Chapter 380: The Sovereign’s Departure

The freezing early morning wind whipped against the balcony of the cathedral’s highest tower. Alexander stood tall before the abyss of the nocturnal forest, while the newly ascended Vampire Empress rode him with wild devotion.

His cock slid in and out of her cunt with a steady rhythm, burying itself to the hilt with every downward movement. The Empress clung to his shoulders, letting out wet, deep groans that echoed off the stone walls; the contrast between her marble-cool skin and the suffocating heat of Alexander’s shaft kept her on the verge of delirium. Feeling the new Sovereign’s flesh inside her was not merely an act of physical pleasure, but a communion of pure power that made her tremble from head to toe.

Beside him, Valerie stood on tiptoe to wrap her arms around Alexander’s neck. Her lips locked onto his in a passionate, wet kiss heavy with the bittersweet emotion of farewell. Valerie sought his tongue desperately, tasting the lingering hint of royal blood while her tears mingled with the sweat of their final moments together.

"I’m going to miss you, Alexander..." said Valerie as she broke the kiss by a mere fraction of an inch, gazing into his crimson eyes with a blend of worship and longing.

"I’ll return whenever I need more from you girls," said Alexander with a confident smirk, gripping the Empress’s hip to drive home the final, heavy thrusts.

The Empress arched her back, letting out a sharp cry of ecstasy as she felt the ultimate surge of power deep inside her womb right before Alexander pulled out, leaving them both breathless and submissive at the top of the tower.

Alexander leaped from the tower’s balustrade and unfolded his massive bat wings, slicing through the night air at a terrifying speed. Since the moon dominated the sky and there was no sun to threaten his strength, he didn’t bother hiding his true power in the slightest.

He activated [Vampiric Emperor Lvl 1] and rocketed through the forest. His silhouette turned into a crimson blur that shattered tree trunks in his path through sheer shockwaves alone. The ground trembled beneath his feet every time he touched down to launch himself forward, creating a thunderous roar echoing through the gloom. The magic beasts didn’t even have time to flee; they fainted on the spot or were crushed against the dirt by the raw pressure of his aura.

A few minutes later, the outline of Plyaro appeared on the horizon.

As Alexander approached the main walls at sonic speed, cloaked in a thick cloud of crimson bloodlust and ancestral shadows, the city hall’s emergency bells began ringing out out of control.

"Invasion! It’s an invasion of disaster-rank monsters!" screamed the guard captain from the ramparts, her voice cracking with absolute panic.

Chaos broke loose over Plyaro within seconds. Merchants in the guild lobby, female guards, and ordinary citizens ran terrified in all directions, tripping over one another as they scrambled toward basements. Desperate screams echoed through every street as they watched a hurricane of wind and darkness crush the heavy wooden and iron gates like paper.

Alexander landed squarely in the center of the main plaza with a brutal impact that cracked the stone pavement. The cloud of dust and crimson energy slowly began to settle, revealing his imposing figure standing tall amidst the deathly silence that followed the destruction.

Within seconds, dozens of elite guards and high-ranking mercenaries encircled the crater in the main plaza, drawing high-level enchanted weapons that gleamed with intense elemental auras.

"Retreat immediately!" shouted the guard commander, gripping an enchanted greatsword with trembling hands. "You are attacking the sovereign territory of the Kingdom of Sandoria! Stand down, we do not want to start an open war against the vampires!"

Alexander slowly looked up and let out a deep, heavy laugh that made the night sky tremble and echoed through the surrounding buildings.

Terrified by the sheer resonance of his voice and consumed by panic, the guards gripped their weapons out of control. In the ensuing frenzy, triggers and enchantments activated on instinct, unleashing a massive hail of elemental attacks, magical bolts, and enchanted arrows that landed directly on Alexander’s position.

A sequence of deafening explosions rocked the center of the city, throwing up a dense plume of smoke, fire, and debris.

Alexander stood unbothered amidst the cataclysm. He recalled that, before departing for the nocturnal realm, a combined strike of such scale would have been capable of killing him despite possessing his Vampire King capabilities. However, now that he stood as a true Vampiric Emperor endowed with [Divine Regeneration], those devastating blows registered as a faint tickle.

The dust cloud cleared revealing Alexander standing in the exact same spot, his clothes untouched and a mocking smirk fixed on his face as he looked at the guards petrified with sheer horror.

Alexander casually raised his hand, dispelling the dense crimson aura surrounding him as he looked at the formation of warriors.

"Don’t you remember me anymore?" said Alexander, dusting off his shoulders. "Everything is fine, calm down. It’s me, I’m back."

The women exchanged confused and mistrustful glances. The guard captain gritted her teeth, raising her sword once more.

"We won’t fall for your tricks, demon!" shouted the captain at the top of her lungs. "Prepare to defend yourselves, he’s far too powerful!"

Alexander observed them calmly for a few seconds, sweeping his gaze across the faces of the guards. He didn’t recognize any of the women present at the gate or in the plaza. He narrowed his eyes, recalling that he had spent several months locked inside the vampire palace cultivating his skills.

"Call Lyssandra," said Alexander, stepping forward. "She can clear up this little misunderstanding."

"There is no Lyssandra in this city, demon! Get lost!" answered the captain firmly, refusing to lower her guard.

"You are testing my patience... Lyssandra, get out here in this instant...!" roared Alexander.

The sonic roar erupted across the entire city like a devastating thunderclap, shaking the foundations of the buildings and rattling the glass in every window. Alexander knew full well he could march in and slaughter everyone in his path if he so desired, but he had zero interest in starting such an unnecessary scene.
