The Guild’s Cheat Receptionist
3-1: "Thank you for waiting"
Luneville, a city located south of the King's Capital of the Kingdom of Rondville.
When Pineaville in the east was once the territory of the Acradist kingdom, Pineadist, it was a castle city that developed while inserting Fort Balta as an important base against aggression from the east.
Having merged the Pinea region in the days of the previous kings, the importance of which was lost when the previous kings welcomed the first princess of Akradist as their queen, and having fallen off the material transport route to the king's capital, Lüneville moved to an agricultural city that did not resemble its walls.
It's not like there's an agricultural city or a specialty, but two big bandit guilds crotching all over Rondville leaped in and competed for dispatch from each other...... different. I had the darkness to contend for hegemony.
Naturally the inhabitants leave. Residents who could not be separated due to money, physical convenience, etc., lived by plowing the fields in detail, frightened by the Alliance's protests… not long before I arrived.
Mr. Ektor has been (self-proclaimed) relocated to a troublesome city on top of low importance as well.
Mr. Frank was greatly promoted to head of the Luneville branch of the Alliance Union at the young age of 27.
The bandit guild "Sare of Copper Paper" and "Maberta of Lotus" were expelled without a trace by these two activists and now transformed from a day to a city where everyone can relax and feel comfortable.
It was me, Ilia Schultz, who laid eyes on it.
The perfect city to satisfy my ambitions, found after a long rootless life.
Whoever threatens my ambitions will not forgive me!
You're not gonna show him the living hell!
... What a joke aside, Mr. Frank called me in, I'm in front of Mr. Frank in the reception room. Ohne no Haku is sleeping round on the forehead.
"Accommodation town, is it?
To my recitation, Mr. Frank nods sitting on the couch in the reception room.
"You know Ilia's been getting more people here lately, right?
"Yep... well"
We also know that the majority of them are coming for food at the Union Branch.
And then there's the guilders of commercial and industrial guilds targeting those people.
"Compared to the cities around us, Luneville has come to be recognized as peaceful and safe, but that's what the King's Capital knows. I heard the Luneville development plan was lifted at a budgeting meeting the other day."
Looking through the documents provided, it did say something about redeveloping Lüneville as an accommodation town. The last document is carefully stamped to King Rondville's seal.
The contents of the project are zoning and street maintenance. It even says it plans to build a new street through Luneville, with what has been there as the old street.
"Is Mr. Ektor the king's capital?
"Oh... because you were blurred by the taste of nobility. He just turned the plan over to us first."
Is it claustrophobia or house arrest, caused by other nobles in an allergic reaction to the rise of an emerging nobleman who tried to kill him? I'm sad.
"Did Mr. Ector say anything about this plan?
"No, you haven't even heard his point. Just looking at what we've been turning, I guess it's not that negative. 'Cause if he says he really doesn't like it, he's like ripping it off on the spot."
"Oh, really?"
Surprise......
"It's normal to interact within the budget allocated by the state, but this time they have to give an estimate by the next budgeting. You want me to calculate the expenses if I put it out as a request to the Alliance."
"Is it a guild? … In the first place, I don't know how much accommodation I'm looking for in this plan."
"To what extent?
"Guests staying, right?"
I don't have to know if I'm going to make upper-class accommodation, and I can't endorse if I'm going to make the lowest level of accommodation that a few people would spend in a miscellaneous fish sleep.
"The increase in the number of people will continue to lead to a deterioration in security. There are no ex-girlfriends or children who have lost their strength in Lüneville by attracting a poor customer base."
"Complete...... But most of the people who come to us are guilders. I don't really expect to spend money on accommodation."
"Are you sure you want to maintain your current customer base?
Mr. Frank thought a little and eventually nodded.
"I just want to avoid what's going on right now."
"... right"
Most inns are full these days.
It's a situation where you rent a private room in a branch for people who come to the branch without checking the status of the lodging in bad times, or who couldn't secure the lodging even after visiting it at a business trip.
I've asked people to rent me a room in the whole house.
Honestly, I can say it sucks as marketing that I fear selling out over selling out somewhat. It's not selective de marketing.
"It's Mr. Frank's job to bring together the owners of each piece of land and discuss the zoning of the lodging and residence, isn't it? Can we account for the building costs of the lodging for the owners of the land and the infrastructure development costs to explain them to Mr. Frank?"
"Oh. I've kept in touch with Caron, too, so he'll bring in the industrial guild people"
A carpenter belonging to an industrial guild.
The building of the house is not the same as a normal request order, and representatives of each party (rather than a group of engineers) gather for a meeting of architectural requests turned to the guild. Each party then performs an estimate of the requested building details, and the person who bids for the cheapest building cost in the collection is given the right to order.
Whether or not to attend a meeting depends on each party, and it is implicit in the understanding that the party is large from requests that are small in size and unlikely to be profitable.
It is also possible for the client to request directly from the party without passing through the guild, but in that case the benefits such as contribution allowances and ranking up will disappear at the same time as other guilds, so it is rarely established unless they have any special circumstances with each other.
Most of the time I nominate when I create a request if I have a party that I'm rather cordial with. In that case, the cost is completely negotiated directly with the client, so it is common for either party to lose money depending on the power relationship?
