The Journey of the Overlord

The Overlord's Journey Chapter 98

A gray-haired man, also wearing a military uniform and heavy leather boots, appeared in the cargo hold and asked the guards in a loud voice.

All four watchmen immediately turned to salute the suddenly appearing man.

"Report chief, all is well." X4

"Yeah."

The man nodded to a few people.

"That's good."

Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.

Step by step, the four watchers followed him as he walked to one of the huge cargo containers. The man reached out and unscrewed the valve, allowing the cargo container's to slowly and slowly open.

The door of the cargo container slowly opened, and in front of everyone's eyes was a huge machine. Each machine, had eight legs, which looked very long and sharp, as if they were blades, and what was supported by the eight long and thin legs was a very fat body, section by section, and what seemed to be a head lifted high up, the whole machine looked as if it was a giant steel spider.

There were more than a dozen such machines in total, and, more than that, there was a huge, super-giant spider-type machine at least three times the size of these giant spider-type machines in the center of the scene. The whole scene looked as if it were a group of males among insects humping a female.

The man looked at these machines, nodded in satisfaction, and stepped into the container, followed by the caretaker.

The man walked through a huge spider-type machine, stroking the seemingly blade-like legs of the passing machines with a satisfied smile on his face as he stroked his way to the very center of the ultra-gigantic spider-type machine.

On the ground in front of the super gigantic spider-type machine, there was a small slab of stone with strange writing engraved on it, a writing that no one in the world currently used, presumably ancient writing.

Holding a slate steady in one hand, the man slowly stroked the writing on the slate with the other, and laughed.

"Hahaha, the Godslayer Weapon [Narakwera], a weapon forged by the ultra-ancient human Heavenly Ministry, possessing the ability to destroy a civilization, once upon a time, because the power was too terrifying and difficult to control, leading to the destruction of too many countries, it was ordered to be sealed by the Three True Ancestors together, but I never expected that at this time, it was in my hands."

The laughing man suddenly stopped and looked at the slate in his hand.

"It's just a pity that such a powerful weapon is so troublesome, but it requires unlocking special clues to use it."

"But."

The corner of his mouth hooked up again.

"Soon, we will be arriving at the Chord God Island, and then, if we find that [Electronic Empress], according to her ability, we will soon be able to unseal it, and then we will rise again and be able to start a war again, the [Sanctuary Treaty] will be directly destroyed, and the world will be plunged into chaos once again. Hahaha!"

The man laughed once again and turned to the wall of the cargo container, on the other side of the wall, was another cargo container.

"Moreover, there is another one used to start a war, something even more terrifying than this god-killing weapon [Narakvira] exists, as long as it is there, the [Sanctuary Treaty] will automatically be destroyed without us having to do anything, now that I think about it, it was completely worth the effort and sacrifice of so many of our comrades' lives in the first place!"

The man couldn't help but get caught up in imagining what the near future would hold and smiled.

"Lord Jadhew!"

A voice interrupted the man's assumptions.

Christopher Jadhew, was the man's name, who looked gray-haired and as if he was an old man, was actually not a human, but an orc, a past cadre of the Black Death Royal Faction, who was hired as the new guide after the Black Death Royal Faction's leader was killed. The so-called Black Death Royal Faction, however, referred to because under the notice of the Three Great True Ancestors, the orcs, who were also demons, formed a terrorist organization because they were dissatisfied with the vampire's rule, and were happy to carry out terrorist activities and assassinate important people in an attempt to cause a battle between the demons and humans, and even more so after the Three Great True Ancestors signed the [Sanctuary Treaty] with humans and chose to live in peace.

As soon as he took office as the new guide of the Black Death Imperial Faction, Christopher Jadhew caused over four hundred casualties among the population during the occupation of the National Theater in Prague. Soon after, it had taken a great deal of manpower and resources to find the sealed weapon of the Godslayer [Narakvira], and, at an even greater cost and at the expense of a great deal of talent to find another, even more terrifying thing.

Now, he was the one who was going to use these two things to come to Chord God Island, an artificial island made of steel in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, three hundred and thirty kilometers south of Japan, to carry out terrorist activities, and with the destructive power of the God-Slayer Weapon [Narakwila], he was able to simply destroy the human male floating island, and as long as Chord God Island was destroyed, this artificial island that was shared by humans and demons was destroyed, the [Sanctuary Treaty] would be destroyed and the war would start again.

"What's the matter?"

Christopher Jadhew turned to the man who had interrupted his assumptions, a man who had just come in from the outside, an orc to be precise, presumably with something to inform Christopher Jadhew about.

"Lord Jadhew."

The visitor said, saluting Christopher Jadhew.

"We've reached the waters 100 kilometers east of Chord Island and are now in contact with the police force on Chord Island to try and get permission to enter the harbor."

"Is that right, have we reached this place already?"

Christopher Jadhew put his slate back in place and turned away from the container.

"Let's go together to the information room."

"Yes!"

The visitors followed Christopher Jadhew out of the container, and after Christopher Jadhew stepped out of the container, the four watchers stepped out of the container with him, and closed the door of the container again in passing.

The communicators followed Christopher Jadhew to the communications room.

Once inside, a man with a headset turned to Christopher Jadhew and stood up in a hurry, saying.

"Lord Jadhew, you're here."

"Well, I'm here."

Christopher Jadhew nodded to the man.

"Huang Yue, have you contacted the police force of String God Island yet?"

Huang Yue, was the name of the man with the headset, who was also an orc, a canine, while Christopher Jadhew was a werewolf.

"Yes, it has been contacted."

Huang Yue nodded and reported.

"They are now asking for our application for entry to the port. What should we say, Lord Jadhew?"

"It's simple, just send them the seventh of my documents."

Christopher Jadhew smiled and said to Huang Yue.

"I got it."

Huang Yue nodded and sat down and began to transfer the file.

Very quickly, Huang Yue received a response, so he immediately reported to Christopher Jadhew.

"Lord Jadhew, we have received a response, the other side has allowed us to enter the port."

"Looks like their promise is still working, hmmm, trying to use me but not knowing that I'm using them back, good, now inform the people at the cockpit and have them move forward at full speed."

Christopher Jadhew smiled and nodded his head, giving orders to Huang Yue.

"Yes, I'll inform them now."

Huang Yue immediately began to inform the cockpit, and soon the speed of the freighter slowly increased.

"Lord Jadhew, there is something I would like to ask."

Huang Yue took off his headphones, stood up, and looked at Christopher Jadhew to open his mouth.
