So when I started to write, it was more joyful, because I didn't think that lack of material would create a lot of pessimism.

On the contrary, the material is too rich will lead to spiritual emptiness.

In the barren wasteland, human beings are tough and tenacious, and selfish little people can also have happiness, which is the keynote of this book.

The rest of the world view will be unfolded in later plots. This story is not complicated or simple.

2. Be patient and be human.

When I first set up a person, I set whether a person is fat or thin, good or bad, greedy or loves money.

But when the first sequence began, the huge world background was already paved in my heart, and I suddenly realized that the characters I wrote should be people on this wasteland, not people in my heart.

When a character appears, he must carry some mission of his own on this wasteland. I am no longer the creator of this character, I am just a recorder who tells you what happened in that world.

That world is where I all yearn for God, and the characters there admire even my own heart.

Will there be good people on the waste soil?

From the beginning of Chen Wudi's birth, he seemed incompatible with this world.

The little boy abandoned by his parents dreamed of being a hero and a good person one day. He did it, but he was not understood.

The book once wrote a sentence, meaning that the world is ridiculous, and only fools are willing to be good people.

Therefore, the last sentence of the previous chapter put in this era should be, this world, no longer need a fool.

But sometimes I also want to be that fool, and want to be a beam of light in other people's hearts.

This beam of light from Chen Wudi was given to Ren Xiaosu, and I gave it to you.

He is the spiritual core above this wasteland and one of the spiritual cores of this whole story.

I love every major character in this story. They struggled and determined in the times, painful and bright-hearted. This is probably the reason why humanity has been able to continue to this day.

3. Sometimes it is very painful. I know that my update level is average. Because I care about this story, I have to revise it again after writing a chapter. If I am not satisfied, I will rewrite the whole chapter. It's been a long time, and I really want to break out every day, but I really have a lack of energy.

Three chapters per day, 2000 words per chapter, 6000 words per day.