So if the role of a mercenary guild lies in the control and management of guilders, the role for the building industry in an industrial guild is to maintain fair prices and deter moral hazards. There is also the maintenance and development of technology, but you are left to each profession.
For this reason, if you are about a Sunday carpenter, you do not have to be a qualified industrial guilder to order the request. Since there are no carpenters in Luneville, Mr. Sullivan, who repairs and sells martial arts, often orders them.
gossip.
Meet with the industrial guild first to calculate the general expenses of the accommodation due to differences in size and equipment. Based on that expense, I'm looking for someone from the owner of the land who wants to replace it with an inn...
"It seems that the only thing in the dossier is the budget for the maintenance of the streets, but will the building of the inn and subsidies in the migration between them go down?"
"Right...... we do it nationally. I wouldn't have a problem including it as an expense around there."
"... the subsidy is going to be something Mr. Ektor can give you."
Well, that's where you get it out, including what it means to sell thanks. It seems like it.
Either way, the state gives me a mortgage, so I'm comfortable as long as I'm supposed to have to lend it. If it's a branch mortgage, there's no principal parity repayment, and sometimes the profession greatly limits the repayment period and makes the review tighter.
This time it will be just the commercial guild people, so the latter has little to do with it though.
"The rest is the transport of materials used for building and maintenance, their escort, the escort of workers who hit the streets."
"Oh. When this happens, I guess it's the order of construction of the inn first for infrastructure development and then for street maintenance"
"... more people"
"Right. Even if the escort turns the mercenaries in Luneville, a significant number of people will stay here. You think you can bribe us?
Bribing would of course mean eating.
"If you buy in a lot of ingredients and in the form of deliveries, you probably don't have a problem.... What are you going to do with the restaurant?
"Well... it's hard not to show up if you want to open a store."
"Right..."
In the world of previous life, the inn just slept with a bath, and I think there were quite a few different places to eat.
Given the route of purchasing ingredients and the labor costs of hiring people to cook food, you might want to cut back on your meals from the beginning if you have a lot of customers at the branch.
And?
Some might think that way.
Well, that doesn't matter, and what I'm really worried about is more demons because of more people.
Given the origin of demons, you can fall into a vicious circle where people and demons increase in proportion.
More people get more demons.
More people gather to exorcise demons.
- It's a vicious cycle.
Alliance wise, more requests to wish or fulfill. But I'm really opposed to this plan because the assumptions are wrong, but it's not about a receptionist giving a mouthful.
More than that, there are a lot of people in the city who want it. You can't get in the way of that, can you?
After many meetings and meetings, almost a month had passed by the time the documents and requests were registered with the departments, and weeks had passed since the materials had begun to be transported and built.
"Ilia, I'm sorry! Take this to Ellie!
Pick up the dishes from the counter hatch where you will receive the dishes from the kitchen next to the counter and head to the extraordinary terrace provided outside the entrance.
Elise emerges from an arrow tip that tried to hang her hand on the door, a door that opened with momentum. I am also lighter than Elise originally, so I cross to the point of taking light steps without bumping into her.
"Oh, I'm sorry, Ilia! Thanks!"
"Yeah. I'll take it. Elise will take the rest."
"Okay!
Beyond the door, on the terrace facing the street, there are twelve large tables, all of which are in full seats. Even as usual inside, it's the end of the day when someone is eating and drinking while standing outside.
Carry the dish to the number of the table affixed to the edge of the plate.
"Sorry to keep you waiting, it's an assortment of grilled chicken"
"" "Ooh!" "
"I'll give you an empty plate."
Immediately dispersed because of drunkenness or poor eyesight.
Mr. Frank stood at the counter as I went back inside with a bitter smile with Elise, who would come out to replace me.
Excuse me, Mr. Frank.
"No, I was licking it. Sorry about the backpack. I wasn't on the night shift today."
"No, I'm a free man."
Mr. Frank laughs bitterly at the usual backpack only.
Currently, upstairs, Leah and Rachel, plus Mr. Darren are turning to the service, and on the ground floor, Elise and Clarice and Cynthia are in the service, with me at the reception in the backpack.
That means everyone's at work. Since reception work is the main thing leading up to Mr. Darren and Clarice, I mean the situation is so stuck that I have to turn the two of them around.
"But that's an amazing number of people..."
Watch the hall as Mr. Frank groans.
The freshman facial rash mixed with the regular is mainly an industrial guild worker. With the construction of the inn and the zoning rush, the population of Luneville can even multiply temporarily. It's done to the point of adding more terraces, because there's also a portion to be delivered to what I call a prefabricated cabin in my previous life.
"I guess this is a bad idea if we don't recruit personnel for our service early."
"Don't forget the kitchen."
"Oh, yeah."
I had cheats, so spinning them by myself is mentally tough.
At the request of Mr Ektor, the Luneville Union Branch was also to open an additional dining room. The building is under construction right next to the current branch, but Mr. Frank still can't decide on the opening staff. I'm sure it's because you're on guard about the previous assassin intrusion. I'm telling you I'll tell you when I find you.
"Do you think the function of the branch should stay this way?
"Yes, because of your abilities, you've been too short."
"Yeah. Right."
"If there seems to be more work for the branch, you can renovate the upstairs cafeteria section to the office."
"Right."
That said, it is also true that the burden of salaries and reception is high as it is now.
Just fine, and let's hit someone who might be able to help.
