Slime in a Bottle is a synthetic organism rarely found in stores selling materials for alchemists.

Kraken's bodily fluids are one of the ingredients of Regeneration Medicine, a superior material to haunted shellfish and edible shellfish, and are a luxury product that can be used in place of these and can be used as an ingredient for premium potions. Kraken in the wholesale market is also a material that is difficult to obtain because the body fluids have already been drained and Kraken itself is not such a monster to be seen.

Some alchemy materials are produced only in demonic bodies. Haunted shellfish and eaten shellfish are relatively easy to obtain, but it is difficult to provide a stable supply because they can only be taken from powerful and rare demons like Kraken to become scarce materials.

It was the synthesis with the slime that came up with to solve these problems.

Synthesis does not mean training in complex magic ceremonies. It is assumed that the nucleus of the slime, which fell into the demonic blood buildup, was conceived by an alchemist who stumbled upon the place where the demonic blood around him was taken in and regenerated in a way that utilized the resilience of the slime itself.

Easy to make. Simply remove the nucleus from the wild slime, carve the subordinate magic formation and then transfer it to the mucus made from the body tissue of the object of interest and wait for regeneration.

The regenerated slime combines the properties of the material and strengthens it over the source, so subordinate magic formations are essential to keep it safe. If you drain the Lord's blood on the marks that carved the magic formation, you will not attack the Lord, and if you do not give him the Lord's magic, he will faintly die in a few days, so there is little fear that it will be a problem in case he escapes.

It is also easy to keep and is kept in a glass bottle with a stopcock at the bottom that takes out the secretion of the slime. This container has a three-legged table installed inside so that only the discharge accumulates at the bottom, and the discharge fluid accumulates at the bottom of the bottle from the gap between the table and the container, and the slime is in the form on the table. The slime is a mucus demon, but the inner nucleus is stiff, and you can't get through where the nucleus doesn't pass. The outer shell is also mucous and extremely vulnerable to magic absorption, so it is quiet near the center of the bottle if it is covered near the lid and stopcock of the bottle with a net knitted with Daisies twat, a material that sucks magic.

Although the slime itself is commonly used throughout the city for the decomposition and purification of drainage and filth, there are also a wide range of applications for the lysate secreted by the slime, and the slime lysate, which has stabilized the quality by feeding it specifically, is used in means of attack on demons, in the manufacturing process of various products, or thinly dissolved in water and used to stain clothing and dishes. Some vendors specialize in slime breeding, and these slime breeding containers are commercially available.

Not that anyone can buy it, of course, but when I showed him the authorization letter from the pharmacist that he had issued in the Merchant Guild, he sold it to me lightly.

Although the slime synthesized with other demonic body tissues also has a small number of individuals, in large towns it will be treated similar to the slime that manufactures the lysate.

The subordinate magic formations engraved in the nucleus are simple in themselves, and there is no difference in difficulty from the magic formations engraved in the bottles of advanced potion, so it is not difficult as a technique.

However, the success rate is very low.

Approximately 70% of the slime dies when the nucleus of the slime is removed. The nucleus crumbles at the stage of carving a subordinate magic formation into the removed nucleus, from which about 80% more slime dies. If you drain the blood of the man who will be your master on the carved magic formation, this and another half will die of rejection.

Even if you successfully transfer the nucleus of the slime carved by the Magic Formation into the mucus of the organism you want to fuse, you have less than a tenth chance of regenerating it as a slime.

Collecting hundreds of slimes was the hardest part of creating Slime in a Bottle, but there was a great place under Mariella and the others' house.

Big underground water supply...

Break down the repaired basement wall and Sieg and I will go down to the basement. The gap between the basement and the roots of the Holy Tree continues with a steep gradient enough for one person to pass through. Going down the roots of the Holy Tree and the remaining soil between them to the scaffold, the stone pile that seemed to be the ceiling of the great underground water supply collapsed and there were so many holes in it that people could pass by. The roots of the Holy Tree stretch all the way into the underground water supply and descend inside instead of the rope. Is it one of the tributaries when illuminated by the magic of the light, or is it a narrow water supply to call a large water supply, for maintenance, or was there a path next to the water borehole that people could pass through? By the way, it can be seen that this underground large water supply is an old building with broken sidewalks and cracks in the walls.

The range that hits directly beneath the underground large water supply house was that the influence or slime of the Holy Tree could not be seen in shadow or form. I don't think Gordon, the carpenter, cleaned up the dirt and sand that I think fell from the collapse. The wreckage is on the edge, and the water flow has never stalled.

As Mariella and the others proceeded downstream, the slime was flickering ahead of a position as if they had drawn a line about a few minutes away from home and left the protection of the Holy Tree. Mariella and the others must have been attracted to the reaction of the creatures. Not only on the floor, but also on the wall, on the ceiling, and of course in the water moat, it keeps gathering and it makes me sick.

