The Last King Of Darkness

In his soul, that mysterious light once again shone brightly, countless hazy misty lights, like rivers, merged into his soul, numerous scenes emerged in his spirit, light and shadow intertwined, brightness and darkness echoed, flowers and grass swayed, unaware of when it began, he was already standing in an endless sky, the scorching sun like fire, the breeze like incense.

An invisible will told him that this was the primordial epoch, the era of the "Utterly Evil Ones".

Gazing afar, mountains and rivers, smoke from the hearths of people, this was the flourishing ancient humanity.

Raising his gaze again, he also saw the majestic and splendid church, saw the solemn bishop and priest, saw the multitude of praying staff, saw within the church those twelve primordial gods and the primordial divine king Atos located at the center.

An invisible will told him that under the order of the primordial gods, humans defeated beasts, vanquished defiled demons, defeated the original true giants, giants, and giant dragons, lived freely on this endless land, humanity’s footprints spread across the sky, land, sea, and deserts, having become the most numerous living beings in the main material world.

However, though humans were strong, they were not free.

The archbishop in red robes held a sacred sword in one hand, a cross authority in the other, declaring these people were "guilty ones," having committed the unforgivable crime of "defaming, slandering God," they must cleanse their sins with their flesh and souls.

"This is the price."

An invisible voice informed him.

"The Primordial Law is an uncontrollable power, to maintain primordial stability, the primordial gods must pay a price."

A terrifying storm arose within Rod’s soul, in an instant he realized that the Master of Dreams, with stars as its carrier, upon stepping into the True King realm, also needed to pay a soul’s price, then, how could a true god, with the Divine Origin Base as its carrier, not pay a price?

The primordial gods were not the order-maintaining supreme gods, but utterly evil evil gods!

The instant this thought arose, everything about the primordial epoch in Rod’s mind collapsed, he immediately understood why the primordial epoch had ended!
