The Other World Dining Hall (WN)

Tuna mayo corn bread

An early hour when the sun has just risen.

On a slightly colder morning back street, the general was slowly walking by pushing a trolley marked 'Bakery Kimla'.

(Ugh, sami no)

Due to the fact that the signs of summer have completely disappeared and have recently cooled down, I tremble a little in the morning cold air, while my footsteps are light and I push a trolley loaded with commercial bread.

"Western Cat Ya", a wholesale shop in the same shopping district, is on the way.

In a long relationship since before the birth of General Tai's father, he is the best customer, purchasing a large quantity of earless bread for butter rolls and take-home sandwiches that he serves in the store every day.

(Guess I'm already here today)

Thinking about cats, the general gets a little early unexpectedly.

One of my help was my training as a bakery, which began in earnest when I went to secondary school, until before...... delivery to Catya, which was only a hassle until last year.

But now I'm only looking forward to Saturday's delivery, I'm starting to.

In about three minutes by pressing the trolley, you reach the back door of the building with the intended cat and, as usual, press the button on the first basement floor of the large elevator for food transport.

Waiting for the soaking elevator to come, riding with the trolley to jump in at the same time as it came, to the first basement floor.

I'm used to seeing you get there, Cat Ya's kitchen.

There is just no one in the familiar spot where things and beef stews boiled and smelled good, and the general is just a little relieved.

"I'm sorry. Bakery Kimura! Bread, I'm up for delivery -!

Announce the visit with a loud and clear voice. Aretta comes in from the diner who would have lost as much and cleaned the morning.

"Good morning. Mr. Shota."

I trembled unexpectedly at the smile that floated at the same time as that voice, leaning down to hide my reddened face.

"Chihuahua. Bakery Kimla. I brought you some bread. Can you take it?"

"Yes, then can you let me in there"

That's how I stand right next to the general to carry the bread they brought me.

The scent of flutter and soap drinks from Aletta's beautiful blonde hair with the usual black hair decorations standing next to her, and the general spits unexpectedly.

Since last year, I only see it on Saturdays when I'm supposed to be off for some reason, a blonde part-time who speaks Japanese well but is probably an outsider by name.

Since she started responding, I've just been looking forward to helping out with the house since I was in middle school, only on Saturdays.

(Always, shouldn't work!

After watching Aletta work, she returns to me, and the general helps to make bread because of it.

Bread and rice are only available in stores that sell all-you-can-eat, which is a lot, but as soon as we put them in the food shelf for two, we clean them up.

"Excuse me. I need your help."

"Yes, no, no! It's no big deal!

The general waves hastily at Aletta, who says a little sorry.

And I'm going to cough up one thing and serve another purpose of the day.

"Oh, you know... this"

If you think about it, it's the first time you've given a girl a gift, except for her mother. The general gives Aletta a paper bag to push only one that she's loaded in the trolley with, even though she's a little nervous.

"Um, is this... bread, is it?

On the other hand, Aletta, who has hardly ever received a gift, is also confused and asks the general back.

Is it bread from a slightly warm touch and a fragrant scent that drifts faintly?

"Oh, uh, it's tuna mayo corn bread"

To Aletta's words, the general tells her who she is, as she blushes.

"Tuna mayo corn bread?"

"Oh, my dad finally said to me this morning, 'If you can do this, you can put it in the store and get paid for it'... so I'll give you that."

The general strained his chest slightly to Aletta, who questioned him wonderingly.

Tuna mayo corn bread, a classic staple alongside chocolate, curry bread and various sandwiches, is a bread that is made in large quantities every day in Bakery Kimla, where vegetable bread sold to neighborhood company employees and student counterparts is the main product.

That's why the training was tough until the classics in that classic became satisfactory, and even the general, who can say that if he is more certain than the students and housewives in the area to make bread, has rebuilt it over and over again until he convinced his father.

Finally, I was given permission to bake as much of this tuna mayo corn bread as I could put in the store.

"Is that okay?

