"I also think there’s no need to rush. Let’s wait a bit more before making any decisions!"
Ling Feng chuckled.
He hadn’t spoken much earlier, but he wasn’t idle either. The distance between the two locations is only twenty-five kilometers, and his Divine Sense had already scanned everything over at Chicheng!

"They’re already sent, but the spies are expected to return by tomorrow morning," Tian Ren replied.
Ling Feng nodded, then asked, "How many soldiers do you have at your disposal?"
"Three thousand infantry, two thousand cavalry, one hundred Seventh-Rank masters, twenty Eighth-Rank, and five Ninth-Rank," Tian Ren reported.
This strength comparison doesn’t quite match up against the invading Dongying forces, and they’re continuously reinforcing their numbers.
Ling Feng nodded again, then said to Li Chunxi, "Let the army stay here for now and don’t advance recklessly. Tomorrow morning, I’ll go to meet the Dongying forces and see if I can persuade them to retreat."
"This..."
Li Chunxi hesitated for a moment before speaking: "I understand your good intentions, Mr. Ling, but doing so might not be appropriate. We can’t let you go alone!"
"There’s no need to cause more casualties. Every soldier is someone’s son or husband, and if one dies or gets injured, it negatively impacts an entire family’s life!" Ling Feng explained.
Hearing this, a flash of realization appeared in Li Chunxi’s eyes, and she nodded: "Alright, you’re right!"
However, she still turned to Tian Ren, saying, "Don’t worry about the front lines for now, but the support behind us must be ready to follow up immediately. Let the rear reinforcements be dispatched!"
"Understood, Princess!"
Tian Ren nodded and promptly went out to give orders.
There were only two people left in the tent. Ling Feng looked at Li Chunxi: "It’s getting late. Princess, you should rest early!"
"What about you? Are you going to Chicheng?" Li Chunxi asked.
"No hurry, I’ve already understood most of the situation there. I’ll head back to the flying ship and leave tomorrow morning!" Ling Feng smiled.
Li Chunxi immediately stood up: "Then I’ll go with you!"
"Aren’t you supervising here?" Ling Feng asked.
"I just did, didn’t I? General Tian Ren is quite capable, and I trust his ability!" Li Chunxi said.
"Alright then!"
Ling Feng nodded and turned to leave the tent.
Just as they were leaving, Tian Ren returned and, seeing them, asked somewhat puzzled: "Where are you both headed?"
"We came on a flying ship, so we’re returning to it. We’ll discuss things again tomorrow morning!" Li Chunxi replied.
Tian Ren was taken aback and asked with a bewildered expression: "Flying, flying ship?"
"You’ll find out tomorrow. When we come to the camp, let everyone know not to panic then."
Li Chunxi said, stepping forward towards the camp’s exit.
Tian Ren hurriedly followed: "I respectfully see off the Princess."
"No need, stay behind and steady the military’s spirit. We likely won’t need you to fight next, but you can’t be negligent either!" Li Chunxi remarked without turning her head.
After leaving the camp, Tian Ren and his subordinate generals stood by until they could no longer see them before returning.
Ling Feng and Li Chunxi returned to the flying ship. Since it’s a small vessel, the space wasn’t very large, and they could see each other just by looking up when seated inside.
Ling Feng sat down and looked at Li Chunxi: "If you want to rest, the chair can be adjusted to recline."
"No need, I’m not tired."
Li Chunxi shook her head and asked, "Will watching a movie disturb you?"
"Not at all, I’m not that easily disturbed. Go ahead and watch what you like!" Ling Feng replied.
"Alright!"
Li Chunxi nodded.
Then, each went about their own activities, one watching movies, the other using Divine Sense to lock onto Chicheng and monitor the developments there.
Time passed incrementally like this.
Li Chunxi indeed loved watching movies, watching several back to back without taking her eyes off them.
Luckily, her physique isn’t ordinary; otherwise, another person would certainly have sore eyes.
With daylight approaching, Ling Feng turned to look at her: "It’s about time to head out. The Dongying people have already gathered nearly one hundred thousand troops!"
"So many?"
Li Chunxi didn’t ask how he knew, she just widened her eyes and stood up directly!

Ling Feng smiled without saying anything, got up, and operated the flying ship to lift off, then headed towards Tian Ren’s camp first.
