Ronan didn’t know how he had left the hall, but his emotions had been thoroughly crushed, and his hatred for Bama had only increased.
Why had he ever thought Bama could understand him?

Ronan sighed. Living as a Ghoul-Vampire hybrid who couldn’t talk was difficult. But when he looked at his stats again, a smile slowly returned to his face.

After all, Bama had told him earlier that they would be heading to the Destal Kingdom.
What kind of place was the Destal Kingdom?
It was one of the strongest kingdoms on the continent.
Sovereign Realm experts were everywhere, King Realm experts were common, and only Supreme Realm experts were considered truly rare.
Ronan now understood that Sovereign Realm experts could destroy an entire city if given enough time.
That was because they had already undergone their first Trait evolution.
Levels 1–10 were considered unevolved.
Only upon reaching Level 11 could a Trait undergo its first evolution, granting its user massive new abilities.
As for the King Realm above it, those experts had undergone a second evolution.
Ronan could only imagine how terrifying they were.
And then there was the Supreme Realm above even that.
Ronan didn’t know much about it, but judging from the way Bama constantly bragged about his father, destroying a kingdom was apparently nothing difficult for the Duke.
Ronan had arrived with nothing, so he didn’t have much to pack.
He only took the "beautiful clothes"...
He meant dresses.
The dresses Bama had suggested for him.
He had no choice but to wear them.
But now, Ronan also had a slave accompanying him.
Ronan looked at the beautiful woman beside him and sighed. She was bandaged up and smeared with medicine.
Her name was Yen.
Yes, she was the assassin.
A collar now surrounded her neck, and control over it had been given to Ronan.
That meant he now controlled her life and death.

Standing before them was a gigantic beast.
It resembled an elephant from Earth, except it had no tusks.
It stood ten meters tall and was more than fifteen meters long, with six powerful limbs and two trunks.
It was a Peak Transcendent Realm creature.
Despite its enormous size, it was incredibly fast and surprisingly docile.
It rarely attacked unless threatened, and even in the wild, it was known for its gentle nature.
Apart from its enormous size and Peak Transcendent Realm strength, it also possessed incredibly tough hide.
Even an ordinary Sovereign Realm expert would struggle to break through it.
It could also survive for several weeks without food or water.
It was practically perfect for transportation.

The creature responded with a low, cow-like moo.
"The Destal Kingdom."
Selak spoke as he tossed an emblem toward the old man.
The old man caught it.
The moment he saw the emblem, his expression changed.
His gaze toward Selak and the others immediately became more respectful.
They had direct connections to the Duke.
They weren’t ordinary nobles.
Meanwhile, Ronan was staring at the status panel before him in shock.

But he faced another problem.
His current Realm wasn’t strong enough for him to hunt vampires and improve his Trait.
That meant he had no choice.
He definitely needed to evolve into a Ghoul Lord...
