The Other Side of the Last Boss

52. Evil God's Day Heading •

Disturbances around the Bank of Britons have converged, but not everyone has returned.

There were a lot of people who wanted to lower their living expenses or something.

Beginning today, banks will resume normal operations.

But I'll have them wait a minute because I have some cleanup to do.

I put all the leather bags in the back of the bank.

Stand up for once.

In the back of the first floor of the bank is a leather bag that crosses a hundred loose ends.

All the attendants gathered and rejoiced in each other.

"Shh, it's amazing. A new head start!

Martha is sparkling her eyes.

"How much money the hell do you have...... that one?

Martha opened one of the leather bags insensitively.

What's inside is Scottyard currency.

However, it is a copper coin.

"This is a copper coin, isn't it?

"Right."

I nod naturally.

"Isn't it all gold and white gold coins?

"I haven't said a word about that"

Martha opens the leather bags one after the other.

The contents of the bag are mostly silver and copper coins.

"You only count enough gold bags!

For some reason Martha was angry.

I explain myself in wonder.

"You can't have that kind of money"

"I wonder if it's like four to fifty million pounds altogether. No, I don't know because I didn't exactly count it."

Gareth answers slightly.

Who are these people in the first place?

Martha points to Gareth.

Guys, I guess that includes adrigori.

"It's my man. Don't worry about it."

"I can't help not caring. No, more than that. What's this all about?

"Is there a problem?

"I know there's a lot going on..."

Martha seemed less confident because I was confident.

What we need is peace of mind, not that we actually have money.

If everyone tries to put down the money. This money would not have been enough.

It seems, by the way, that it is not at all sufficient for the imminent repayment of the country.

These few times, or more, will be necessary.

"The operation didn't work, and what were you going to do if everyone tried to put it down? Was it a hatchet or an eight?

"Do I look like such an idiot? Look at that."

I take out the copper coins.

"Perfect Illusion, a complete hallucination"

When I cast my magic, the copper coins became gold coins.

"Wow, it's a perfect gold coin to look at and touch."

"Until just now, it all had this magic on it. I disarmed it because I no longer needed it."

"Is this magic that has a lasting effect?

"No way."

I shake my head from left to right.

Not so omnipotent.

"Then we'll split it later, won't we?"

"It's okay. Pay a small mouthful of customers for real. That's all you can afford."

I exchanged gold coins because I would use a lot of silver coins and copper coins.

"What if the aristocrats let down the dossari?

"If you're a big depositor nobleman, it's fake money."

"That's it."

"By chance all of its nobles are attacked by tyrants on their way home. The money will be taken away, so it cannot be confirmed. It will not be broken. I'm scared by chance. But it's not safe in this town right now. I gave you a good warning."

I'll block Martha's scratch and explain.

There is now a mysterious group lurking inside the town of Rhodan wearing a mask.

They will attack you.

I don't think so, but I'll raid the mansion in case I miss it.

But unfortunately, they didn't turn up.

I need to get back to you so you can withdraw.

"Ha ha..."

Martha couldn't follow me, and I couldn't follow her.

"I'm not sure if it's amazing or not"

"Little girl. That's all I can explain... you don't know how amazing Ashtar is."

Adrigori gets irritated and pinches his mouth.

"Absolutely. No, no, I'm sorry. Forgive me because I'm still a newbie."

Ben Springfield is the one who states that and has his head on it.

It is an ex-head.

"If you don't know how awesome this is, you're disqualified as a banker. Look, if you actually had money, that's a lot of money. So that's it. If we have money, we can fix this mess, but no, anybody can fix it."

That's right.

This disturbance was made because Britton was financially vulnerable.

"But not this one. It was through this unprecedented crisis with wisdom. The more you ask, the more perfect it is."

Ben speaks with excitement.

"I knew as a banker too. The only way to solve it is to deceive the people. The only way to get rid of their anxiety. But no one had any idea how to do it. You're a horrible bunker."

"Hey, I see."

Martha seems finally convinced.

"Besides, you already investigated Scottyard's undercover detectives. How the hell did you do that?

"Yesterday they acted insignificantly. That's why I was watching you."

"Hohe."

I honestly admire Martha over here.

"There was also a secret detective thing. They dug their graves with it."

"The disturbance was converging without having to dig. What they were able to do was withdraw early or ruin. Most likely, the spies won't be able to decide to withdraw under the circumstances. I'm sorry about your boss."

"Indeed. We have been able to have an excellent head start and we are trembling with emotion. Best regards,"

Ben suppressed Martha's head and they both lowered their heads deeply.

"What are you talking about? You're the one who took the lead."

"What? I thought I gave you the first seat in the morning."

"I guess I didn't say it. He said it was a day's head start. Tomorrow, you'll be the head man again."

Ben is a poker.

"Huh. So what's that ten million dollar amount?

"That was too extrajudicial for a one-day down payment."

"Oh, maybe that was a magically disguised copper coin, too?

"Well, I don't know. I thought you threw the bag this way, too."

Therefore, it cannot be confirmed.

When I pointed that out, Ben lit up a little.

"That's... hot."

"I don't hate that."

I hit Ben's shoulder.

"The reputation of this bank has risen to a nagging point in the matter today. Depositors will also arrive. You're going to be busy, so hang in there."

I told him so and left Bank of Britons behind.
