After hanging up the phone, Liou Qingcheng was already awake. She lay on Lin Tian’s arm, sleepily asking, "From the voice, it sounded like Genius, right?"

Lin Tian nodded noncommittally. Then he said, "He’s working with Wu Yong at Black Gold now; he just called to discuss something"

Liou Qingcheng didn’t continue asking. Instead, she touched her flat stomach and said, "I’m hungry. Let’s go out and eat something."

Lin Tian smacked her on her firm backside and said with a strange laugh, "Can you still walk?"

"Hmph, of course, I can. After eating and coming back, I’ll make sure you can’t get out of bed tomorrow."

Just as Lin Tian wanted to scold her a little, his phone rang again, but this time it was Bai Shishi.

He answered the call and put it on speaker. With their relationship out in the open, there was no need to hide when making calls.

"Missing me?" Lin Tian teased into the phone.

"..." There was no response from the other side.

The 55-inch LCD TV was playing a Korean drama. Bai Shishi and Mei Ruyan were sitting on the living room sofa, talking softly, hardly paying attention to the TV.

"You’re here," Bai Shishi said with a smile, resting her hands on her stomach.

Bai Shishi’s demeanor had changed slightly compared to a few days ago. Her smile now carried a hint of maternal femininity; her beautiful eyes, when smiling, appeared filled with gentleness.

Lin Tian responded, stepping forward quickly, "Let me take a look."

Lin Tian looked into her eyes and asked seriously, "Are those things more important than our child?"

This made Bai Shishi’s smile become gentle again, and she nodded lightly, saying with a smile, "Okay, I’ll make sure to rest more."

Liou Qingcheng and Mei Ruyan sat beside them, smiling. They were happy for Bai Shishi and teased Lin Tian for being so silly despite becoming a father-to-be.

Lin Tian sat beside Bai Shishi, letting her lean on his shoulder. He asked softly, "Have you told your dad about this? Isn’t he recuperating here? Is he asleep?"

"My dad’s not here; his health has improved quite a bit lately, so he went abroad with some friends to relax. The time difference means it’s late night there, not a good time to call." Bai Shishi said softly, "Also, I planned to tell your parents, but I think it’s more fitting for you to do it."

Rubbing Bai Shishi’s head, Lin Tian looked at the three women and said, "How about this, tomorrow I’ll bring you all back for a meal. I’ll tell them face-to-face tomorrow. If I were to call them now, they’d be too excited to sleep, and then come over first thing, dragging you three to the mall to buy everything for their future grandson or granddaughter."
