The Executed Sage Reincarnates as a Lich and Begins a War of Aggression

Episode 173: The Sage Turns to Counter Strike

A steel ship proceeding through the desert unleashes shelling.

I twisted myself against an impending shell at high speed.

But when the shells swirl steeply behind my back, they come back aiming at me.

Because of the leakage of black jaws, the spell is also being planted.

I made sure to jump in the air and turn around, dodging more shells.

Strike a curse in there and envelop the shells with black ice.

The dysfunctional shell fell and exploded directly into the tank that was just underneath it.

(Tracking ceremony is troublesome...)

Looking down at the inflaming tank, I felt killer from the side.

A steel bird was about to rush in.

According to John's bragging, he's a weapon called a fighter.

Inside is John and Bulk on board.

Sitting in the cockpit, they turn a shitty glance.

An iron gun mounted on a fighter jet erupted the fire.

I play bullets with my magic sword.

Magic swords are instantly destroyed or generated as many times as possible, so no problem.

The bullet was also fast enough to see through.

The fighters who stopped firing, they keep pushing.

There are no signs of stopping.

I guess I'm going to leave it to speed to collide.

I made sure to dive in, jerk off the fighter, and break the bottom of it with a magic sword.

The fighter that went through it crashes while emitting black smoke and breaks down heavily in the air.

Explosive flames erupted and fell into the desert.

We're both supposed to die instantly, but we should be back in the vicinity soon.

I am convinced because it is no longer a familiar sight.

More than half a day has passed since the battle began.

We're still killing each other.

John and Bulk have died hundreds of times, but they have come back to life flat.

And it pierces me without ever getting tired of it.

I'm not dead once.

Gwen has advised me along the way, but unlike them, I can't seem to be resurrected.

Of course there's a part of her that I don't trust because it's what she says, but it's probably true.

That much I can somehow tell by the feeling.

This is a special space called the spiritual world.

Unlike Gwen, who is free to come and go, and John, who doesn't have a real body, I guess there will be some constraint on me.

That is more than you can penetrate without destroying the flesh of reality.

Situational disadvantages are undeniable.

Anyway, I was sure I shouldn't have died.

So I'm fighting with great care.

I was never driven into a predicament because of it.

(John and Bulk's methods of warfare were generally grasped)

They attack with great firepower without fear of death.

I guess you're after my fatigue and out of magic by continuing to attack me with abandonment.

It is a very effective and solid measure.

But only this time, that method of warfare makes no sense.

They missee my abilities as the Demon King.

I am permanently supplied with magic and temper from the valley of the dead.

It is also effective in the spiritual world and can emit a powerful technique almost inexhaustibly.

In other words, there is no fatigue or loss of magic.

Always be careful, you will not die in their attacks.

They used a few backhanded measures, but they were all able to deal with them.

As long as I know in my hand, all I have to do is be steadfast.

This one is taking advantage of the war situation.

Meanwhile, John and Bulk were beginning to show a clear rush.

The way we fought has been a big mess for some time now, and attacks tend to be monotonous.

They also seem to perceive the poor situation.

Gwen was also watching the battle flow with a look of surprise.

She seems grumpy to see, but when she notices my gaze, she turns a deliberate smile.

She seems to be hiding something.

I am concerned about its content, but it is difficult to make contact with it now.

While there's interference between John and Bulk, you probably shouldn't hand it out.

Neither is Gwen willing to join the war so far.

When the three of them come together, it becomes even more troublesome.

The current situation was also convenient for me.

(But it's time to set it up)

Standing in the air, I think as I play the attack of a group of weapons.

John and Bulk's attention has become scattered and his standing around has become cluttered.

Gwen is also bored and has no way of covering for him.

Even if it's immortal, there's as much help as there is.

I have been through many battles with such enemies on my journey to crusade the Demon King.

With an understanding of their methods of warfare and fighting habits, there is also very little fear of failure.

To overturn this troublesome situation, it would fit just in time.
