The Magus of Genesis

Episode 12: Hide/Hide and Seek

About six months have passed since he welcomed international students and started his special classroom.

"So why are you so stupid! You know what I mean when I think about it normally?

"Uh, I don't know. Why?"

Even today, the voice of Sig and Lynn's quarrel persists in the classroom.

"Yes, that's it!

Lately, Luca broke into it.

"At first, I wondered what would happen, but it's going to work."

Mr. Purple smiles with Nico as he watches the situation from a distance away.

I've been odd since I came to the classroom, but Luca is originally the eldest sister of the solid who has taken care of her siblings. He's gotten used to it a lot lately, and he had a good look at scolding Sig and Lynn.

"Yeah, you look like real brothers and sisters."

Sig is even more embarrassed by Luca, who puts her hands on her waist and cautions her. Lynn, who looked at the situation and pointed and laughed, was equally scolded and grumpy. He's always my paced Lynn, but he's only weak to be scolded by Luca.

"The truth is, I was also thinking about doing that role. Looks like Luca's better suited."

Purple says in a slightly lonely tone, stroking Sig and Lynn's head, watching Luca speak out with a gentle look.

"I think Purple is more of a mother than a sister. Feel like you're watching us all the time."

"Alas."

To my words, Mr. Purple opened his eyes unexpectedly. You'd still be young on the boulder. Would your mother have been rude to her?

"Then we're going to be a couple. The teacher is the father of this class."

But the words she returned were unexpected.

"Uh, you know, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that."

"No!

Between me and Mr. Purple, Yuki breaks in.

"Ouch - your favorite is going to be me!

"Oh."

Seeing Yuki hugging me all the time, Mr. Purple laughed strangely.

"I told you so many times, I'm already married."

As I stroked Yuki's head, I told her to tell me.

Of course I don't think Yuki's words would be a common temporary admiration for young children.

But I knew very well from past experience that if I didn't face it straight, I would hurt her instead.

"Ugh."

Yuki also pointed and roared at her lips in dissatisfaction, but she didn't look so hurt.

"Come on, it's time to start class"

I rang my hand a paragraph away and waited for the students to take their seats.

Regardless of the chair with holes in the back part of the chair or sig that fits the physique of Mr. Purple and Yuki, I think it is quite powerful for me to combine the lightness and sturdiness of the fifteenth Lynn wheelchair and the long chair that can be seated with a belly for Luca.

"Seisei, what are you doing today?

The only thing that made the classroom turn well was that Luca would now be doing the chairman of the committee. I, too, was somehow beginning to know what to do.

Often it works better to give something a goal and let it do it its own way than just to give it knowledge and let it do the same thing.

"Shall we hide and seek today?"

"Hide?"

It was Sig and Luca who twisted their necks to my suggestion.

"You know, it's a kid's game."

"What is hide and seek?

But the opposite of what it meant, Sig knew, but the late, Luca didn't know, but it was a late reaction.

"Of course it's not just hide-and-seek. Use your magic to hide and run. Ghosts also use magic to chase them. You can find them, but if they touch you, you lose. If we don't get caught till sundown, we win."

"Funny! I'll do it!

As soon as I explained it in conjunction with my commentary to Luca, Lynn insisted with her pins and hands up.

"Then I'll do it too!

Stick with it and raise your hand to the sig. Thank you because he always motivates me when I win or lose.

"Unfortunately, the ghost has already been decided."

"Yep."

To my words, Sig raised his voice in dissatisfaction.

"Who are you, staying?

I guess it's because it's rare for me to unilaterally decide on roles. Yuki asks strangely.

"Not to you today."

I smiled and said.

"Ask Mr. Purple to escape through the woods"

"Well, I'll be there."

"Please."

After the other students go into hiding in the woods, plenty of hundreds count and Mr. Purple heads to the woods as well. Then I dropped him off and I took the little red shard out of my nose. I pulled it out when I looked like a dragon, it's my scale.