"Yes, if you want me to eat it, I'm like Aletta... no, it's nothing"

Aletta asks, and the general nods loudly. And then I'm about to say something extra, and rush to deceive.

"Well, I, I still have help with the house, so excuse me!

Then he pushes the trolley as it is, jumps into the elevator to escape, and returns.

"Uh, what do we do?

And later Aletta was left bewildered holding a paper bag.

In the end, Aletta decided to talk to the store owner.

"Oh, Kimura-san and this general."

Listening to the circumstances, the shopkeeper laughs bitterly.

Bakery Kimla and I have a long relationship.

It was before the store owner was born that I originally purchased the bread to serve from there, and the store owner himself, as a student, bought bread there all the time as a belly stomach for lunch or before work.

And it's a trail there, and I've known about the general who just became a high school student before this since he was a baby.

(It's a kid. Even if you think it's a kid, you're gonna grow up at some point.)

Somehow I perceived the feeling, the shopkeeper says with a bitter smile.

"Well, as much as your dad over there says you can take the money anyway, so you're finishing it right"

And the store owner says as he prepares the corn potage he made in the morning.

"Because of Aletta, eat her before she cools down. It can be chilled, but tuna mayo corn is especially delicious if it's freshly baked."

Remembering the flavors I used to eat when I was younger.

Aletta's bribe on that day was salad and corn potage with raw vegetables, then tuna mayo corn bread.

"Well, I'll have it"

"Yes. God of the devil tribe. Thank you for giving me a small amount of food. I'll wear it."

Across the street, after offering a prayer of gratitude, we begin our meal.

(Kind of an unusual bread...... that's fine)

The paper bag with the letters of different worlds contained about two pieces of bread.

It all seems to be the same kind of bread, and the fragrant scent tickles Aletta's nose.

(Uh, sure, is it okay to say tuna mayo is pickled fish mayonnaise and corn is corn?

I look at the bread I took out and determine what the bread in front of me is based on the knowledge I have acquired in the past year or so.

Some pale brown bread, about a man's fist, was packed with ingredients.

The contents are a mixture of soothing fish oil pickles with mayonnaise and yellow corn grains.

They were so baked in the bread that they had brown scorches on the surface that they emitted a fragrant aroma.

Unexpectedly sipping one spit on its scent, Aletta takes the bread in her hand.

Bread that left a little warmth because I haven't had that much time since I baked it.

Slowly carry it to your mouth and scowl.

A crisp texture with freshly baked bread and a fragrant flavour that combines aromas of wheat.

Like bread from another world, the bread itself is a fine white bread, with soft and sweet behind the crisp surface.

(Oh, this is delicious...)

However, the true price of this bread was to be eaten with the ingredients that are the contents of the bread.

The slightly scorched tuna mayo is a soft sour mayonnaise that envelops the tuna and its tuna, which contains the odourless flavour of the fish enough to chew it off.

Sometimes only a little spicy sweetness with the teeth is probably the oranier chopped and mixed in raw.

And corn, as sweet as fruit, mixed in it.

Those ingredients go well with the soft bread, inspiring Aletta's appetite, and Aletta flattens one instantly.

"Phew...... ah"

Fully indulging in tuna mayo corn bread and taking a breath in the sweet corn potage, Aletta stops eating and notices the shopkeeper looking at Aletta, blushing and leaning.

It is Aletta's habit to be poor from the moment she feels conscious and obsessed when she eats food because of the hard work she has done with it.

While still in front of his employer, he became obsessed with the bread he ate for the first time.

"What do you say? Delicious?"

Seeing Aletta like that, the store owner smiles.

A waitress from different worlds who has been dating for over a year.

At first I thought it would be okay, but now I have to be Saturday's cat, and at the same time I always eat food that looks really delicious, a pleasant daughter as a guest.

"Well, Kimura-san and this bread is delicious... in time, I'll feed the others."

Seeing how Aletta is, the store owner leaks those words.

Aletta said that to the owner.

"... Yes. Looking forward to it."

He smiled with a breadcrumb on his mouth and nodded.
