Raelith reminded, "Although there’s a high possibility of a large number of Crystal Scorpions there, the chance of encountering powerful ones is also high, which might be quite dangerous. Even though we are Great Land Immortals, it’s not guaranteed to be 100% safe..."

"If we can’t beat them, we’ll run!"

Maedryn Cobb’s eyes were fierce and determined, "Such a way to rack up points is worth risking our lives!"

Raelith turned his head to look at Carson Flores, "Kaelen, what do you think?"

Carson replied without hesitation, "If you don’t think I’m a burden, I’ll stick with you, wherever you go, I’ll go!"

Raelith asked, "Aren’t you afraid of danger?"

"Everyone is afraid of danger, but as the saying goes, fortune comes in time of danger, just like Cobb said. It’s too hard to resist taking a chance on such a quick way to earn points," Carson responded.

Raelith nodded, "Since no one has any objections, let’s hurry over. I’m afraid if we’re late, others will get there first."

Maedryn Cobb stood up, speaking cleanly and crisply, "Let’s go!"

Raelith took the lead as the three of them left the black mist, quickly heading into the distance.

After running for thousands of miles, Raelith stopped, pointing at the small hills emerging from the black mist ahead.

"It’s right below there, previously there were sparse plants around, but now it’s entirely a Sand Sea, without any vegetation, the kind of environment Crystal Scorpions love the most."

"Below those hills is the Abyss. I went down a certain distance alone before, but I didn’t dare to go all the way down..."

Maedryn Cobb said nothing, flying straight toward the hills.

The three of them flew down the sand dunes; the demonic qi grew denser, and visibility worsened.

"Boom!"

The Sand Sea burst open, and a gigantic Crystal Scorpion leapt out, lunging at the three like a predator.

Maedryn Cobb’s eyes shined as he shouted, "Good timing!"

This Crystal Scorpion was massive, far stronger than the ones encountered before, roughly comparable to a Great Land Immortal. But Maedryn didn’t hesitate, charging forth and brutally smashing its head with powerful blows.

The combat between Maedryn Cobb and the Crystal Scorpion was enormous, shaking the entire ground. Amidst the flying yellow sand, more and more Crystal Scorpions emerged from the Sand Sea, swarming toward the three.

Maedryn Cobb’s eyes were ablaze as he shouted, "This is the right place to be!"

Raelith swiftly joined the battle, shouting simultaneously, "Kaelen, be careful, protect yourself!"

Several Crystal Scorpions charged at Carson. This time, Raelith was fighting a group of Crystal Scorpions and seemed not to see the ones heading toward Carson, fiercely battling those in front of him.

Carson squinted his eyes slightly and, with a loud shout, turned and ran!

The Crystal Scorpions pursued Carson from behind, and both soon vanished into the black mist.

Raelith looked back, seeing Carson disappearing, a cold, mocking smile appeared in his eyes, while he shouted worriedly, "Kaelen!"

The water’s fury suddenly became extremely violent, like a noose, instantly wrapping around a large group of nearby Crystal Scorpions. The water seeped into the gaps in the Crystal Scorpions’ shells, then turned into a reaper’s rope.

In an instant, a large number of Crystal Scorpions perished.

"Maedryn, tidy things up here, I’m going to save Kaelen."

Maedryn glimpsed at Raelith as he turned to leave hastily, his expression a tad peculiar, seemingly mocking yet disdainful.

Raelith left Maedryn, and his originally hurried steps abruptly slowed.

The commotion caused by Carson and the chasing Crystal Scorpions wasn’t small, continually heading deeper into the Abyss, Raelith following leisurely without any intent to rush in and rescue Carson.

There are already so many Crystal Scorpions here, and you’re diving deeper into the Abyss, aren’t you attracting more Scorpions?

Are you afraid of not dying fast enough?

Instead of running upwards, you run downwards, you really are foolish!

As expected, as Raelith expected, Carson sprinted fiercely, Crystal Scorpions close behind, the massive commotion indeed attracted more Crystal Scorpions, forming a Crystal Scorpion tide, chasing Carson in a hasty run.

Raelith followed from behind, watching the increasing uproar ahead, both shocked and secretly smug that with just a slight trick, this lad’s life would be forfeited.

Great Land Fairy Triple Realm, being chased by so many Crystal Scorpions, not to mention any Great Land Supreme Immortal Level, even with weaker Crystal Scorpions, with such numbers, you wouldn’t withstand, a dead end!

The rumbling noises ahead suddenly paused and completely vanished.

The entire Abyss grew incredibly silent, leaving Raelith, following behind, puzzled.

What happened?

Could it be that Carson has been caught, killed by those Crystal Scorpions, then the Crystal Scorpions retreated back underground?

Raelith patiently waited for some time, still without any movement. Overcome by curiosity, he slowly approached the front.