"The strong that prevents it all, the brilliant red that shines in the sun, my part and the scales of the dragon. Be my ear and deliver the sound, and show me what is in its eyes."

If we cast five scattered spells on the ground of it, the flames rose and the students appeared there. I give them the same thing. It's magic that mirrors their surroundings, using it as a mediator.

The first thing that came into my eyes was the appearance of a running yuki carrying Lynn and hitting the woods. Wheelchairs on boulders make it difficult to escape through unpaved woods. So I got a pair with Yuki.

Lynn usually looks small because of the use of a wheelchair and her young face, but the tail of her lower body is long. In terms of the length from the tip of the tail to the top of the head, I wonder if it's longer than Mr. Purple, the long one. He would also weigh about forty kilos. The leg strength of Yuki, who carries her lightly like that and walks through the woods, was nothing short of a boulder.

On the other hand, the pair of Sigs and Lucas seemed to be on a roadless path in the woods. These two don't need to pair up, but Lynn and Yuki are telling us to act together. They were originally two people with higher physical abilities than humans. The speed at which the bushes are scratched through the trees is no worse than running flat ground.

And behind it, Mr. Purple was chasing him in a relaxed motion. There is no special rush, and he walks down the road as if he were going for a walk. I wonder if he could afford an elderly man, he didn't seem to be trying to catch him so seriously.

"……… you put up pretty bad conditions."

Nina stared at the flame as she turned to her accidentally called voice.

"Am I right?

Indeed, the forest is vast and there are tons of places to hide. In common sense, there's no way I can find someone who's hiding alone out there. But Mr. Purple is an elf. Even though it's not my hometown forest, I know there are as many ways to find it...

"Fair enough. What do you do for lunch?

"There it is, you forgot. Well, there are many nuts and fruits in the woods, so if you're hungry, you'll do enough to take them and eat them."

I don't think I can afford to hunt for boulders... but a pair of Lynn and Yuki would do it. Characteristically and competently.

"If you want, I'll make it for you."

"Talking about dinner?

"You say noon."

Nina was slightly overwhelmed when she said that what I was saying did not give her the guidelines.

"Uh, I won't be back at noon. Should I have made it right for the break?

"Hey."

Nina sighs in awe.

"You can't have purple opponents till noon."

"Sig-kun, I got you."

Yes, Nina said, and it was almost at the same time that I heard Mr. Purple.

What!?

If you turn around in a hurry, Purple catches up with Sig at some point and captures his arms in a jittery. It must have been two or three minutes talking about my eyes. When the hell did you!?

Luca has succeeded in splitting up with Sig and fleeing, worrying about the back but doing everything she can to run through the woods.

"You're me, I'm you. Ringing my legs, waving my arms, and running away, Shadow Master."

When Luca casts a spell, a shadow crawling on the ground suddenly looks just like her with thickness and runs straight ahead. With a slight footprint on the ground, folding a thin perimeter and dropping off its shadow as it proceeded scattered the leaves of the bush, Luca carefully hid in the shadow of the shrub to avoid leaving any traces.

You won't see her at all from the surroundings, but you can see her well from the bushes. Luca pinned the triangular ear on her head and concentrated on the signs of what was approaching her. The senses of their superior hunters, Lycoscentaurs, are so acute that neither hearing nor smell is comparable to human beings. There will be no such thing as being able to approach her unnoticed by the focused girlfriend.

"Luca, I got you."

- Except for the elves.

"Pi!?

Hanging from overhead to avoid the shrub leaves without sound, Luca screamed oddly at the supple arm stretched around her neck.

"Well, you don't seem to be able to do much, but you can't shake it off easily, and when you try to escape, you break your neck bone."

"Mr. Purple, don't let him get hurt!?

To calm Nina's commentary, I hurriedly shouted at the scale.

"Don't worry, I won't do such a bad imitation."

Then he goes down to the ground and Mr. Purple strokes Luca's head, trembling.

"Well, there's two more."

Her eyes, smiling, completely captured the direction of the Yuki people.
