Lin Fei smiled without saying anything. The monkey was obviously deceiving itself, unable to give any reason. What else was there to say?

The great monkey caught it with one hand. Little Black asked, "You’ve been refining this Dragon Ball over the years, haven’t you?"

"How do you know?" the great monkey replied in surprise.

Little Black smiled, "Because most of it carries the monkey’s aura and power. Even the Dragon Clan’s power is being erased. This thing will be yours from now on. Refine it a bit more, and it will fully belong to you."

The great monkey shook its head after hearing this, "Impossible. I can’t take it away at all."

"That’s because you haven’t severed the connection with the Essence Soul of the Dragon Clan. Of course, you can’t leave this place. Just break the connection, and you’ll definitely be able to take it away," Little Black explained.

"Help him in a bit," Lin Fei interjected.

Little Black chuckled, nodded, then glanced downward and said, "Lin Fei, come with me. Let’s bathe in the Essence Soul of the Dragon Clan together."

Hearing Little Black’s words, the great monkey didn’t follow. After all, it had been down there many times with no means to succeed, like trying to catch air, leaving it unable to obtain the Essence Soul of the Dragon Clan.

"Could there be something else down there?" Lin Fei asked.

Little Black grinned, "It’s very possible. Let’s go down and see."

He speculated a dragon couldn’t have died here without reason. Little Black believed the monkey had also thought of breaking this defensive layer but probably failed, so it hadn’t discovered what’s inside.

"Lin Fei, wait here for a moment, let me see if there’s another way in," Little Black said and charged along the hard stone. He returned shortly after.

"What should we do?" Lin Fei asked.

Hearing Lin Fei’s question, Little Black thought for a moment and then said, "Well, follow me."

Hearing this, Lin Fei came to understand and nodded, agreeing with Little Black’s plan.
