"Battle projection?"

Carson Flores turned around in surprise, "The battle scenario on Blood Murder Island can be seen by people outside?"

Samir Coffey explained, "Isn’t there a formation on the tags? One of its functions is to project the location, allowing everyone outside to see the battle scenes. Of course, you can also choose to block the formation, so that people outside can’t see it."

Carson sighed in relief. He had quite a few secrets he didn’t want to be watched like a monkey. Most importantly, he was a wanted man by the Myriad Immortals Palace. With so many sects here, it was possible some might recognize him. What if one of them identified him?

"How do I block it? I don’t want to be watched by others."

Samir replied, "There’s a formation on the tag. You inject spiritual power to activate the formation, and the battle projection will start, allowing those outside to see you. Conversely, if you don’t inject spiritual power, the formation doesn’t activate, and there will be no battle projection."

Niall Sinclair asked, "Do all these people want others to watch them?"

Samir laughed, "Most of them do. On one hand, they can let their fellow sect members see them and understand their circumstances. Even if they die, at least it’s known who killed them."

"On the other hand, it’s vanity. After all, there are countless strong individuals from both the Demon Race and Barbarian Tribe’s great sects here. Performing in front of them is a great honor. Who doesn’t want to be famous and known by more people?"

"Of course, some people don’t want this. They’re either low-key by nature and dislike attention or don’t want to expose their strength and trump cards. Many magical treasures or Divine Skills are most effective when the opponent is unaware. If exposed, people will naturally be on guard in future battles."

Carson laughed, "I’m someone the Myriad Immortals Palace wants to capture. Fortunately, my name’s not on the wanted list; otherwise, I’d not dare to make a move here. Being watched could lead to my secrets being exposed and trouble finding me, so staying low-key is better."

After a lap, Carson and the other two returned to the camp.

Carson was here to help Samir, so it was best to just wait for the tournament to start and avoid getting involved in anything else to prevent new troubles.

That evening, Garlan Parrish gathered all participating disciples. Everyone gathered in the camp hall.

Garlan Parrish glanced over the crowd below and said calmly, "The Blood Murder Island scenario is extremely dangerous. Your primary goal is to survive and leave safely, not to kill as many people or grab as many tags."

"I allow you to hand over your tags when facing danger and escape or delay, waiting to be ejected by the formation. Even if you’re eliminated, I won’t blame you."

"Also, Blood Murder Island is a slaughter between the Demon Race and Barbarian Tribe. The demons will group together, and so will the barbarians. Likewise, our sect’s disciples should also group together because the drop spot into Blood Murder Island is random, so we need to pre-set a meeting point."

Garlan Parrish flipped his hand, and twenty Jade Slips appeared in the air, then shot towards each participant.

"The entrance to Blood Murder Island is here because this place is at the border of the two races’ territories. However, the battleground isn’t here but on a massive uninhabited island in the sea. Everyone will be teleported there through a Teleportation Gate."

"The Jade Slip contains a detailed map of Blood Murder Island. I’ve already made a unified mark on the map. After landing, don’t rush to grab tags—head to this point first."

"The island is quite big. However, no matter where you land, you should have enough time to get there within a day if you don’t delay, and everyone will gather there. We will act a day later."

"For this slaughter action, Holy Son Eolan Lorcan will be the leader. Everyone must follow his orders."

"If there are any questions, raise them now!"

Samir Coffey asked, "Sect Master, if something causes a delay and we can’t reach the meeting point within the day, how do we find the main group afterward?"

The Sect Master replied calmly, "If you miss the meeting, you can choose to act alone or look for other sects’ teams. However, let me remind all of you: though the Barbarian Tribe is the opponent this time, you must not overly trust other sects’ teams. Even if cooperating, you must remain cautious and reserve something...understand?"

Everyone nodded; no one was foolish.

One mind can’t truly understand another, and in such a deadly scenario, who knows if someone might stab you in the back?

Even if no one directly kills you, they could manipulate you into being a sacrificial pawn, couldn’t they?

The Sect Master finished speaking and then let Holy Son Eolan Lorcan say a few words.

Eolan Lorcan didn’t say much, just stated that he would do his best to lead the team, strive for the best results, and ensure everyone returns safely.

A declaration of duty, more or less. But what can be achieved will only be known after it’s over.

After the meeting, Carson and the other two gathered to discuss their rendezvous.

"Should we join them?"

Carson shook his head, "No, let’s do it on our own."

Samir agreed, "If we join them, even if there’s credit, Eolan Lorcan would get the most credit and the most rewards. It’s better if we go on our own."

Carson laughed, "Let’s set our own rendezvous point, meet up first, and not rush. Wait until all three of us have gathered before taking any action."

"Alright!"