There are too many of them, even the weakest demons who would die if they stepped on the nukes. If I get into a place like this, I'm going to be crushed or suffocated to death by being attached to a full body slime in no time. No matter how much defensive clothing you wear, it will enter through the gap in your defensive clothing and melt without leaving any bones behind.

Sieg catches the slime with his hand wearing a bag of creeper rubber like gloves as he positions himself in the border critical so as not to come out of the protective range of the Holy Tree. Then he stuck his hand in Slime's software and dragged the nucleus out, giving it to Mariella behind him.

Some slime sprays lysate on the zeke, but it won't affect it because it's inhibited by rubber defensive clothing, and I work with water magic regularly to rinse it off and it doesn't seem to have a problem. The slime, which flies for the hands and feet that have jumped out of the protective range of the Holy Tree, has been plucked out of the nucleus in the air to drop the software to the ground and feed its companions. Sieg removes the core from the slime.

(You're a handyman like a skilled slime nuke! Looks like someone from the market at Kraken's demolition show.

Wow, Mariela is going to check the nucleus with admiration. Regardless, there is no such thing as a slime nuke craftsman.

"He's dead, not this one either, ah, he's alive... I think I broke it when I stamped him.

The dead nucleus throws itself over the slime. It's a little fun because it's super dense, so even if Mariella throws it, it hits the slime and sprays a lot of dissolve.

I was lucky that 'Slime in the Bottle' succeeded in the 273rd one, but the slime gathered outside the protection of the Holy Tree also appears to be increasing rather than decreasing.

"Mariela, even though it's slime, isn't it a problem to get together so much?

"Ugh, sure.

I wonder how little food there is in the underground large water supply, it looks like we've collected tons of slime. It would not be a good idea to leave it alone, albeit with a few weak demons.

"I also feel a little wasted.

and Mariella was poured one into the water moat as she removed several potion bottles from the bag.

When I wondered if the entire water in the water dig had trembled, the slime lurking in the water moat died and was flushed downstream at once.

"Wow, the intermediate exorcism potion works so well on the slime!?

When Siege sprays the rest of the intermediate exorcism potion with wind magic, the slimes of the wall floor ceiling spit out moisture and squeeze like dead, the bulk falls and dies.

The intermediate exorcism potion is something that does not attract oak or reservoir men, so I sprayed it that it would be able to do enough to scatter slime, but the slime with the mucosal outer skin would absorb the intermediate exorcism potion into the body, with an outstanding effect on the slime. The surviving slimes quickly escaped to scatter, and the groundwater supply returned to neatness.

I've collected all those slimes, so something shouldn't happen, and it's not a good idea to leave the body of the slime as it is. Even walls and floors should be washed. After placing the successful 'Slime in a Bottle' in a breeding container and once in the basement of the house, Mariella and Sieg swung an intermediate exorcism potion to inspect and clean the basement water supply for both of us.

Apparently the water supply in the basement of the house was still a tributary, and when it went downstream for a while, it branched out and led to a vast gutter, worthy of the name of the underground large water supply. It's as big as a groundwater vein, and it must have been washed away, and there's no way people can get through it.

Sewage and rainwater throughout the labyrinth city are probably mostly flowing into this huge gutter.

I can't see where the collected water is going or where the light can reach.

"Mariela, I can't do this any more.

Sieg controls Mariella as she tries to climb out and peek in. This is no longer a good area to peek into with curiosity.

"Right.

After a huge gutter that made a lot of water noise, the two returned to the branch of the tributary. The bulk of the water flowing into the tributary was designed to flow into giant gutters, but the tributary itself was still going downstream, whether it was a waterway when it was increased by rainwater or something. I'm going to investigate the tributaries downstream just in case. The tributaries were repeated at regular intervals with drainage routes from households and branches flowing into giant gutters. From time to time, the waterways flowing from other tributaries to the giant gutters intersect, making you feel the vastness of the underground large water supply.

The tributaries that Mariella and the others traced are nowhere near replaceable if we focus on the structure and degree of degradation, and there are no demons that come from the two of us who sprayed the intermediate exorcism potion. I collected a lot of slime earlier, but it doesn't seem particularly problematic. I thought I'd turn around here. At that time, I saw a thin light at the end of the waterway.

It's the exit of the waterway.

"It was just off the defensive city here. And there. Isn't that the West Gate of the Labyrinth City?

The waterway stretched from the west gate of the labyrinth city to a little further down the Devil's Forest Side. Originally a place where the defensive city was spreading, it is now drunk by the Demon Forest. The lattice at the exit of the waterway has decayed by about half, opening holes through which humans can slip, but the exit of the waterway appears to be thriving with Daisies and Bromomintera to prevent demons from entering.

In addition to the tributaries that Mariella and the others followed, there seemed to be drainage routes in the underground water supply. Most of the drainage leads to giant gutters, but some waterways, like here, are connected outside the labyrinth cities.

Face the Devil's Forest and have a labyrinth in the center. At your feet there is a large water supply with slime, and it leads to the Devil's Forest.

Although there are many people living in the Labyrinth City, it may not be the same as living in the Devil's Forest. and Mariella thought.
