands once more, forming a massive sun that swallowed the captured Xuan You.

Though Xuan You struggled desperately in Yang An’s grasp, commanding the Cyan Luo Soul Mother and the Human Calamity to resist the light’s corrosion, it was futile.

The light was like a terrifying, raging inferno, incinerating everything he was, including his very life.

"Spare me! I’ll agree to anything you want!"

Unable to break free from Yang An’s control, able only to watch as his own body rapidly dissolved, Xuan You’s pleading voice reached Yang An’s ears.

When pleading failed, Xuan You resorted to threats. Facing death, he was willing to try anything, his words turning into a near-bestial roar.

The Giant brought its palms together, trapping Xuan You securely between them. The radiant light intensified, bleaching the entire world in its vast, brilliant glare.
